I came in for a walk-in and the staff was so friendly! Monica did my hair in layers and I got so many compliments! She did exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend walking in! They were playing Coldplay on the speakers so the atmosphere was great and the price was super affordable!

I absolutely Love this place! ❤️❤️❤️ Everyone can do hair, the prices are fair. If you haven't been there, get there! The owner is such a beautiful soul always making sure the job is done. All stylist are fast friendly & do an amazing job! I'm very loyal to Venus salon and u should be too. I been to high end salons & they are no good. Venus salon is the best in town! Love this place will not go anywhere else. Thanks guys for making me look and feeling fabulous keep up the good work! Dedicated customer right here.

I did a walk in and they took care of me immediately so I didn't have to wait long. Customer service was good, but the only thing I wished to have more of is communication between my hair stylist and I.

The ladies were so nice and talkative. I have very flat thin hair and my stylist was able to help and give me tips on how to give it volume. Marisol was the one who cut and layered my hair and she made sure to make my first experience getting my hair done professionally great😊

I was incredibly happy with my new haircut! I really loved it so much and the stylist was incredibly professional and informative! He was so kind enough to style my hair and tell me how to curl it the right way😊 I definitely recommend coming here as they’re all professionals in their craft and great pricing as well! Top tier service and will be my new hair spot from now on 👍🏻

I went in to this salon on October 30th of last year. I had an appointment with Imelda for 1.00 p.m. when I got there she was doing a client's hair. I waited for about 15 minutes. Finally Imelda asked me if I wanted to keep waiting or Graciela could do my perm. That Graciela knew how to do perms. So I agreed to let Graciela do my perm. Biggest mistake! I don't know what kind of perm she used because next morning my hair was so dried and no curls. And she charged me $140.00! I called Imelda next morning and she had me come in, supposedly she knew what to do for my fried hair. Put a deep conditioner on my hair, stuck me under the dryer for 30 minutes. Gave me a $50.00 jar of hair conditioner to use 2 twice a week. Finished the conditioner and it didn't do anything for my fried hair. I've had to keep trimming it to try to get rid of the dryness. The only reason I went there is because they have thar BBB sticker on their window. I think you remember me Imelda! Graciela needs to go back to beauty school and learn how to do perms correctly!! BAD SERVICE!!!

I been coming to this place for about 4 years now. I love how Graciela does my hair everytime. Sometimes she might now get how I want it but she won't hesitate to fix it for me. I leave feeling so beautiful. Thanks Graciela.

Went in for a balayage, ended up completely blonde with brass roots. Hairstylist asked her coworker in Spanish if it was ugly right in front of me, not knowing I could understand her. Well not only was it ugly, it was nothing like what I had asked for. My hair was dark brown and curly. So getting it to the blonde that she did in one sitting completely ruined my hair. Thanks.

I am so so happy! Graciela saved my hair! I had such a horrible experience with a previous hair stylist who left my hair with a horrible thick strips of highlights and damaged my hair. Graciela was a lifesaver! It took her two sessions to get my hair looking healthy and amazing!! She got my hair color/highlights exactly how I wanted! Thank you Graciela!

I got a balayage done here a few months ago and wow. Horrible. I didn’t realize how bad it was when I got it done but I recently went to a new stylist and she couldn’t get over how bad they did me. My hair is so so damaged and was so uneven. Im so upset i trusted them and they completely ruined my hair. Complete waste of money. Just spend the extra $100 and get it done by someone who knows what they’re doing. Not worth the $260. Don’t go here.

I have been coming to this shop since I was 14 I’m now 38 I absolutely love Imelda and her staff she does absolutely gorgeous work, takes her time doing my hair and believe me when I say my main (hair) is no easy task..I always come out looking even more gorgeous. Highly recommend this salon.

I was here about 3 months ago,wanting to cut off my split ends. I have very thin hair and so much dead hair. Marisol and her crew did a beautiful job taking care of my friend and myself.I will be coming back. I wanted to keep my length and just trim the ends and create long layers and she mf did her thang!!!! I thought all my hair was gone bc I’m bald headed. She gave me good advice on aftercare. Amazing service. She also gave me her business card as well.I’ll. E requesting marisol every single time.I go back in 2 months.

Literally was horrible . My hair is destroyed, not even close to the color I wanted . Tried to gaslight me into saying I asked for sum when I DIDNT WHEN I CALLED THEM OUT ON THE COLOR . Literally paid 200+ just for my hair to come out completely destroyed and not want I wanted . My hair was already super platinum blonde and I just wanted my roots touched up and I told them platinum blonde just the roots somehow I ended up with completely grey hair and when I asked they said platinum is grey. I specifically asked for platinum blonde like the rest of my hair so why would I want grey roots and the rest blonde hair ?????? Make it make sense and they “ tried “ to fix it and honestly I ended up just leaving after it was getting nowhere . I have horrible breakage and my hair was falling out when I left cause they kept using stronger products trying to fix what they messed up

Went in to get my hair colored silver. I came out with pink and yellow hair! They tried twice to 'fix it' with no success. Charged me almost 200.00 . My son is getting married this weekend and my hair is ruined!
