First, I want to say that most of the positive reviews are fake, so please consider that before you spend your money here. The owner, Veronica told me to come in on a closed day and said she would open just for me. Which I did not want at all, since she made it obvious that it was an inconvenience for her. I told her she didn’t have to put me in on her day off but she insisted. she said that my hair would take all day. I go to the shop and she isn’t there. When I call to see if she was coming she is rude to me on the phone. She gets there late and as soon as I sit down she insults my hair and touches it as if it is disgusting. I began crying since I felt very self-conscious about my hair. She told me “ you cry more than my 7 year old daughter”. Then my husband asks to make sure I’m okay, and asks me if I want to leave. Veronyka gets up and holds the door open and tells us to leave as if I did something wrong. She tells me I was rude on the phone and that she came in on her day off just for me. I left the store crying. This happened years ago but I still think about how badly I was treated that day. I never shared my experience because I felt so humiliated. I decided to share now so maybe it will save anyone from a horrible experience like mine. I would tell anyone never to come here. Veronica is extremely rude and hateful and very unprofessional. She will take any opportunity to put another woman down just to make herself feel better. I would recommend you avoid her and her business at all costs. Hope your reading this Veronica, you don’t deserve to own a business that is supposed to be helping and supporting women with their journey to self-confidence. You are a disgusting person to see a young vulnerable woman and to just insult them for no reason.

Lavish Lashes is located here and Angel does a BEAUTIFUL job. I got the natural set and my 21 year old dtr got the hybrid. WE LOVE THEM!!

Shevawn is hands down amazing at what she does ! Totally recommend her ! So open and honest about the look and color and will let you know upfront if your hair can Handel it ! My hair is amazing long and beautiful thanks to her !!! She has the hands to do what she does not to mention she loves what she does and not just do it for the money ! She is truely gifted !!! So I highly recommend her !! Never disappoints !

The owner is so good at making time to get you. She is simply AMAZING. I had a Brazilian blow out. My hair feels and looks so healthy. I highly recommend her.

Amy's been my hairstylist for over 5 years. I'm a natural brunette, but have gotten highlights since I was in high school. Amy is the only one I trust to reach the level of blonde I like without all brass. With all the potential damage I could have from bleaching, Amy makes sure my hair stays healthy. 😊

I have been going here for awhile but when I found out my stylist left I thought, maybe I can take a chance.. BIG MISTAKE!! I wanted my hair color/ombré a certain way and was extremely disappointed DO NOT go to Shevawn she is awful, yanks your hair and does crappy curls!! I had to return twice.. I demanded a refund but the receptionist convinced me to come in so they can "fix it" she gave me a fake apology but all she did was damage my hair and put orange highlights in.. Now I'm stressed looking for a PROFESSIONAL that actually knows what they are doing.. Never again.. I've never been so disappointed.. I really had high hopes..

I have visited many different salons over the years and finding a great hair stylist is not easy to do. Veronyka's Salon has great customer service and always smiling faces. My hair stylist Shevawn has an amazing talent when it comes to color, cut and style! I have now been a client for a few years and could not be happier. Thank you Shevawn for all you do!

Awful experience all around! I wanted the experience to be a special one for my daughter, but it was far from that. I do not like salons that try to squeeze in another client while your color is processing, etc. It was my daughter's first time getting highlights. What bothered me from the start was that we felt rushed. From the consultation, to the application of the highlights (very sloppy), the hair wash, the cut, the blow dry - it was all rushed and I could tell my daughter was not happy with how everything was going. The blow dry was awful and my daughter left with damp hair! It was just awful! I had to take my daughter to K Charles next door to get another blow dry and style because such a poor job done by Amy! I would not recommend this salon at all! It is overpriced, the service sucks, and I will not go there again even if they offered a redo. Rushed service, poor quality, overpriced = ZERO rating/UNSATISFACTORY!

Awful service all around! I went for a haircut, and Veronyka (Veronica - name on her license) didn't even wash my hair, which was part of the service. She looked at my hair and said my hair was like hay - she was soooo rude!!! Then she sent me off to Amy to get my haircut, and she just talked to the girl next to her the entire time. It took her an hour to do nothing! I basically walked out looking the same as I did when I walked in- plus wasting over $75. I was in such shock, it was like they treated me like I didn't exist. Veronyka/Veronica was so ugly to me, and she only seems to care about walking around in too tight of clothes and clacking her heels on the floor - certainly her care is not in her customers. I'm also sickened to read other sites with her reviews from former employees that she has her friends and family write good/fake reviews to make her business look better.

Got an awesome haircut from Priscilla a few weeks ago! She really listened to what I wanted and kept working with me until my hair was how I wanted it. Plus you can save $10 by leaving with your hair wet which I love! Definitely coming back!

Worst haircut I've ever gotten! Don't know what they are doing. Would not recommended this place to anyone. I think the lady's name was Anna. She wasn't paying attention the whole time and I asked her if she could cut a little at a time and she said "I don't want to cut it 6 times." Rude and horrible stylist. STAY AWAY!

I love Veronyka's! I like my natural hair but every now and then I want to get it straightened and when I do I come here, rather then fighting with my curls. They also have a waxing bar which I take full advantage of when I go. I also enjoy the facials they offer, Great place over all.

I have been going to Veronyka's for years - even since moving away to Austin and then Dallas I come back for Veronyka and Sonya to do my hair! They do such a great job - especially with blonde hair. After having everyone's hair done here for my wedding, most of my bridesmaids even switched and started going to Veronyka's. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Veronyka does the BEST cut and color I've ever had. She is fast, always ready for me and runs the salons in a very professional manner. The consistency of the color and cut is always perfect. Plus...her personality gives me a life every time I come in.
