I have never been to this place with the old owner but Tia and her staff is amazing! Great, service, customer experience is everything and it's hard to find both at one place! They cater to their customets, have snacks, water and you can even get a glass of wine sometimes😉

I loooovvveeee this place and I’m definitely coming back. All of the staff were kind, professional and accommodating. I enjoyed every bit of my experience (massage, facial, and smoothies). There’s a very welcoming and calming atmosphere there and I felt amazing in every way after I left.

I love coming here. It'd be my "SPA FAMILY" away from home. My husband & I have services at least once a month. Massage, steam room, tub soak, nails just to mention a few. Miss Veola has a wealth of knowledge to share while maintaining healthy outcomes. Check them out!

Jasmine was very pleasant and helpful as I inquired and subsequently purchased a gift certificate as a Birthday gift. This place has a welcoming obienance and always presence noticeably neat and clean. I will be returning to enjoy some of the services. This was my third visit.

My husband sent me to Veola's for a massage, mani and pedi. The massage therapist was excellent! And professional, which is important to me, because I had never had a male masseuse before. It was the best massage I've ever received, and I'm no newbie to massage therapy. Lynn is a real pro. Jasmine, the owner, is a true gem. She was kind and easy to talk to. She felt like a close friend. I enjoyed and was happy with all my services. I definitely plan to return. ❤️

The staff is very professional and friendly. Cheryl is right there to greet you with a smile on her face when you walk in the door. Ms. Veola takes great care when she does your facial and will have your skin looking revived. Lynn is THE BEST when it comes to giving a massage and is very attentive.

I highly recommend this Spa & Wellness Center. Every employee is pleasant and cater to your needs. The prices are reasonable. I had a full body massage for an hour and the services were phenomenal. I booked my next massage b4 I left.

My experience at VEOLA'S DAY SPA was one for the DO NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN RECORDS.I must say I've given this a lot of thought and the total disrespect I received was more than anyone should have to deal with. On my first appointment for mole removal, Ms.Veola decided to tell me the price of the services after she questioned my employment, nurse.The process was painful and extremely costly. I then had a second appointment and waited an hour and was told that she wasn't aware that I was waiting in another room, as she gestured her assistant to do so., and proceeded to do a quick mole removal and charged me the same inflated price as the first appointment, I didn't have as many moles but because I didn't want to confront Ms.Veola and just paid for it. Then I had a follow up appointment and Ms.Veola didn't show up for my 9 am appointment as I waited 20 minutes. Ms.Veola called me and stated her daughter's dog was sick and she was tired from taking care of him and decided to sleep in a bit longer. .I must say not a good decision but.i will NEVER go back for i was banned from the spa do to the fact I told her assistant I would write a review. Here it is. Don't go there if you value your TIME AND MONEY. PEACE Just FYI Word of mouth is better than any social media out there

I merely just tried to set up an appointment for my lady and apparently one of the women that work there has an attitude problem because before I could explain to her what it was I needed she hung up in my face so that shows me who you are as a businesses and I will make sure I let everyone know that you have miserable women and staff working there

Went for a Brazilian wax. Most painful experience I've ever had and I've had many Brazilians before. Everyone was extremely nice and the sanitary pads are the bomb! But the pain was too much for me to ever relive.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! The customer service here is outstanding.Cheryl Is the best! Very friendly, welcoming, and professional. The environment is very calm and quiet. Definitely going back. They provide everything for you, just show up to you appointment. We had the aroma therapy eucalyptus. Steam room was perfect, followed by a nice shower and then a calm resting period before going back outside in the cold.
