Katrina Maier is amazing! She does my Dysport exactly how I like and she is very skilled. I have been going to Venus Med Spa for a few years and she is the best injector I have been treated by. She really takes the time to understand exactly what results I am wanting. I will request her EVERY time!

Slightly annoyed. I’ve been a customer for years, and never needed a touch up on dysport with except once, just a spot that was off a little. Not an issue. Now, you pay the dysport price, and if you need a “touch up”, pay $40 for them to inject…the tiniest bit to fix it? This is confusing, since I TOLD the injector what look to achieve, I watched what she put out and injected, and where she marked. NONE of it was correct, and she was eager to tell me the fee for touch ups. Funny, it’s like it was intentionally done with less, and wrong, to have me have to get this fixed. …if they are 1/2 a unit or a unit off, why wouldn’t you just go somewhere that does it for $11/unit…? This is their error, and I’m kind of over it when I knew she purposefully did it 1) not how I asked and 2) didn’t really do it properly at all anyway. You won’t get a return customer this way.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Katrina with my Botox treatment. I went in hoping for a subtle, natural improvement, but instead, the results were far from what I expected. My face now looks uneven, with one eyebrow noticeably higher than the other, and I have difficulty making normal expressions. Katrina assured me that everything would settle, but it hasn’t, even after 2 weeks. When I reached out for a follow-up, I felt dismissed and she refused to provide me with a touchup. I have been going to Venus for years and this is the first bad experience I've received. I would not recommend her to anyone!

Desiree was amazing! I had lip filler done by her; asked her to make it look as natural as possible and she exceeded my expectations. Quick and painless, she is very knowledgeable and professional. 10/10 recommend

I recently had an amazing experience getting Botox, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! The entire process was smooth, from the consultation to the treatment. Katrina Maier was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything in detail, and answered all of my questions with patience and care. The procedure itself was quick and nearly painless, and I felt completely at ease throughout. What I appreciated most was how natural the results look – subtle yet effective. The fine lines around my forehead and eyes have softened, and I feel so much more confident without looking ‘overdone.’ Highly recommend Katrina!

Went to get lip filler here and had injector Stephanie. I was super scared to get it done as I have a low pain tolerance but she made me feel so much better and comfortable and didn’t rush me at all. My lips look great!! 100% recommend you go see her.

Erika is an ANGEL. She's an excellent representation of what a nurse practitioner should be. She is comforting and honest and a true patient advocate which is why I keep keep going back to her. I was blown away by my results and am just so happy I found her. The true tell for me is that she cares about educating the patient. Erika wants you to look your best and that's exactly what I got. Thank you Erika, you were meant to do this for a living. You have hands of an angel.

Not sure if they changed the Dysport treatment but. I’ve been a customer since 2019 also getting forehead dysport which it always last about 6 months + . I recently got my treatment in Oct and now is Dec and all my wrinkles are showing again on my forehead . meaning I have to get another touch up 😒. I always recommend my family and friend to this med spa and one of my friend came across the same issue 😞. I’m aware this won’t last that long but mines this time lasted one month in half 😞

The first time that I went the service was amazing and the did a great job. The addressed my concern and I was happy with the results. After a long time I went again and the the results was not what I expected for what I paid for. They are going to tell you to come back if you need more in the treated areas, but the reality is that want to charge you more money. I went to another place and they did a great job, cost me less money and I was very pleased with the way that they make me feel.

Brianna Scott is one amazing Nurse Practitioner. I don’t do great with injections but with her being so gentle I did great. She is super sweet and helped me achieve the exact look I was going for with my lips. She is the only one I will go to now. She is also at the International Mall Location too!!

My experience with Jaclyn was absolutely incredible. Very kind, patient and caring, I couldn’t ask for a better injector/nurse she is truly a God send!! I won’t be going to anyone else she was wonderful to me and my children. Not to mention Sela at the front desk greeting and providing excellent service off the bat. Beautiful and clean facility with phenomenal staff 20/10.

This was my first experience with Venus SPA and I was a bit Hesitant to get a filler at us MedSpa since I’ve always gone to a doctor. But from the moment I walked in Taylor, the injector Greeted me with a pleasant smile. Took me back and informed me. And I can honestly say that by far she has been one of the best lip fillers I’ve had! I absolutely love the way my lips turned out. Even though I’ll be moving out of the area to another city I will make sure I come back to her!

From the moment I walked in Yadi at the front was super friendly and very welcoming. Filling out paperwork was simple and she explained everything I was signing. Never a wait and Angela PA, was very professional, I had fillers and Botox and dysport, making a huge difference and building my confidence up, before pictures and explained everything in detail about the process that was going on...Angela will be highly recommend.

I had 1cc of Rystaline filler injected about two weeks ago at a doctors office. I paid a ton of money and two days later, after the swelling had gone down I was extremely disappointed 😞. The reason I was so disappointed is because the doctor who injected my lips did a poor job at explaining things to me and beasically never told me that results would be so subtle. Had I known my results would have been barely noticeable, I’d probably never done it, or chosen another product etc. Today I visited Venus Med at Citrus Park Mall. Michelle was my injector. Not only did Michelle take her time to make me feel comfortable and relaxed but she gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I was visiting from out of town and called in last minute for lip filler the next day. The staff was sweet and answered my questions and scheduled me right away. I was scheduled with Michelle; I had previously gotten them done in Houston so this was my second time. Michelle was very professional and courteous to me and took the time to explain to me step by step how the process works- something I hadn't experienced previously. She used a different technique that I had never seen using smaller insulin needles instead of just one big syringe and the results and the swelling were significantly better than my first experience! I plan on coming back again when I visit and ask for Michelle. The results are beautiful and I'm so so happy I found this place! Definitely recommended to all my friends in Florida
