Everyone was nice! Had a later service in the evening which was super convenient! It seems my esthetician wasn’t too comfortable with male Brazilians, so the manager had to come in and essentially do 75% of my service. I have a high pain tolerance but due to the heat in the building and me sweating, and first girl being uncertain it was a bit rough… They kept trying to pull the sugar when it shouldn’t have been causing more pain than necessary. As I said everyone was super friendly and service was ok. Just think if estheticians aren’t fully comfortable with a service yet, they should practice more/request models until they are more certain and comfortable. Will be back again though just be cautious of who you book with! 🥲

También pude aprender a utilizar los productos en casa y a cuidar mi piel. Un plus es que me pudo ayudar en español, ya que aveces es difícil para mi encontrar alguien que hable mi mismo idioma.

My first facial experience was amazing! Audrena made me feel so comfortable and it was a vibe! She gave me great advice for aftercare. The best part is I got to experience this with my husband as part of their couples package. Highly recommend!

My trip to vibes n skin was nothing short of a life changing experience for my horribly wrinkled dry face and out of control over grown hair issue. Upon entering I met a young woman named klaudia who started explaining all the wonderful diferent services they offer such as extractions for black heads, massages and therapeutic LED lights it all sounded so great I could have stayed here all day but I was in an unfortunate hurry to get back to the mayors office so I just went with a vibe n glow facial & a spicy manzillion because I was feeling brave. Klaudia started with the facial and I immediately felt as if I was touched by an angel. I have never felt relaxation on a level like that in my whole life. My face looked so young and full of life by the time she was finished that I am now completely confident enough to finally make a move on my sisters boyfriend. Next it was time for my manzillion, I was very nervous at first but klaudia assured me nothing would get ripped off and continued to make magic. what klaudia created that day was smoother then a dolphin on ice, I was amazed as she turned something like waxing genitalia into an art form. If I could give vibes and skin 10 stars and return every day I would, but I am much too busy at the mayors office

I absolutely love this place, Mia is great. The establishment is so beautiful inside and it’s clean. Mia made me so comfortable and she did an amazing job with my sugaring. I’ll definitely be returning for all my beauty needs!!!

Absolutely wonderful service. From friendly, knowledgeable able staff, to their lovely, welcoming aesthetic, paired with reasonable prices, this place has it all. I’ve come quite a few times, and those qualities have been consistent every time. The aesthetician I’ve always worked with is Mia, and she never fails to provide the best service, has an amazing attitude and really really knows her stuff. I’ve brought family, and friends through and she’s taken care of everyone, every time. She also does an amazing job advocating and promoting self care routines for men, as well as women, which is a topic that needs to remain relevant! So cheers to ‘Vibes n Skin’, cheers to Mia and her staff, please continue to do great work you all!

I just got my first sugar Brazilian from Mia and it was 10/10. She is very welcoming sweet and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. She explained everything she was doing and the pain level was very tolerable. I rebooked and can’t wait to go back.

Went there at 8:15 since their door said they open at 8 am. No one was there. Went back at 9:10 since internet said they open at 9 and no one was there. Called the number by the door to enquire what time they open and left a voicemail. They returned my call stating that they are opening late today. Mentioned my requests and they could not schedule me until 1pm which would not work for me. They called me back and said they can make it work at 11am. They called me 10:58 stating that their aesthetician is running late and that they are unsure when she might be able to come. Understandable as the weather is not great. Since I am staying on the block, I asked if they could call me at the earliest available time and they said yes and mentioned a 25% discount. No call. Was walking by in search of another place around and noticed the place is open. Had to call for someone to open the door. The lady said that she is with another client and that another person should be there within 5mins who can help me. Another customer was in the rain at the door while I was waiting inside. The aesthetician comes out a little later, confirms with the other customer that she has an appt and tells me that she can help me after this customer who has a scheduled appt. I walked out at this point as there is no transparency if more customers with appts are going to stop by while I am still waiting. While I understand I am walk in and that people with scheduled appts take precedence, i have been communicating them since morning and they could have easily added me to their schedule or asked me to make an appt myself for the afternoon. So basically my whole day goes by without the services I would like to obtain before my baby wakes up from his nap and it is too late for me to get them elsewhere. There should be transparency about work hours and walk ins. My time is equally important!

Adreana is extremely pleasant! Her business is focused on care for all. The atmosphere has a certain vibe that creates comfort and that is needed, especially for the nature of service provided. She has her first reoccurring male client.

The space is so comforting from the aesthetics to the perfect temperature. I had a facial with Adreana and it was the most amazing experience i've ever had. I've had adult acne for a few years and nothing has seemed to work. I just started this journey with her but she made me comfortable with her knowledge and she gave me a solid step by step plan. I feel like i am in great hands and im elated to continue my Journey to clear skin with Vibes N Skin
