I got my hair done here almost 2 years ago now by Lexi. One thing that’s stuck with me was that she said “you know it’s $220” the way she said it was like insulting. Like I couldn’t afford it.

Today I saw Ashley, she was incredible! I wanted a pixie and she definitely delivered. It's hard to find someone who will cut short hair in KC, I most definitely recommend Ashley! I felt at home, comfortable, and at ease with her confidence and skills. I will go back, thanks so much Ashley 🙏

GO SEE RENEE! If I had to sum up my experience in just a few words, it would simply be this: Renee makes you feel beautiful. I have never been to a stylist that does what Renee is able to do. The level of detail she puts into your experience is unmatched and she just has a way with hair. If you're looking for someone that can keep you entertained, listen to your hair needs, and is a stylist who always delivers, go see Renee already!

I am so happy to have found Brittany! I've spent my whole life trying to force my thick, heavy, super straight, triangle-shaped hair into something interesting. Finally I've found my magician! Brittany gives the best cuts ever - my hair actually looks and feels like it has body and texture. Amazing!! I always feel so pretty after leaving her place :)

Renee has consistently given me the best haircuts of my life. I can sit in the chair and tell her a vague idea of what I want and she talks me through what will work, what won’t, and her own ideas. In 30 minutes I watch her slowly bring my hair back to life, it’s incredible. VibeKC has made a faithful customer out of me.

While I love the vibe and aesthetic of Vibe KC, the real reason I come here is for Renee. Renee is an absolute professional when it comes to cutting hair. I moved to the KC Metro two and a half years ago and immediately started my search for a new hairstylist. I was in the process of growing out my highlights and was looking for someone who could help me get my hair as healthy as possible and cut my hair in a way that enhanced its natural texture. Specifically, my goal was to be able to leave the house without feeling like I had to blow dry, flat iron or curl my hair. I hit the jackpot when I found Renee. I have a LOT of fine, dark blonde hair and every haircut I ever got before Renee left me disappointed and turned me into an insane control freak when it came to my hair. Renee solved every single one of my problems. She very clearly knows what she’s doing and takes her time to ensure that every haircut she gives is perfect. I rarely style my hair nowadays because my hair looks SO good in its natural form. It’s gotten to the point where I arrive at the salon, sit in the chair and tell Renee to do whatever she thinks is best. Another thing I love about Renee is knowing that when I ask her for product recommendations, she will only recommend the best of the best and will typically suggest several options at different price points depending on what I’m willing to spend. My hair was just past my shoulders when I started having Renee cut it and now, two and a half years later, it’s down to my lower back. I’m in awe of her talent and will NEVER got to another hairstylist. My teenage daughter has the exact same hair as me and Renee gives her the absolute best hair cuts. She’s incredible in every way. I should also add that she’s hilarious, a pleasure to converse with and someone that I have grown to consider a friend.

Brittney is amazing! I’ve seen her for over two years and absolutely love my hair every time. She’s also introduced me to many new products that I’ve really loved using to improve my hair health. I’ve also seen Zack for facials and he is outstanding and so talented. My husband sees Ashley for cuts and loves his results. Highly recommend Vibe KC!

I have used Brittney to do my hair for years. I even moved out of state and still come back to see her. She is so worth the time and money. She makes me feel like the fabulous queen I am. (Also, gave my kid her first hair cut) I can’t trust anyone else to do my hair.

Brittany has over a decade of experience and is always expanding her knowledge to better serve her clients with the most up to date techniques and services. She is very passionate about client care and her team as a whole. Vibe KC is one of the best salons KC has to offer!

Staff is friendly & you can enjoy a glass of wine while you get your hair serviced. Color services here look great but this review is for a haircut. I don’t believe that my stylist has had that much experience cutting thick hair. I got it done about a month ago and I’m just not impressed by the way it looks. My hair is naturally curly so I always get it blow dried and straightened so I can see how the cut turns out. If you don’t have as thick of hair as me you will be fine to come here. My hair came out pretty choppy and the blending done on my layers wasn’t the best. It was the first salon I’ve been to in over a year and in this state. I won’t be giving this location a second chance because I wasn’t in love with the cut or the styling done at the end. The davines products they sell here are great, highly recommend those.

I have been getting my hair done by Brittney for over 2 years now. She has created her own salon and stayed true to who she is. When I want to add a funky color, she gives it to me. Even when I don't want it anymore, she works with me to get me back to my regular red. Can't wait to see what else we can get into with my hair.

I have been going to Brittney for almost 5 years. Followed her from each salon until she started Vibe KC. The place is beautiful and they follow COVID regulations! Brittney will give her professional opinion and thoughts if I am wanting to try something new. I have never felt disappointed when leaving her salon. I live in a place with really hard water. She recommended products that will help my hair stay and look healthy after leaving her salon. Conversation during our appointment flows easily and never feels awkward/forced. I get many compliments after leaving her. I am excited to see the many services that will be offered at Vibe KC! Cannot wait for my next appointment!

This salon exceeds any salon I’ve been to. Brittany did an excellent job designing the space. Being a business owner, it’s the first impressions that stand out for me. Wow!! It’s fabulous!! The service I received from Chelsea was above my expectations, too! She can cut, color and style hair as well as being so creative. I drive 3 hours to come here! The best!!

This salon is fantastic! Brittney has been doing my balayage and haircuts for a couple years now, and I will never go to anyone else! She does a fabulous job and it is always so fun to spend a couple hours in her chair. The salon itself is really beautiful and clean. Plenty of parking available. Easy to book appointments online. Would recommend to anyone!
