I absolutely love coming to work every day. The passion I have for being an aesthetician, laser technician, and body contouring specialist makes it so rewarding that sometimes it doesn’t even feel like a job! Helping my clients feel more empowered, comfortable in their own skin, and become the best version of themselves brings me so much joy. One of the things I cherish most is the bond I've developed with my coworkers. They’re not just colleagues—they’ve become some of my best friends. We support and uplift each other in a way that feels more like a sisterhood than a workplace. I’m especially grateful for my boss, Vianka. From the very beginning, she’s been a constant source of support, always pushing me to grow in my career. She’s the most understanding and sweetest person you could ever meet. On top of that, her work ethic is incredible. Vianka is truly my professional role model, and I’m so lucky to work alongside her.

I had heard of this place from a friend who said she enjoyed the ambiance but didn't really enjoy the staff/service. I gave it a try myself and also do not recommend. From what I saw and heard Vianka tries to be both the owner and an esthetician making her cram, run late and always be under pressure making it a disorganized mess. It looked liked she was also seeing another client at the same time as me which was extremely unprofessional because she was running back and forth making conversation ingenuine and my facial uncomfortable . From our conversation, I also gathered there seems to be some favoritism within the work place, not giving clients and workers and equal opportunity & spoke strangley of previous workers. my friend had also mentioned they can not seem to keep their receptionists who I had also seen and heard they treated very poorly ( if you treat your staff in such a manner imagine your clientele ). The staff also seemed to carry a facade coming off as very "spiritual" and " nice" ,but it all seems to be an act. I was put in a room walking by what looked like a kitchen and they were gathered in there whispering very loudly about some of their clients, super unprofessional! Finally, it turns out they bribe clients with gifts to leave good google reviews, who knows how many of these are not sincere, please be careful. You can't have a peaceful work place with out the peace! your customers and (workers) will quickly pick up on it.

My experience working at Vianka Med Spa has been nothing short of exceptional. From day one, I’ve felt truly valued and have always been treated with kindness and respect. One of the things I appreciate most about this job is the strong sense of teamwork. We consistently support each other, creating a positive and collaborative environment that makes coming to work every day a pleasure. I would also like to highlight the incredible support I’ve received from Vianka from the very beginning, she has been understanding, encouraging, and has always treated me with the utmost professionalism and love at the same time. I’m currently the full time receptionist and she has taken a genuine interest in my growth and has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I succeed. I’ve only had positive experiences working with her, which is why I find it disheartening to see a negative review directed towards her. She has always been an exceptional leader to me. I feel very blessed to be part of the team of Vianka Med Spa.

Hector provides the very best massages! I've had massages all over the world, and no one is better than Hector. He listens to your concerns, understands the physical and mental body, and is truly caring. I have had many massages by Hector, and I highly recommend his work. The entire spa cares about your satisfaction.

Love Vianka and her team! They give great facials and other services. I recently had a massage from Hector. It was amazing. My back has been hurting me for about 8 months. I have been to numerous other massage therapists. He relieved so much of my pain. He took the time to ask me questions about my pain so he could help me as much as possible. Highly recommend him!

I am in absolute love with Vianka and her entire team here. I recently relocated to this city by way of LA and have been trying forever to find a trusted med spa with Venus Legacy. It took me a few tries when I finally stumbled across this gem. From day one, her and her team made me felt so comfortable and that I had a team behind me, supporting my body goals and guiding me towards more options that would help me but I had no knowledge of. I thought it would just be a one or two time visit but they have been helping me with my weight loss, nutrition and skin goals that I’ve been back every single week since my first visit! Vianka is also very accommodating with my last minute need for scheduling which really makes my life so much easier!! I am very very very happy with my results so far and can’t wait for more improvements. Thank you Vianka ❤️
