a bit deceiving- this is a room inside of a gym- not a spa (although facials are priced like an actual spa with amenities). you have to wait in a gym lobby and DO plan on waiting. my treatment started over 20 minutes late- i had decided to just walk out when i was finally retrieved. she seemed knowledgeable and provided thoughtful advice and samples and was very conscious about budget providing various alternatives (which is why i added stars), but i would not go here again :( - and definitely you should not unless you have the day off. …….. responding to the owner - my marketing professor taught me that complaints (and certainly thoughtful feedback) is a gift from customers who want to return (customers who don’t want to return don’t leave reviews), so i am confused by your defensiveness. if you list your business for reviews why does it feel somehow punitive that i share my feedback? why are you soliciting reviews on google if you don’t want feedback? 3 stars means “it was okay” and it WAS just okay. there certainly were some 5 star moments (like your solid expertise and generous sharing of samples and clear desire to help me), but they were offset by really disappointing 1 star pieces (such as waiting by myself in a gym lobby for 25 minutes not sure if you would return and feeling very rushed the entire time afterward). i understand small business, but it feels like you are bullying me into either giving you 5 stars or nothing. why? without honest reviews, how can people know what to expect when they visit you? my friend bought me a gift card thinking it was a spa with amenities and was deceived by reviews so i am sharing information about my experience. but you blame her for not reading all details on your website? she read the reviews! back to the concept of customers taking time to share feedback when they want to return… based on your response, it is clear i am not welcomed back. while a nice gesture, i am a bit confused why you would refund my money when i praised your skills and tipped you 20%+ on the entire amount of the treatment? please keep the money. this is a google review. try and see if you can use the information i took a lot of time to type here to help your business grow and maybe consider how it might feel to be shamed by an owner for an honest review. it creates detractors (net promoter score if you want to do some research on that) you are very talented and will go far if you want to!

Luci is exceptional at her job. I have had many facials in my decades of life and she is the best by far. She is so knowledgeable and uses great products.

Luci is super knowledgeable about the products she carries and she takes the time to explain each product and service she provides. During this pandemic, Luci safely dropped off samples for me to try a couple of times. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my products. I look forward to the Vfrance Spa reopening so I can schedule my next visit!!

Very knowledgeable and she had great recommendations for me to follow at home. I came in with my skin really red and irritated left with my skin glowing and relaxed the redness was reduced down to nothing. I definitely got some product I have oily skin and I believe the product I bought will help with my skin issues. Luci is great!!

Lucy is the best!! She spends so much time on you! My skin is looking so moisturized and makeup looks so much better on after seeing her!! Highly recommend her. You will NOT be disappointed!!! She herself looks amazing so you know she’s doing something right!!

I really like coming here, as the previous reviewers already mentioned, Luci is absolutely amazing at facials. I haven't had such a great facial before seriously! I got a package for facials, and it really helped my face. She is an expert and uses only organic products to help your skin recover and glow. She also gives great tips on how to take care of your skin. I highly recommend coming here, its worth every penny you spend!

Luci offers the best facials I have ever had. I have been going regularly for about 2 years and have seen major improvements in my skin. She is super knowledgeable about products and treatments and what works best for me. She is amazing!

Luci is probably the most knowledgeable esthetician that I've ever seen for my facials. She always knows exactly what my skin needs and I never visit Denver w/o getting a facial at Vfranca 😊

A facial from Luci at Vfranca Spa is one of the things I look forward to the most every month. What started as a one-time treat to myself to pamper my skin and relax for a bit has become a regular appointment that keeps me looking my freshest and my mind sane from busy work life! Not only does Luci have wonderfully comforting bedside manner and technique, I appreciate that she always customizes my facials to what my skin needs at the time so I can stay ahead of any spots and wrinkles. Even my husband has become hooked on the facials here. I would recommend this private spa to anyone and everyone.
