I spent almost double the money at other spas before Venus - never again. Madeline does an amazing job. Plus this place is beautiful and soothing - friendly staff. The anniversary party was a lux affair… I recommend to everyone.

I recently visited Venus Spa for a dermeplane facial, from the moment I stepped through the doors I was enveloped in a sense of tranquility and relaxation. The spas decor was breathtaking! Ariana and her staff were very friendly. Ariana, escorted me to the private treatment room making me feel relaxed and at home. She used high-quality, products that felt luxurious and nourishing on my skin. The techniques she employed, from gentle cleansing to deep tissue massage, were both invigorating and deeply relaxing. I was particularly impressed by the way Ariana tailored the facial to address my specific skin concerns. She took the time to explain each step and the benefits it would provide, ensuring I felt informed and comfortable through the process. As the treatment progressed, I found myself drifting into a state of pure bliss. The soothing music, the warmth of the products. By the time the facial concluded, my skin was left feeling soft, radiant, and deeply hydrated. The glow lasted for days and my skin is doing amazing. I can’t wait for my next appointment with Ariana!

Love Venus Med Spa. I received my facial last week from Ariana and I could not be more pleased with the results! From the minute I walked into the Spa, to the moment I left, I felt like a celebrity. I received my first facial last week from Ariana and I could not be more pleased with my results! This is the first time I have been so comfortable in my own skin in a long time and I’m so grateful to have come to the right place. I could not be more pleased with my results! This is the first time I’ve had injectables, and I was treated like an utter princess by my lovely ARNP, Najah @ UTC. She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed - not to mention, my results are KILLER. Already booked my next appt. Will never go anywhere else! Love, love, love!! 1/2/24: KELLY is amazing!! The Fruitville Commons location is luxurious & much less hustle bustle than UTC. LOVE my results.

I had a great experience at Venus with Kelly. She is a PA and extremely good at injecting. Everything she has advised me to do and I agreed to, left me feeling like I look 20 years younger. I was greeted kindly when I got there and the receptionist got me another $20.00 off from my rewards account. Great prices and competent people. I highly recommend!

disappointed. i don’t know what was put in my face, but after only 4 weeks i have a ridiculous amount of movement. i was told i was administered 142 units. which is absolutely impossible if my face is now moving less than a month. the dysport was unevenly administered to begin with… told me i could go back for a follow up in however many days… then didn’t even have a time slot on that day. i will absolutely never go to a place like this ever again. the product was clearly over diluted.

A friend of the injectionist just happened to be in getting her forehead done. Her appointment was at 5 and mine was at 5:30. By 5:45 they were still in the treatment room just laughing and chatting it up. The gal behind the desk went and knocked letting her know it was time for her next client, but I stead the girls continued chatting and laughing. Then I, at 5:50 knocked on the door and said I need to leave soon as I love an hour away and had kids waiting for me to cook dinner. She continues laughing and chatting. At 6:03 I am finally entering the room and the girl already has an attitude with me and won't stop making excuses for taking so long to do one area. I ask her to please stop texting and do her job, and she then refuses to treat me, lied to the manager, and then, since they were friends with the girl who was in there before me, get her to lie as well about what really happened. This is the most non-business like, most non-professuinal experience I have ever had. I will now be contacting the owner since this never should've happened, this is not a social club/hangout, and it's NOT OK TO LIE! The girls at the front desk also used my $40 gift certificate even though I was refused treatment! I still cannot believe such ridiculousness happened at a place of business and I will be contacting the owner. Also, Venus has now lost my business.

I loved my injector and would like to return but I’m concerned about the hygiene of the spa, The floors were not vacuumed or swept, no tissues on the table or not sanitary precaution for covid guidelines.the bathroom was messy also. I prepaid and liked the staff but next time I go and it’s the same I will have to ask for a refund and go elsewhere. I hope that won’t happen! I would like to update my previous review. This location has moved to fruitville rd. I’m thrilled to say The new building is beautiful, clean and a very friendly staff, so welcoming and kind! I still have my previous injector, still love her! So glad I hung in there. Bravo!!!

I had dysport done at this location a little less than a month ago and went back after two weeks because I still had very noticeable lines on my forehead. I was told when I got my original service that if I didn’t like anything or needed more I could come back for a touch up. When meeting with the girl she told me I still had lines because I waited too long in between. I am 41 years old and have been getting Botox or dysport since I was 27. This is the only time that I have still had lines. Needless to say I already have movement in my forehead and it hasn’t even been 30 days. I am out of town now, but have already talked to another med spa, and will be going there when I return home to have this corrected. It’s just disappointing because it was a very convenient location for me and the girl was friendly, but it is honestly the poorest quality injection service I have ever had and now I have to go somewhere else and pay to get it done properly.

As a first visit They will not let u inside till u fill up all the paper work which has to be done outside on the hallway of the mall ater thanks fone and ur temperature checked u will be allowed in if u have a mask !! REALLY PEOPLE !!!! So surprising to me that so call MED SPA having such paranoia and so scared of having people around Get ready to be treat like u are a Sick and very contagious person Keeping as far as they can as long as they can Till they can’t avoud any longer to make their money !!! Lol lol lol Good luck

I would recommend going to a dermatologist over a place like VMS. Their turn over is ridiculous, and, as a result, they hire very young women with no experience. If you complain about the outcome, the manager will speak with you, but not in a way that would indicate she has any customer service training. She argued with me that "I was told that I had two weeks to come back to make it right". If you insist that wasn't the case, she will come unglued. When I attempted to explain that my grandson was in ICU for 6 weeks and I couldn't make it back within the two weeks (although I was never told this), she began to tell me how much worse her own personal life was. Is this who VMS wants representing their business? I merely wanted to be heard and dealt with fairly, and I was treated as someone trying to pull a fast one. This happened at the UTC mall location. I paid $900 and was not happy with the results... and this manager couldn't have cared less. She lost a good repeat customer with me. There are plenty of other reputable places out there, steer clear of this place.

I started coming to Venus almost 2 years ago and I have loved it ever since. Everyone I have ever dealt with has been a pleasure and my location has the sweetest people- the UTC Mall that is :) But I do have to say, Tracy Burke from Tampa came to my location last week and ended up doing my (first time) lip filler and next round of Botox and she was phenomenal to say the LEAST. She is by far the best and most personable injector I've worked with. If you are looking for someone who takes their time, understands your wants & needs, and really, everything in between, book an appointment with Tracy Burke. Thanks Venus for being the best!!

NAJAH.. she is amazing !! She’s very detailed in walking you through what you’re going to do regardless if it’s fillers or tox.. She helped fix my lips and give me MY desired look without it looking unnatural. I get compliments constantly and referred a handful of people to her && they all AGREED. I highly highly HIGHLY recommend going to Venus Med Spa at UTC and seeing her.. Excellent customer service! Very friendly staff! You will not be disappointed. This place was awesome !!! Got Botox in my forehead for the first time. Only had a 30 min lunch andddd I was a new client, so I had to do new client paperwork. And guess what !? I made it back to work before my lunch was over!! I feel so confident and happy not to mention I got a new client special they had going on so I save $100!!! I’m going to use this spa for all of my face beauty needs from now on!! lol
