Heather is so warm and helpful, she takes the her time and listens to your concerns. I barely felt a thing and the results are always so amazing! The best part is I know I will look serene while traveling with the whole family this summer!

Heather is my injector and she is the best! I’ve had juveau in my jaw, 11s, forehead, as well as a lip flip with filler. My results are very natural looking and Heather is a great professional to work with. I appreciate her modest, “low and slow” approach. My face looks better than ever thanks to her! She also made the filler process virtually painless. I was nervous for the lip filler as id heard from others it can be quite painful but her numbing cream is amazing. 10/10 would recommend.

I seen Sara and she was amazing! She took extra time to help with my skin. Then I went to get disport and noticed it was too much in the middle and my eyelids were droopy. Waited for it to wear off but totally changed my eyes.

I absolutely love this place the people are so kind and caring. The salt facial is a must for a glowing complexion. The prices can’t be beat and the outcomes are better than I could of expected. I have been coming here for several months and I won’t go anywhere else.

I have bought several treatments...Dysport, salt facial, skin tightening, hormone pellets and all have been exceptional! The staff are professional yet down to earth. I don't think I've ever felt or looked better!!! Prices are amazing compared to other spas in Colorado Springs!!!

I really wanted to love this place!! I manager was so friendly and nice when booking my appointment. The guys at the front were nice too. Unfortunately my dysport experience was not good at all. My eye lid drooped, and I gained more forehead wrinkles rather than less !!! I called, went in for another appt (which I paid for) The results still are not good... I'm constantly asked what happened to my eyes... My forehead wrinkles and crows feet are the same as before the dysport. In all it was a waste of money. I've had much better results for less, at other salons. I'm really bummed....

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sure, Michelle is nice, but she's just the one who schedules you. I paid hundreds of dollars (close to a thousand) for 3 areas of IPLs for hyperpigmentation with a kind nurse who unfortunately isn't there anymore. Anyone who's ever done IPLs knows there will have to be follow-up visits to get all the spots that weren't hit the first or even second time. Large areas + small wand. I paid for very large areas - chest, shoulders and both arms. So of course I would need more passes than just the first or even second to get everything. I am not new to the IPL scene - been doing it for over 15 years. You pay for a service to be rendered, and rendered to a reasonable level of satisfaction, that simple...right? Went in there 3rd time to not only buy another IPL section (face), a round of Botox in my forehead, and just needed literally 4 spots on my chest hit with the IPL wand. Four. 4. Just 4. Four. This would require the nurse (PA in this case) to put the little laser wand on the spot and use a finger to press a button - 4 times. And that would satisfactorily complete all the large areas I paid for. Wow. Nope. Those 4 little presses of a button were evidently a bridge too far to make me a happy customer and fulfilling their end of the deal. I showed this newer nurse (PA in this case) the 4 small spots. She went out, consulted with someone, came back in and said each spot - did I say 4 yet - would cost me $25 a press. So let me get this straight... I paid for 3 IPL packages- close to a thousand dollars- with one nurse who evidently understood (as a given) the tiny wand wouldn't be able to cover all the large areas I wanted done, and more passes would, no duh, be necessary. Then I come in, ready and willing to pay for another entire area ($350) plus 20 units of Botox on my forehead... 20 units x $9.50 a unit. So, I was about to drop another $500 with her... and she can't seem to treat the leftover and final 4 spots? ...You tell me people... are you willing to put up with that kind of service with your hard-earned money? Ya no, not me.. I got up and walked out. Think about this... 4 spots away from making me a happy customer. 4 spots away from me handing over another ~$500. My gawd, what a costly business decision...

The staff are remarkable and friendly. This was my first time getting a facial and it truly was an amazing experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and informative of what products they used. I highly recommend this place for any customer.
