Very disappointing experience with this salon. I went in for microblading, but the results were botched so badly that I had to start painful and costly laser tattoo removal sessions to correct the damage. Just a few months after the procedure, the ink turned a bluish, tarnished color, making things even worse. While the owner did refund me for the original microblading service and let me know she fired the employee who did the work, she refused to cover the tattoo removal costs, which I believe should be her responsibility. The refund simply doesn’t account for the ongoing pain, expense, and frustration of fixing a procedure that never should have gone so wrong in the first place. Be cautious if you're considering going here—getting a refund doesn’t make up for the lasting physical and financial consequences of a poorly done service. **UPDATE** Due to the high number of views on this post, I was asked to provide an update. Here it is: After two sessions of tattoo laser removal, my eyebrows are now a lovely shade of orange. I never thought that 9 months after getting my eyebrows microbladed there I would still be struggling. Thank you Vibes SPA—truly the "Vibe" I was going for..!!

Hannah was so great at doing my eyebrows. I told her what I wanted and she did it exactly how I wanted it. I love vibes overall. Such a great place and amazing ladies!

The staff was very experienced and helpful, it was my first time in this saloon with my wife. The owner and her sister did an Amazing job of threading and eyebrows, very clean and professional. For sure I’ll visit again

This was the worst experience ever 😫 this was done to me by the sister of the owner. It hurt so bad and she didn’t even apologize. Never going back! She apologized until after I told her I was not going to pay. Just clarifying since the owner thought it necessary to state that she did apologize. I get my eyebrows threaded mostly every two weeks sometimes longer but Im familiar with the process of holding my skin taunt so this doesn’t happen and have never had anybody cut me like this trust me this was not the issue from the beginning it was quite painful and slow girls usually do it pretty fast but this new lady was slow and rough. She had blonde hair but i didn’t catch her name. The owner should state the name so people can decide for themselves whether they want her touching their eyebrows or not.

I absolutely adore everybody who works at vibes. The owner and Paree always take such great care of me and are each consistent every time. They’re never in a rush and take a genuine interest in everybody, i’ll never stop coming here. Thank you girls always

The service was absolutely amazing, Pari was the one who threaded my eyebrows and they look phenomenal. This was my first time threading and she was very calm and patient with me. I loved everything!

First time here and I came in for a brow wax/ fix and I loved the service. Very clean nice place! The two lady’s that helped me continued to check in during my wax/ thread asking if I was ok. It made me feel much more comfortable! Happy I stopped here. :)

Pari hasn’t failed me yet, eyebrows always end up clean and natural looking for my shape! Good customer service and a kind person. The place is clean, nice, and relaxing with the instrumental music.

First off the lady who was helping me wanted me to convince other customers who were asking for Pari to tell them she also does a good job too so they can let her work on them too. So unprofessional! As for the services, I asked her for a natural look when she tints my brows but wound up looking like I got eyebrow stamps. I asked if she could thin them out or blend it out and she used a swab with an alcohol based cleaner after threading me mind you and burned me. When I paid I was still intending on tipping but did not see the option to tip and she called me out in front of other customers asking if I didn’t like the service. I said sorry I didn’t see the option. She then tried to ring me up for a cent to leave her a tip. Then when she couldn’t successfully ring me up for a tip she proceeded to tell me how to tip next time. Oh boy, there will definitely not be a next time!
