Best place in Memphis for clean, vegan skincare! Nathalie completely transformed my skin through regular facials and product recommendations. She’s also amazing at brows!! For the last year two years I have been on the hunt for a decent eyebrow guru, I finally found the holy grail!! My poor eyebrows have been butchered by countless of threading session, I would hop and pray that the next person I would find would be able to fix them. :( After the last person I was traumatized, almost was in tears after seeing what she had done to them. For the last three months I have been letting them “grow out”, they were still not as full I would like them to be but I knew the bare spots would never grow back. One day I randomly googled eyebrows and Veracity was one the list, I was surprised since all the research and searches I had done in the past I had never came across this studio. I became hopeful by looking at the pictures, what a nice studio! The reviews also were a plus! I sent a text to the number on their website and received a response seconds later, great service! The day of my appointment I was hopeful but knew they probably wouldn’t be able to help me. I was blown away walking into the studio!! Not only is it beautiful but so calm, clean, inviting, warm. And Nathalie is a doll! She quickly went to work on my brows, the experience was relaxing. That was the most anyone had ever spent on my brows, it’s wasn’t the five minutes or under that I was used to. She took her time and was extremely meticulous. She was done, I was nervous. Wow. She revived my old brows back from the grave!!! She was able to shape my brows and cleaned them up to what I had dreamt them to look for over two years. Even with the spots that were still bare I saw the potential of them getting back to what they were before. It had been three days since I saw her, yesterday I did my regular make up and brow routine by filling them in a bit. I wish I had taken a before and after photo, I got my old brows back!!! She is a miracle worker. I’m so thankful that I found this studio and so very grateful to Nathalie. If you are thinking of going here run!!! It’s a gem! I’m so excited to book my next facial with her. This is my go to spot now. :)

I first met Nathalie when she was employed elsewhere before she ventured out on her own and started Veracity. She helped me by recommending what to do with my eyebrows because I am lost when it comes to that sort or thing. We dyed my brows and shaped them and I really felt confidant in my new look. I loved the experience so much and her expertise was one I trusted so I followed her when she left to open Veracity. It has been a few years now and I have had the opportunity to try numerous services with Nathalie and am always impressed by results. (Facials, eye brow waxing, eyelash dying and perming, dermaplanning) she is my go-to gal and has become a friend in the process. Thankful to have found her and so proud of her. Definitely don’t delay and make an appointment with her. You won’t regret it.

I followed Nathalie from Pavo to opening her own business. Not only is she overall just cool and easy to talk to, she is the only person I trust with my brows. She has an excellent knowledge of skincare and only uses the best natural, vegan, (mostly organic if I am correct) products such as Osea. She sells products as well as offers an array of services. I have gotten facials, brow and bikini waxes. She is always professional and on time. Her business is clean and sanitary and very peaceful with a spa like vibe. It smells great. I always enjoy when I get to go get pampered. Go see her. You won't regret it!

My visit to Veracity Skin Studio was my first experience with a Gua Sha facial treatment and it certainly won't be my last! Nathalie does a wonderful job not only with the treatment itself, but also explaining what she is doing and the various benefits it's producing. OMG i love Nathalie & this studio! haven't had to pluck in while & didn't want to risk an epic fail on my own, so texted Nathalie to see if she could see me. got me in the next day & was able to squeeze in an unplanned lash tint with the tweeze. she very quickly & painlessly got my brows under control. great conversation, good vibes/energy, great job on the brows & lashes, i feel amazing!!

Nathalie is wonderful and the the 60 min. facial was relaxing and I am still feeling the results from a week ago! She also recommended some great products, gave me some samples, and stocks some fantastic cruelty-free and natural skincare products. I highly recommend!
