Fui por un pedicure y literal la muchacha que me hizo los pies casi me deja sin dedos, al día siguiente mi uña estaba infectada, Deberían de tener más en cuenta y cuidado a la hora de hacerle servicios tan delicados a la personas . Jamás en mi vida vuelvo . Horrible experiencia 🙄

Lovely staff but I’ve only had one good manicure here. They don’t show you your polish options, just ask you what color you’re thinking and bring you one or two choices- as if to bring over the polish samples would take too long. The manicurist I’ve had for the past two appointments I’ve had has butchered my fingers (and a toe) cutting way too deep with the cuticle cutters, I left bleeding in three different places. I tried to roll with it all but I truly hate the limited color options I was given and will be going to a different salon in two days to get a full color change. Won’t be returning here unless it’s a real emergency.

I’ve never have been overcharged in a nail salon 💅🏻 $230. On top of that whenever you doing your pedicure, just heads up the most UNCOMFORTABLE chair you will seat on. I like the style and look but is a no for me. Never coming back over here. Just be aware they overpriced their services.

So clean and beautiful. The nail tech didn't speak English, took extra time, talked on the phone most of the session and cut my pinky finger. Nails are perfect.

Altagracia has been doing my hair since I was 12 and I trust her with my life! She even did my hair for my wedding. I live in San Francisco now but still come back to NYC to get my relaxers from her because I don't trust anyone else. This salon is super cute and will give you the best hair you've ever dreamt of. I've never gotten my nails done but they look amazing from what I've seen.

Very professional staff, courtesy, and delightful family atmosphere. Experience here is considered to me one of the best, making me feel special and a part of this upscaled establishment that is thriving more each visit. If I could rate this place a zero I would. First of all I told them and showed a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and it was nothing like the style I wanted and then when I went to pay for my ugly hairstyle the woman told me my card was declined so I paid cash. Then I found out the next day the card was not declined and the payment went through. When I went back I left my phone number for the manager and she never called I called again and again and the manager is never there. I have been ignored and cheated out of my money. Avoid this place and find a place with good reviews that is a real professional business.
