LOVE YVONNE. I went in to get lip fillers with Yvonne and after carefully checking my lips she politely told me I had migration (which has happened to me in the past and I’ve had them dissolved before in Az) she said it would be best to dissolve otherwise it’ll continue to happen. So once we did that, she dissolved in 2 visits just to be safe. By my 3rd visit I got my lips filled with 1/2 and LOVED the shape. Never seen my lips have that shape and fullness before. I went back a month later for another 1/2 and after 3 months they still look amazing. Thinking of booking again soon for a top up. Thank you!!

I felt like I looked tired and old. As a man I was concerned that I would look unnatural or feminine. Yvonne talk with me prior to the service and told me what I could expect. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. By the time she was done, I walked out of there looking A LOT younger. I do not look feminine in the slightest. Amazing what they can do. Highly recommend this place for men

I had never had anything done to my face before, I was nervous and questioning everything but YVONNE made me so comfortable throughout the whole process, she made sure I knew everything she was about to do next, and always made sure I wasn’t in any pain or uncomfortable. Not only was the customer service so warm and welcoming, I felt well taken care of and acknowledged. Gale and Deni were both the sweetest souls at the front desk, genuinely curious about my day and how I was doing or if I needed anything. Each of these ladies gladly answered every (thousand) questions of mine and made sure I was up to date and well informed with every product and procedure I was asking about. They know their stuff people! Thankfully they were able to pull some ties for me and get me in last minute which I appreciate so much especially on such short notice. Lastly, Yvonne did such an incredible job, she is amazing and really does know her stuff! Her technique is incomparable. I am so happy with the results and overall I am so satisfied with Venus Med Spa. So glad I chose this place.

I have been coming here since they first opened almost 12 yrs ago. This Med spa is one of the best....But then I met Tracy Burke! OMG! She is absolutely amazing! She listened to my concerns with my skin and did exactly what I was trying to achieve , needless to say a week later my face looks and feels amazing! The products she recommended was absolutely perfect for my skin and my forehead is flawless! I will never go to any one else. I will refer my clients and friends to her! I have been going to Venus Med Spa for about 8 years. I am always happy with the results. Yesterday I had an appointment with Yvonne. This was my first time seeing her. I am always a little nervous when I am trusting my face to someone I do not know. Well this girl blew my mind. This was the best person I have EVER been to. I did give her carte blanche to do whatever she wants to do. And the results were outstanding. In the past I didn't see results for a few days but these results were immediate. Yvonne is a perfect combination of art and science. I am so thankful I found her and I will not go anywhere else.

I have never gotten any procedure done on my face at all. Tracy was absolutely amazing. She explained everything very detailed and let me know all the steps. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She took care of me and explained what I need to do afterwards. It was very painless, fast and affordable. It has been a week since I got my procedure done and I can already see and feel the difference. It's absolutely amazing, it's a little miracle in a bottle. I can't wait to go back and will definitely be recommending her and Venus Med Spa to everyone I know.

I used to go to Venus for over 5 years when Nadine was still employed. Then, I stopped getting injectables here when Nadine left, as I only trust her with that... Anyways, I've had at least 5 VI Peels over the past couple years. So, I know how they work and how much I should peel, etc. Since I've always had good results here, I decided to get another VI PEEL at Venus... This is the first time I HAVE NOT PEELED AT ALL. I got NO RESULTS. NO PEELING. NOTHING! What a waste of money. The best part is that the price would have been CHEAPER had I gotten it done at the medical office I go to now (where Nadine has moved to). Oh, and since when did Venus add a tip line?! This is not the type of service that should assume tips, IMO. Highly displeased and I would not recommend Venus. Really has gone down hill since my prior visits. Also, my mom recently went there for her annual filler maintenance... the new tech botched her face. She now has to get it all dissolved and done properly elsewhere.

I went and had my Botox done with Tracy and I am terrified of needles. I’ve had Botox before but I almost pass out every time I’ve had it done. With Tracy she’s so gentle. I didn’t even feel a thing!! She also educated me with the skin care products. I asked her because of how young she looked and learned she has 3 GROWN KIDS! Her skin looks amazing. Needless to say I bought everything she uses. Very knowledgeable and very very gentle when it comes to needles.

I went to Venus Medspa because Tracy Burke was highly recommended. She is awesome!! Sweet painless and knowledgeable!!! I have to say that it has been a week ... my face looks amazing! I have gone to several places but She is the only one that has been able to remove the lines above my eyebrow when I lift them. Best injector!! So glad I went. My new place my new injector!!! Ive gotten my lips filled in the past from Jen at venus med spa and they always turned out great! When I went to book an appointment last week, I was told that she was no longer with them, so I decided to book an appointment with Yvonne for the first time and OMG she was AMAZINGGGGG!!!!! She recommended the kiss filler and I told her to do whatever shape she thought would look best and my lips have seriously never looked better! She was able to give me a more defined cupids bow and took her time using different techniques than Ive had done in the past, and im in LOVE with how they look!! she also had essential oils and calming music in the background which had me very relaxed. 10/10 recommend! thank you so much Yvonne :)

I came in today and I must say go see Jennifer for lip fillers.... Not only do she educate you, she meet your needs. I was afraid the whole time because my lips was already full just needed a little enhancement, however, she calmed me down and angle in the right areas. I will only go back to see her for any injectors... She is the best.... Please go see Jennifer I can’t express it enough... thank you so much Jennifer my husband loves it...

I had my lips filled with Versa+ almost a month ago. I told them I wanted my lips just slightly fuller and evenly filled, since my lips were already even. The tech talked me into using the last bit of the syringe to give me a pout on the bottom lip. I had never had my lips filled, so I trusted her judgement. Well the ""pout" is too far to the left and so not only is my bottom lip way bigger than my top lip, but it is also lopsided. I reached out to them about a week later and they said I have to wait the full 14 days to make sure there is no swelling left, which made sense. I asked once I get to that point, what are my options and was told another filler would be $499 unless they are having a sale. The $299 sale was only for new clients. I told them that I would wait to see if the lips evened out, but it would be extremely disappointing if they charged me full price for another syringe. Fast forward to 3 weeks after the procedure and the lips are still uneven. I called and they suggested a top lip flip may resolve the problem. I went in and met with the same tech that filled my lips (Jen at International Mall) and she could see where the lips were uneven but said it wasn't to the point that she would suggest correction. I asked if they would honor another syringe at $299 to even out the bottom lip and fill the top equal to the bottom and she said no. It is on sale for $379. I did have her do the lip flip for $60 and it helped slightly, but not enough that I enjoy my lips. I can't wear lipstick because then it is extremely noticeable how lopsided my bottom lip is. It's frustrating that they aren't honoring this as an add-on syringe when there is an issue with the way it looks that was brought to their attention right away. I'm not asking them to fix it for free. I will attempt one more time for them to honor the $299 syringe. If they will not, then I will have to go somewhere else for them to fix this. If I have to pay full price then I might as well go somewhere else.
