1st time visiting Venus. I was in town from Slidell, LA. I walked right in and services began. Dan did an amazing job on my pedicure and manicure. He was gentle and thorough. I'll definitely return the next time I visit Columbia.

I’m only giving 1 star because it won’t let me give ZERO! On Mon 10/28 I was visiting from TX, so my cousin and I decided to get pedicures. We passed several nail places but she had heard good things about this place so we went here. The place is beautiful & the pedicure chairs are state of the art, so I’m thinking this is going to be great. We both got deluxe pedicures with paraffin wax, hot rock massage etc and paid the extra for the gel polish which is supposed to last longer. Mind you I get this kind of pedicure and polish in Houston all of the time and never have had a problem at my salon there. The gel polish I get In Houston always lasts weeks and weeks. I fly home two days later on 10/30. I arrive home and go to show my husband my pedicure only to find that the polish has came off one toe as if it was never polished. Since then every day polish disappears from another toe and to top it off my feet don’t even feel like I had a pedicure. My cousin went by and showed them a picture the next day and they wanted me to come in So they could fix it and she explained that I was back in Tx and could not for them to say there was nothing they could do. I have now called 3 times and spoke with the owner who was supposed to call me back and did not so I called the salon back and of course she was gone for the day and no one could tell me when she will be returning. I am beyond furious about this cheap pedicure and getting the run around. I will have to start from scratch and get another pedicure. UPDATE: Owner responded this review online but only received an I’m sorry and we’ll do better next time. Still no real resolution to the problem as in a call back and an offer to refund my money so I can get a quality pedicure here in Texas. Oh and as I was reading her response to my review last night I noticed that only 4 toes remain painted since my pedicure on Monday.

The nailer was decorated beautifully. Customer service was excellent. Walked in and the young lady I had appointment with was waiting on me. I was giving a pedicure, and then escorted to her table for my manicure, The polish choice was excellent for my feet as well as my nails. I received a complimentary bottle of water at my request, while being serviced. It was a pleasure being at Venus Nailery today. I will be back in 2 weeks. Thank you table #29.. Good job see you again..💯♥️ also table 9 gives an excellent pedicure with love and care also. See you again also.

9/27-after Hurricane Helen passed-It was closing time and I was desperate for a pedicure. Not only did the accommodate my request at the 9th hour, but the technician took her time, and provided stellar service!!!

WARNING Do not get a pedicure from this place. This is my second time trying this place and each time I have got Gel Polish with the Deluxe Treatment and in 3 days will have to return due to the Polish have came off and have faded. I tried to give them a second chance but this place is horrible. ( Please Be Aware Customers )

Emma is the best very professional and open minded my nails are so pretty I I explained to her about the last person that done my nails, and she make sure that my nails was going to be great. I will definitely go back very nice vibe in the inside is beautiful and very clean.

I went there on 8/22 as a first time customer I walked in and never saw a price list . I got a pedicure , my eyebrows and a full set which came out to OVER 300 dollars ! I WAS SEVERELY OVERCHARGED BECAUSE IM NOT A REGULAR CUSTOMER AND THEY BASICALLY CHARGED ME WHATEVER THEY WANTED ! They wrote out a receipt instead of a machine printed one and AGAIN DOESNT HAVE A PRICE LIST THEY CHARGED ME 20 DOLLARS TO POORLY ARCH MY EYEBROWS WHICH IS RIDICULOUS WHATEVER YOU DO YOUNG WOC DONT COME HERE and on top of that my nails were hideous . I’ve submitted an official BBB complaint it’s sickening what they do .

Today was my first visit to this salon. Let me start by saying Jennifer and Tim were amazing. I arrived at 6:18pm not realizing they closed at 7pm. I order the Royal pedicure and a full set of the ombré nails that Jennifer designed individually. They did not rush or complain. Tim did an amazing job with my feet.

To begin with , they didn’t want to seat me because i only needed two nails replaced , mean while there was no one in the salon. then i agreed to a fill on all nails & a repair for my two nails & they tryed to charge me $110. so i politely asked for just the 2 repairs which came out to $70 & they told me if i wanted polish on my nails it would be an extra $10. So they charged me $70 for clear nails which a lot of my nails have bubbles in them from how she did the application. i’m extremely disappointed & unsatisfied with my experience.

Annie hands down is the best at nail art I’m so happy I went to see her! She took my nails from being not so good to amazing! Super happy with her work and I love how creative she is. I cannot wait to see her again in about five weeks. she is also the sweetest and very friendly! I found my new go to girl for an art here in Columbia.

Disgusted If disgusted was a person 😒 I have been going here for 7 years and never have I been utterly disgusted . I went in for a Mani & Pedicure walked in at 5:30pm and walked straight to a Chair and the guy started my Pedicure immediately. Left at 8:30pm Disgusted and not to mention he got assistance with filing my nails until there was no more left 😳😒😒😔😢
