I am so happy I trusted Stephanie at Via Salon with my copper hair transformation! It was my first time booking with Stephanie who was amazing! She is so sweet and gave me a beautiful cut/color. The hair wash was so relaxing and I love how she styled it! It’s been a couple of months and my color has faded beautifully.

After leaving a wonderful salon in NY, I thought finding a new place in Charlotte was going to be difficult. Via Salon has a great vibe and atmosphere. Kayla is fantastic and did a great job on my short hair and my color! Looking forward to a long relationship.

I recently moved to Charlotte and was a bit nervous about finding a new salon, but Via truly exceeded my expectations. The salon is beautiful, and they go above and beyond to make clients feel special. My stylist was Stephanie and she is AMAZING. She understood exactly what I wanted, extremely detailed, and always made sure I felt comfortable. She is also really nice to talk to and overall an incredible stylist. I highly recommend her - she made sure I absolutely loved my hair, and I left feeling confident and happy. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and relaxed. The salon offers snacks and drinks which really helps for those longer sessions. The entire team was so friendly, fun, and made the experience even better. This is truly the best salon I have ever been to thanks to its incredible atmosphere, exceptional experience, and amazing team. I can’t wait to go back and see Stephanie again!

Wonderful experience. I truly needed a transformation and that’s what I got! My hair is back to healthy and my cut and color are spot on. The owner and her staff are friendly, knowledgeable and top notch professionals. I’d highly recommend this salon, you won’t be disappointed.

I was nervous and wasn’t sure what to expect going to a new salon, but Kayla absolutely nailed it! She cut off a few inches as requested and gave me some layers that really bring out my curls. I also got a blowout and it was genuinely the best blowout I’ve ever gotten — I left feeling so refreshed and confident. I’ll be going back to see her for some color soon. Highly recommend going to Kayla for your hair needs and goals!

I was new to the whole salon experience, so I went in with curiosity and a lot of anxiety... but I left feeling more confident than I ever have, thanks to Stephanie! She was so so so kind, patient, and skilled. She worked for 8 long hours on a balayage on my long, thick, wavy/curly hair. I could tell she cared about the quality and wanted me to LOVE my hair. Stephanie is truly an ANGEL!!! I couldn't have trusted anyone better with my hair transformation, and I am beyond happy with the results. I highly recommend both the salon and Stephanie!!!

Stephanie was amazing!! I wasn’t 100% sure what I wanted to do as far as color just that I wanted to go darker. She took the time to go through possible options for my hair that she believed would look good on me and my hair came out amazing! Literally OBSESSED with the color!

I recently discovered Via through a Google search and was so impressed by the consistently positive feedback. After a disappointing experience with a different stylist at a different salon in Charlotte who didn’t deliver what I asked for, I was in a hair emergency. Via came to my rescue! Kristi and her incredibly talented team went ABOVE and BEYOND during my visit to handle the situation with remarkable skill. They transformed my hair into something I absolutely love and restored my confidence. Via will 100% deliver exactly what you ask for! The salon has a cozy, inviting atmosphere, and everyone was incredibly friendly. Kristi also provided valuable advice before I left. We just moved here and one of the things I needed to find was a new hairstylist. I found Via Salon and saw all of the positive reviews and had to try it out. Anneke was my stylist. She knew exactly what I was asking for and absolutely NAILED the color I wanted. She has a new regular client! All of the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting the moment I walked in. I HIGHLY recommend this salon and will be definitely be coming back.

I was quite nervous going to a new stylist for a haircut after having the same person cut my hair for 20 years. Anneke listened to what I wanted and all of my concerns and gave me a cute fresh haircut. The shape of the cut is exactly what I wanted, and the precision that went into it is really appreciated! Kristi is an absolute artist. I am very particular about my blonde balayage and after having my hair done at another salon I decided to look elsewhere and found Via salon online. I could see Kristi’s artistry through her photos and decided to make an appointment. She spent 4 hours meticulously placing foils and color and gave me back a beautiful blonde balayage with exactly the right tone that looks natural and striking. I moved here from Boston a year ago and am so grateful I found Kristi in Charlotte!

I had a wonderful first time experience at VIA. The salon is very comfortable and Megan was kind and accommodating. My appointment was with Kristi and she is truly a master colorist. She listened to what I was trying to achieve and delivered by giving me a beautiful cut and color. My only regret is not taking before and after photos to show the transformation!

I went to Via Salon with bleached, damaged hair and grown-out roots, wanting to go back to my natural hair color. Kristi took one look and knew just what to do. She turned my hair into a vibrant brunette that suited me perfectly and looked like it was my natural hair all along. I left feeling amazed at how she fixed my hair and made it look so good. If you need a hair makeover, Kristi at Via Salon is the one to see. Hannah also gives the BEST scalp massage, cannot wait to try the headspa treatment they recently started offering!

Let me start by saying that this is by far the best hair color + cut I have ever had. Truly. The salon is beautiful, warm & welcoming. Kristi absolutely killed it & understood my requests from the get-go. She is easy to talk to & the salon has a very friendly, neighborly vibe. Megan gave an absolutely perfect hair wash & I really could not have asked for a better experience for trying a new spot. I have now found my place & will be recommending Kristi (& Via Salon) to everyone.

I had a hair emergency and VIA salon worked MIRACLES! Kristi, the owner had me text her photos of my hair, and Anneke came in on her day off to fix me! Anneke took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and make sure I understood all of my options. Even though I did not speak any language about hair, she fixed my hair to be exactly what I wanted (and beautifully done) and taught me how to ask for it in the future. I previously asked for “highlights and a u-shape cut,” but Anneke understood I actually wanted a “lived in, honey blonde root melt with face framing layers.” These women are truly incredibly talented and making people look beautiful is their passion. Anneke is also one of the most down to earth and easiest people to talk to that I have ever met. Her doing my hair was therapeutic! I was extremely taken care of by their team and am so grateful! You can trust them with your hair! If your hair looks terrible, go to VIA. If your hair looks great, go to VIA. If you’re having a day, go to VIA!!! I cannot recommend them enough.

Anneke was amazing! She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and offered her professional expertise to ensure I got the perfect cut. Her attention to detail and tips on how to style my hair was great. I hadn’t gone to a hair salon in 3 years and this definitely was an amazing place to start again. Overall it was a positive experience and I will be coming back for all of my future hair cuts and trims! It was the best I have ever felt about my hair after leaving a salon, I would definitely recommend coming here if you want the perfect cut!

I have gone here multiple times for haircuts and just recently color. I have had some negative experiences at other salons, and Megan was phenomenal. I felt heard about my concerns with my hair and has nailed it every time. My hair has never looked better after leaving the salon!! The salon is clean, and welcoming inside! Everyone who I have interacted with at the salon has been so kind especially the owner, Kristi! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new salon!!

The BEST salon I’ve ever been to! Olivia is the best and so personable and kind. I got my hair done back in January by her and people would stop me in the street and ask where I got it done. Just recently changed up my hair a little and Olivia perfectly blended out my roots from a platinum grow out. She seriously knows her stuff and I’m obsessed. Book her!!! Olivia always does a fantastic job with my cut and highlights! She went above and beyond the first time I went to see her in a "hair emergency" because my former salon cancelled on me the day of an event and my roots were in major need of fixing. She squeezed me in at the end of the day, even had time to trim my hair a little too, and I made it to the event in time :) Olivia is great at listening and implementing your vision for your hair color and style. She is very professional but friendly and easy to talk to as well. The entire salon is adorably decorated, and I feel calm and happy just walking through the door. Definitely recommend to anyone in the Charlotte area.

I was desperate for a hair cut and Via fit me in on a Saturday morning 2 days after I put myself on the waitlist. Anneke gave me her professional opinion and made some choices for me to best execute what I wanted and what would work for my hair. Ended up getting my favorite haircut I’ve had in a decade! She did a drastic 10 inch chop, gave me perfect curtain bangs and layers. I couldn’t be happier!
