Bad. Gel nails chip in less than a week. Rude staff who don’t think before they speak. Just go to Spazio nails which has a much more elegant interior and better service. Nails there don’t actually chip after the first few days. Won’t be going back to Venus Nails ever!

I went other day myself and daughter for. Regular pedicure. Made a appt for Monday President's day to treat husband. Made a appointment and asked how much. Said it was 930.am it was. For. 10:30 am lack of communication don't recommend this place very rude man that answered phone. And didn't even offer new appointment I will never go back. Wanted to get husband. Spa treatment and. They had wrong time and. I was no happy with that he took off work for this appt. just for this...will not go back rude rude.

I came in for a routine gel manicure. The manicurist filed the old gel off instead of patiently soaking it off like I'm used to. Then she told me my nails were so thin that I should get this other kind of gel that costs $65! Well if you didn't file my nails down to nothing, maybe I wouldn't need that product! I told her I wanted white, like the color of white out, and it's not the shade I asked for. (I'll own that... I should've stopped her.) So I left disappointed. The next day I looked down, and one of my nails is already cracked! Seriously? For $30, I expect a lot better! I should've known better... the 2 times I had pedicures there, they chipped in a week.

Marlene/Margaret (an employee who also works here) is incredibly rude. Not only does she find it appropriate to generalize a group of people based on skin color, but she thinks it’s okay to abuse the staff openly in front of other people. This is absolutely disgusting and the fact that the owners allow this to happen is unacceptable. The pedicure ladies here are wonderful! But this woman’s nasty attitude ruins it. If you see this woman working (Lady with curly black hair), literally run out the door.

There's no nail salon to compare with Venus Nails! A manicure-pedicure treat to yourself feels like a full day at a spa! My nails look lovely for weeks! Plus, the friendly staff makes you feel really special!

Wonderful Nail Salon! Today was my first visit and I left so happy! They listened to me and made my nails the perfect shape I was looking for. Finally! Somewhere that can do natural looking gel tip manicures. Very clean. Very friendly.

Tired leg and feet needs a really goods message. Definitely recommend spa pedicure here. It is absolute relaxation.
