My partner and I participated in the Eterno retreat in November to Tulum Mexico. It was very well organized and extremely intentional. I am forever grateful for Crystal and her husband for hosting and organizing the experience. It was peaceful and rejuvenating to participate in the retreat. They have fortified meaningful relationships with local travel experts and partners which make the trip even more special. Highly recommend their retreat experiences.

Verde has so many services that it is very hard to choose from!. Deep tissue Massages with hot stones or cupping are my favorites. Along with that, reiki has given me the opportunity to connect with my spirit guides that I couldn’t have done other wise. The special events are always on point. I have never been disappointed with anything that Verde offers! Highly recommend to visit and peruse through services and goods that they sell!!

2nd time here as a birthday gift to myself. My first experience was wonderful so I came back. This time I had Reyna. She was great but she was tied. She kept yawning and huffing. Not sure if I received her all or not. The massage was good but Im not sure if I received all she had to offer. I still gave a tip.

I felt too many negative things happening to me at once and now I know why. I already knew the reason why within me, but I didn't expect it to be so drastic. I do feel better knowing reasons to things I was experiencing. I really recommend Crystal for spiritual healing.

Peaceful staff were kind, Reyna did beautiful job of hitting the spots I needed through my whole body.After my session I felt calm and relaxed. Internally and externally felt great.

Very nice. The girl that treated me was kind and courteous. 😊I will be back. My daughter talked me into going I'm glad I did. 😉. 7.12.24. Reyna. Once again pop and pulled seems every nerve and muscle on my back and neck a bit sore but pain down 90 %. Feels much better ☺️

Worst massage ever. I left saying it was good bc I felt bad for the guy. Alexan literally just shook me and gently rubbed my back for about 40 mins of the 60 min massage, but prior to, we discussed deep tissue and agreed on that. When I finally said you could be more firm, after probably 40 mins of me waiting for a massage to begin, he said I know and proceeded to push as hard as he could. I am dissapointed bc I have been waiting to come here and support my local community business, but honestly I just wasted $150. Could have gone anywhere else and left at least a but more satisfied for half the cost. Pretty and and calm inside though.

One of the best experiences I've had honestly! I walked in limping after working 8 days in a row on my feet and walked out feeling 10 times better. Reyna is amazing and took great care of me! It took a lot for me to buy myself a massage because it's just not something I thought I needed. After one visit though I realized I might need to do this on a monthly basis. If you're thinking twice about treating yourself to a massage here just do it. It was worth every penny!

I booked an appointment in advance with Verde Holistic Wellness Center. I got there for my appointment at 10:45 am on Wednesday, May 3rd. When I got there the therapist (medium build, curly hair, about 5'4'') asked if I wanted to focus on a specific area to which I said yes the upper back. When she started I noticed she started working with one hand and kept massaging me with one hand. This went on for about 10-15 minutes until I realized (and heard) the tapping of a finger on a screen. Also who in the world does a deep tissue massage with one hand? The therapist was also sitting down the whole time on a stool, massaging with one hand, not looking at me but instead looking at her phone. I could feel the movements were weak, very slow and there were long pauses in between each movement. All of this led me to suspect the person was on her phone. When I turned my head up from the head rest, I saw her scrolling through her phone to which I said, ARE YOU SERIOUSLY ON YOUR PHONE? She said "NO, I'M SO SORRY" and then immediately put it in her pocket. I walked out after that. I want everyone to realize that clients could have been injured as a result of this kind of lack of attentiveness, incorrect body positioning (sitting on a stool, one hand on her phone). She could also have been taking videos or pictures of me. I will never return and will be reporting this place.

I found Verde through word of mouth and social media and so glad I found a healing space rooted in ancestral practices. I’ve only received two services and they have been perfect for my healing journey. Crystal has expertise in Mayan fertility massage and will listen to you with care and intention. I’ve purchased their bath salts, vaginal herbal steams, and copal. Very satisfied with everything. Thank you!

The environment of the spa is amazing, I love the healing sounds and the neck and head massage was incredible. I left so relaxed and my neck muscles were less stiff and tense.

Verde hands down is the best massage in Chicago! I’ve tried so so many and no other place compared. everyone is well trained and actually give massages that help fix your problems, not just a little rub down, or going too fast. Always feel very comfortable there. Just go ahead and book it!

I started coming to Verde about 2 years ago when I moved to the neighborhood and I have to say that the Verde staff provides the BEST massages I’ve ever received in my life. I tend to go weekly or bi-weekly due to a number of different issues that put strain on my muscles/body (torticollis, TMJ, flat feet, anxiety/depression, etc.). They offer a monthly membership that includes a discounted price and also have great massages bundles available during the holidays that make it more accessible to go more often. The entire staff is amazing and incredibly talented so you can’t go wrong with anyone. Their technique is holistic in that it’s not only releasing muscle tightness but also emotional tension, and I always leave rejuvenated. Make sure you book early, the calendar fills up quickly (you have 48 hours before your appt to reschedule/cancel).

They were able to work me in while I was here on vacation. Spa was recommended by a close friend who used to live here in the city. They did not disappoint! Wonderful calming environment with lovely smells and peacefully quiet. The signature massage was fantastic and I would recommended every time! If I’m ever here in town again, I will definitely come back. I also picked up a couple of creams that the owner makes and I’m excited to try them!
