Unbelievably lucky I found this place and went with Nikki after seeing her rave Google reviews! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted, I was in and out and she was so easy to chat with! I left loving my hair, feeling confident, and have received so many compliments on my hair since. Definitely going to be my go to hair salon from now on!

I had an appointment with Crystal the owner for 4:00 PM on a Friday. I drove over 45 minutes to come and get my hair done. I had plans for the evening to go to an anniversary dinner so I packed my clothes in my car to change into after I got my hair done. So I left my house with unwashed hair thrown up in a bun. 4:00 came and the stylist didn’t show up. So I attempted to call and text her after waiting about 10 minutes but still got no response. Finally after 15 minutes I realized she probably wasn’t coming so I left. The lady that was there was extremely sweet and apologetic so no fault to the other stylist at the salon as there are multiple chairs at the salon for different stylist. Unfortunately for me I have to drive back 45 minutes and cancel my plans that were made well over two months ago. To put it kindly I am furious over the situation. She couldn’t even call me or send me a text to say she wasn’t coming or that she was sorry NOTHING! She just blew me away off! How can someone OWN a business yet be a no call no show? How selfish and disrespectful can you be to not even call your client and apologize that you couldn’t make it? To not care about someone’s time or money they used for gas to get there?!?!? I’m just totally disgusted by this incident.

Nikki is fantastic. I moved to Colorado Springs last year and totally lucked out finding her, best hair cuts I've gotten anywhere. She's super friendly and easy to talk to, she's quick and does a fantastic job every time I have gone. Won't be going anywhere else.

Went to Nikki and OMG… I’m so happy I could cry. My hair was long and I couldn’t do anything with it. Split ends.. frizz… very blah and lifeless. So I went big and said cut it off. 9 inches gone and I feel AMAZING! I absolutely love my hair!!! She went above and beyond my expectations. Now I can actually style my hair!

I received amazing service from Nikki! This was my first time ever getting a Brazilian blowout, and she made me feel very comfortable with my decision. I came in with doubts, and she walked me through every step of the process to make sure I understood. The salon itself was beautiful, nice and clean on the inside. I will definitely be returning to Nikki, thanks so much for the 5 star service!

Kelly cut my curly hair yesterday and fixed a really bad cut I was given by someone else. She's a miracle worker, I love it! She asks you what you want and listens, and asks for input as she's going. And so nice. Thanks so much Kelly, I'll be back!

Nikki is the Best!!!! I booked an appointment with her and had to cancel on her 30 minutes prior. Gosh! I was so upset I had to do that to her. Nikki was soooooo understanding and just amazing about my situation!!!! What a doll! So professional... even though I was not. I recommend this girl to everyone! She gave me prices and booked my appointment right away. Responded to every message I sent. Just all around very good experience with this girl! Thank You!!!
