15 year client, got a text that Dysport was a 1 day sale so I called and asked for an appointment and was told I had to come on a certain day for sale pricing. In the past, I paid and they worked around my schedule but this time I had to come on the day of the sale or miss out! Inconveniently I agreed for the following Tuesday appointment which caused me to have to take off work and see whoever they scheduled me with instead of the professional that I trust. What really irritates me is my card is charged when scheduling the appointment anyway,so why make a loyal client miss work and see a stranger who doesn’t know their skin? My face is pretty bruised as I expected when working with someone new. Not going back due to the ridiculous treatment of their one day sale and the three awful bruises on my face! Again, my card was charged 4 days before that appointment for the sale price and when I factor in the missed wages it is not a deal nor does it make sense they can’t make it convenient for you.

I called to schedule micro dermabrasion yesterday and they booked me for today. When I showed up the machine was broken and they didn't bother to call to let me know beforehand. The aesthetician was nice so I chose an alternative treatment, it was OK, but she was very rushed, left a couple times during the procedure to make call etc, and just rushed thru the facial which should have been relaxing. After I paid they said to wait for a Consult with another lady and I did wait and then they took another appointment after I waited 30 minutes. Also, they do not have any before and after photos to show their work so you would be just taking their word on technique, no thanks. The young girl at the front was not rude as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Hands down Madeline is the best injector I have met in Sarasota! She is personable and listens to her clients which is so important in this business. I will be back to the Landings location as long as she’s there! Highly recommend!

The staff at Venus Med Spa at The Landings in Sarasota are very competent and professional. Jade at the desk is knowledgeable and informative and she never fails to alert me when the products I use are “on special.” She is always happy to go out of her way for any client and she does so with a friendly smile that says. “I’m happy to help you, it’s all in a day’s work!” Lisette does the injections and I love her artistry, her creativity and her honesty about expectations and pricing. I have been using injectibles for years and Lisette gives me the best results I have ever had. In sum the wonderful people at Venus Med Spa at The Landings in Sarasota treat their clients as valued friends and we come away from the experience both looking and feeling better than ever! I highly recommend this establishment.

You’ll never have to go to a plastic surgeons office again! Lizette and her team are so professional and caring! Lizette is very knowledgeable about the products and will only do what’s best for you. I also appreciate their time management. I’ve never had to wait at an appointment. And you can’t beat the price! First impressions do count and Venus is fortunate to have Kim at the front desk. I’ve been going to them for years and they are very consistent in their care! I highly recommend them.

I am a regular at this location and have to say that Erica at the front desk is absolutely wonderful! She always refers to me by name even when I call, makes it very personal and friendly. She is THE BEST! Lizette is AMAZING! I will never have anyone else touch my face! She is professional and so good at what she does! I've been a customer for many years. I drive 1 1/2 hours from Cape Coral to Sarasota just to see Lizette. She listens to your expectations, and thoroughly explains what products and procedures will help you attain them. Venus always has incredible email specials throughout the year, so make sure you sign up for the VIP email notifications. I highly recommend Venus for their professionalism, friendly staff, and great values!

I love this place the employees are just so helpful and they really take the time to listen to you and really get what you want done. I always buy my Latisse eye treatment here. They have the best prices . Really on all their services. Their attention to detail is superior. I recently went to one of their promotional Holiday Gala party's to introduce their Venus Venus legacy treatments I was one of the people they demonstrated it on .I have to say it was lovely. No pain or discomfort actually it was very enjoyable. I highly recommend this treatment to everyone. Also go to one of their Gala Events it was fun and really informative. So cute everyone received a gift bag. Filled with goods and special offers for those who attended. Especially nice a gift card for a free Venus Venus Legacy Treatment. Also for those of you coming right from work they had a beautiful display of goodies to eat and wine for those who love it and sparkling flavored waters as well as sodas. Usually they are from 5 to 7 . Many thanks to the wonderful staff at Venus Med Spa.
