Crystal and Ringo were amazing. I love the attention to detail on my manicure and the paraffin soak was what the day ordered! Love that she was able to do a great job on my natural nails. Definitely will go back.

First of all, where do I even start. My nails weren’t the same length and I had 2 butterflies on each nail that came off the same day.I called and they told me they would redo my nails again free of charge if I came within 2 weeks so I came back 5 days later and they still charged me. I am very veryyy disappointed with the service and how they lied to me. Also the receptionist lied to me as well and I’m not satisfied with the nail techs there and if I could give this a 0 star I would. I am not going to tell anyone to come to this place because it’s a horrible place when they lie to you. I can’t believe I had to pay the DISSATISFACTION of my nails!!!!! the guy was filing my nails really hard and this is unacceptable.

I asked for a specific nail art on my nails and it wasn’t done right….I called and told the receptionist this and she said I can come in and get a color change on my nails free of charge if I came in a two week time frame….I came in 5 days later and the receptionist said I can get my nail color change free of charge, so I did and then when my nails were done she said I had to pay for them because her boss told her I had to since it was 5 days later….why didn’t she tell me this BEFORE I got my nail color changed? She lied to me scamming me for my money and lying to me! I am very disappointed since I was dissatisfied with my nail art in the beginning and it wasn’t done right they charged me an extra $20 more for doing that nail art and it wasn’t done right even after I showed the nail tech a picture of how I wanted it done. That’s ridiculous! And then to charge me for getting a color change after I was dissatisfied! I want my money back the receptionist was rude and lied to me that’s not right….she charged me $36 and I want a refund back since my nails weren’t done right the first time. I’m very upset about this.

My experience was bad, I asked for short, natural-looking nails for my 13-year-old girl and they gave her square nails with a white tip and you could see bubbles in the texture of the nails, as if it was applied incorrectly, my daughter hated the result; I asked the person to correct it and he only trimmed them and shaped them more badly, totally depressing to pay for something like that not to mention that the prices are high and my manicurist left the edges of my nails bleeding.

I have finally found a technician that I consider excellent. I recently moved from the Bay Area to Fresno and have been in search of a good Nail Spa. I have tried 3 different shops and Venus Nail and Spa is the fourth. My previous technician was in San Jose and I had been with her for 15 years and she was just magical with her art of nails. I knew that I probably wouldn’t find anyone like that any time soon but I was so disappointed with the quality of Nail Spas here and on top of that, it’s much more expensive than the Bay Area. I guess that’s due to stiffer competition in the Bay Area but still, I was paying almost double here for less than half of quality. Okay, having said that I found my Unicorn at the Venus Nail Spa and to my surprise my new forever technician just started a week ago. Yay!!! She is excellent and my nails look natural again instead of a lumps camel back fake liking nails. Kelly is excellent and she listens. She was so patient with me as I did go on a slight rant of how disappointed I have been. She asked me what I was looking for and even asked if I had photos of how my nail was done in the Bay. She got it! I am now very happy and pray that she stays put. I highly recommend. UPDATE: 11/4/2023: I went back today to see Kelly as she recommended that I try removing my acrylic and try the Powder Dip onto my natural nails. I’ve had acrylics for over 15 years so I was a bit reluctant. Kelly assured me that if I don’t like it, then we can go back to the acrylics but the powder would be much lighter on my nails. So, I thought why not? So, Kelly patiently went through the process and I ended up with the results that really surprised me. I was afraid that my hands would look stubby but they actually look very natural. I took some photos and compared with my past acrylics and I totally love my powder dipped nails! I found a new way to have natural looking nails. Thank you again Kelly!

I’ve been coming here for about 6 months now. I request Ringo for my nails, but I can see that everyone does a great job. I’ve had multiple technicians do my pedicures and I’m equally happy with my service’s. The salon is clean, reasonably priced and nicely decorated.

Love this place. Been coming to Venus for 2 years now. Vicky does an amazing job on my nails and never disappoints me with the designs she’s able to do! Tina does our pedicures and does an amazing job! I have referred many people here and everyone has left very happy! I’m so lucky to find this place as it’s hard to find a great nail place!
