Disappointing My wife scheduled an appointment looking at the great reviews and to our disappointment after driving for a 30mins we still couldn’t locate the place, the owner was not in a position to guide us on the phone after reaching the location. After a long wait she put us on voicemail without any consideration of the client being unable to locate the salon. Highly unprofessional. Waste of our time.

I have been calling this business 4 days straight trying to get an appointment. The ONE time she did answer, she had the audacity to say "I'm sorry, I accidentally answered my phone, I'm busy, can you call the another number to make an appointment" which I did and still no answer. Ridiculous. Such a waste of time.

I have been coming for months and I get the wax and it last and was amazing she is very professional and it makes the atmosphere very comfortable. I will continue to come back!

I highly recommend this place! The customer service is off the charts. Everyone is so friendly. They make you feel comfortable and are super efficient! In and out quickly and very happy with the results.

I love this place. I had hair cut at my first visit and than I cam back for micro needling. You may check her Facebook page as well. I highly recommend her. She is very friendly and you wouldn’t fell yourself uncomfortable. Usually people can’t see effect from one session of micro needling, but I am telling you: You should try!!!!

Lu is very sweet and patient with you during a Brazilian. She is actually very fast and thorough with her work. She does use strips with her wax if that's something you want to know. It may be hard to find her business for first timers, but she has recently put posters outside the parking lot. Love this woman and I highly recommend Lucineide!

Me Viana was lovely. She was kind, caring and was always making sure she wasn’t hurting me. If you are nervous about getting waxed but want to try, this salon is a wonderful choice.

This salon is a little bit hidden, but definitely worth it!! The owner is very professional and super nice. I prefer here to the bigger salons. She definitely takes her time with you and you are not rushed at all and very comfortable.
