WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. The first desk lady is rude with a stinky attitude. I tried making an appointment and she wasn’t helpful or patient enough. I decided not to call back and will take my business elsewhere. I had a Groupon for this place and won’t be using it here, I would rather be out a massage than to enjoy a day at this location with these people who work here. WHOOP, I guess I should had read the reviews before purchasing.

You may think the people here are rude. But no, it just sounds like that because of their language. We got a couples massage from Groupon and paid $15 extra per person. Still, it cost $120 for 2 people in total. (excluding tip). The cocktails were great and the massage was exactly what I wanted.

Very rude on the phone and in person, my arm has been killing me since they damn near popped it out of place 2 days ago, the massages sucked, they just rub lotion all over you and dug in my eyes with lotion as well. Drinks were good

Bought a couples massage for two prior to the day I wanted to use it. When I first called to reserve i had to leave a message bcuz no one answered. The lady who eventually called back was so rude. She told me "why u call same day, we booked? ...I can give u price match for 90.00" I like "price match, but u just said ur booked, and I've already paid, you want me to pay again? She said "yes" then kept cutting me off. I said that's not on the site. Why not put that on the site? She cut me off literally 5x, til I finally had to say "ma'am, it's humanly impossible to listen and talk at the same time and u've cut me every time. I want my refund" then she says "it's 40 dollars to cancel " I'm like no it's not, I've been here b4! Then she just hung up. This happened on sweetest day 2024 around 10am. She was the female on the phones at the time.

I have visited this place many times in 5 years BUT after today !!! The way this man spoke to me on the phone I would never go back again ! He also hung up on me because I asked to speak to someone else ! I’m going to post on all social media sites ! You have to treat people with respect and kindness !!!!

Not a real massage - basically just rubbed oil on us lightly. My girlfriend got us a couples massage off Groupon and it included a foot massage & 2 drinks. The drink order was taken at the beginning but we didn't get the drinks delivered until 10min into the massage when we were already laying down, so we couldn't even drink them. Her hot tea was cold and mine was lukewarm at the end. What was the point of that? The foot "massage" was literally just the lady putting oil on my feet and lightly rubbing the back of her had against the bottom of my foot. Weirdly she also used her finger to "floss" in between my toes lmao. Zero leg work, just a lot of slapping of my quads & thighs like a cartoon version of a massage. The back "massage" was $15 extra per person and at first it was a towel over my body and the masseuse using her forearm to push into my back over the towel. Then it was just putting oil on my back and rubbing it down, zero pressure, felt worse afterwards. She scratched the back of my head for 10sec at the end so i guess that was the neck/head portion. Would not recommend this place at all. Only giving 2 stars bc they were nice.

I had the 30 minute Swedish deep tissue massage. It was great. I used a Groupon. This was a very relaxing experience after working out, I highly recommend it.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I've been going here for over 4 years but my last 2 visits were not welcoming at all. The guy at the front is rude and sits on his phone. He does not wash his hands before serving you at the bar and rushes you. The massages are also rushed and half-heartedly done, definitely not work $100 per person. I asked the lady to add more water to the bucket for my feet (i am short so the water barely covered my feet) she huffed and puffed, removed my feet completely from the water then went back to massaging me (so i did not get the full experience). At the end, the guy had the audacity to PRESSURE me for a tip, I told him i did not enjoy my experience and he smacked his lips then went back to his phone.

I went today for a couples massage I purchased on Groupon the overall beginning of my experience was good the mimosa was nasty my massue, was a man who kept sniffing his nose while massaging me but that wasn’t the worst part the massage that I purchased was for 2 and I was told it would be 15 dollars extra to massage our backs ok cool, once we was done with the massage the front desk clerk asked me did I want to add a tip I added a additional 10 dollars to the overall price of 30 he told me that wasn’t enough to tip them I needed to add more and begin to get very rude and loud and obnoxious with me after some back and fourth conversation I took my tip back and told him no tip that mad him really upset after I said thank you he kept saying thank you for no tip very loud and rudely, he made me never want to come back again

We were charged extra to have our back and neck included in the full body massage. The lady massaging my husband kept leaving the room with coughing fits. The massage was more like someone just rubbing lotion on you than an actual massage

WORST SPA!!! The front desk guy is totally ill mannered and very RUDE, he needs to get some mannerisms and CUSTOMER SERVICES class first. The masseur needs to be having good training before handing over customers. The place is very tacky..: Please don’t waster your money and time here.

I didn’t even get a chance to experience this place because it all stopped at the front desk !! The guy up there is so dull and non enjoying. The tone and customer service was extremely poor I was not about to ask for my money back I don’t even wanna go in 😅

Horrible just horrible. I was given a gift coupon through Groupon. Never been here but was told by family it was good. Well obviously the service has declined and judging by the recent reviews, I am not alone. Firstly, the male receptionist is rude as hell. I was expecting a private room, to disrobe, instead I was shown a room with 6 recliner like chairs. Obviously I could not disrobe, was told there’s an additional $15 for my back and thighs. I declined. It was very cold outside so I had on a really thick sweat shirt and pants. I took off my shoes and socks and was asked to put my feet in a wooden bucket of lukewarm water. Laying back, the man put a blanket on me, over my clothes. Like why? I took it off. The towel he attempted to put on my face was very hard and course. There was no music, no aroma therapy. Nothing. The massage was so bad. The man could not massage my neck or shoulders because of the tightness of the neck opening of my sweat shirt. He was pulling it and it was choking me. He was basically rubbing my shirt. The arm massage was just as bad. I literally felt nothing. My lower back began to hurt from my legs hanging so he attempted to lift the back of the chair and place a pillow behind my back. My clothes were making me very uncomfortable. I finally got up and left after 15 mins. I was gifted an hour. I told the masseuse and man at the desk, this just isn’t doing anything for me. He simply said oh ok sorry about that. Never asked why. FYI many stories online about businesses not giving full / best service to people who buy at discount or reduced prices.

I walked in and the environment looked very nice. It was my first time and I made sure I told the guy that assisted me. He just threw me in a room and gave me a gown, didn’t even show me where I can put or hang my stuff. Not to mention my voucher was for a whole body massage and he said my back wasn’t covered. I had to pay an additional $15 for my back. A lady walks in and was harsh on the massage. Didn’t ever asked if the pressure that was being given was ok. The lady also had sharped nails that at some point were digging into my skin. I was shocked like this had to be the worst massage ever!!! AND she kept yawning and burping through out the entire massage. By the time it was over. I changed and went to front desk to pay the additional $15 . Then the guy gives me a brown envelope. I’m confused at that point and I’m like what’s this? He’s like put your tip in there … I’m like I have no more cash so I only left $6 which I regret leaving. Do not waste your money here!!!! Terrible experience

This is NOT the same place I had been to three times in the past... but it has been some years and OMG what a decline!!! DO NOT purchase from Groupon they treat you differently. Ive always had a private room, got undressed, and had a great FULL body massage. Now you are in a room with strangers lined up and sat on a recliner low sitting chair and they DO NOT include your back and neck unless you "pay extra." They massage you through you clothes. There was no calming music no aromatherapy. The man at the front desk is rude and no service recovery after explaining how horrible the service is. I am so disappointed!!

Had a terrible massage and my girlfriend was in pain during hers. At the end I decided not to leave a tip and the manager said that I should. I replied that the service was not good and he said “yes but it is customary to leave a tip”. The response should have been inquisitive about our experience.

I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a nice relaxing massage. The massage you purchase from Groupon is called the royal treatment however, they have terrible customer service and the massage is actually a foot massage. They are false advertising. Upon arrival, we were told that our backs and necks would not be included in the massage and that we would have to pay an extra $30 if we wanted to include our backs. I have never been to a massage parlor where they massage you with your street clothes on. They also offer you pre-worn slippers instead of disposable ones. I was so upset that I got up and left after 30 minutes although I paid for an hour. I will never go back. They are not accommodating whatsoever.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Let me just say, for my first EVER experience at a massage spa, I will NOT recommend this one. Upon arrival the guy in the front has absolutely NO customer service skills. He was very unprofessional and rude. I didn’t know that when you go to a massage spa, you were to keep your street clothes on and the only good thing about the “Royal massage” was the feet and legs. Mind you, they don’t do your back only your neck, hands and feet. I WILL definitely NOT be going to this spot EVER again. It even smelled like feet lbvs

OMG! First and foremost the host was very snotty and had a horrible attitude when greeting guest (Major issue) Secondly he rushed us and tried to force us to pay an extra $10 just to include OUR BACK into our massage… the best part of the was the foot massage and that’s it!!! Honestly speaking I will never go back or recommend 👎🏾

The worst massage I have ever gotten. There was no pressure, the masseuse smelled like liquor, when notifying management there was no resolve but to have the same masseuse doing a terrible job to complete the massage. They didn’t even know what reflexology was, the receptionist spoke to me as if I was incompetent and had never had a massage before. I will not be visiting this establishment in the future. 0 out of 10. I left more tense than I arrived, there was no happy ending for me!!!! Trash

we have been to this place several times and slowly, but surely the service has declined tremendously today’s couple massage they gave us a masseuse, one who had the sniffles and smell like all. The gin in the world, barely touched me, and then squeeze a bunch of or all over my legs. I stopped the massage because I couldn’t take it anymore. I was beginning to feel uncomfortable or maybe it was the numbness in my leg we tried to go to customer service. We were told there was nothing that they could do and they would give us the same masseuse and give us an additional 30 minutes. The complaint was not addressed the woman left in the back went to speak. Her language cursed out. Whoever I suppose came back to the front and basically said we took your money. There’s nothing we can do about it. We requested to reschedule for another day. There was no accommodation I’m telling you this is the worst place to go to but if you want to go for a cheap drink in a quick touch, be my guess . She had no cares and woman spoke as it was wrong for speaking up .Don’t let them fool you and take your money .They for OURS for the last time ..
