Groupon scammers. The worst I've seen over $300 spent and they left me with spock eyes. The injector was turned into Texas medical board and this is a warning ⚠️. They scam you to come back and spend more MONEY and diluted their product. I'm not stupid I SEE YOU!!

Very disappointed in my experience. I had purchased a Groupon for Dysport, and I arrived 15 minutes early for my 2:15pm appointment and no one was at the spa. The service provider arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment. I went in and was told to wait in the lobby - the space itself is welcoming a comfortable, so I wasn't too upset to wait a few minutes. I waited for 20 more minutes and watched him working with another client on an IV drip. When he finally came to address me, he was very kind and friendly but didn't seem knowledgeable about how to check me in or have me fill out forms and was back and forth on the phone with the owner to figure it out. I was then told to wait in the lobby again to receive a phone call from a nurse. During my time waiting, he did not interact with me, and I could see him still working with the woman getting the IV drip. At 2:55, I spoke to the provider and told him I would need to leave by 3:15 because I had only allotted an hour to be at the appointment (in the past, I've never had a Botox/Dysport appointment that took more than 20 minutes). At 3:05, a full 50 minutes after my appointment time, the service provider decided to help me without my phone consultation with the nurse since she still hadn't called. I didn't feel like there was much of a discussion about what I wanted, what I'd had done in the past or what was available to me with the Groupon I had purchased. With all the time I had spent waiting, I would've liked him to have taken the time to discuss with me my desired outcome. I was made to feel rushed through the service when he finally did take me back for my treatment. I appreciate how kind the service provider was when he did interact with me, but the overall experience felt disorganized and not particularly thorough. I would not go back.

Absolutely the best Medispa in Austin. Vickmay has created a beautiful, warm and inviting spa- perfect for girls trip or just to treat yourself. I have had both botox and fillers- everytime a natural look and it lasts. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend. Will keep coming back.

Be sure that you see the product that you are paying for, before you let them proceed. When I went there I believe it was only a saline solution with very little (if any) botox in the syringes.

Disorganized. Uncomfortable experience. Dysport on my forehead didn't work and she hit multiple capillaries around my eyes which led to massive bruising for three full weeks

My experience with VicMay started 10 yrs ago. I had horrible acne and all kinds of skin problems on my face, and through repeated visits my face has become basically perfect again. I would recommend Vic may highly 100 stars definitely

Such a great experience!! I read a multitude of reviews & took the time to read the negative ones too as one can never be too cautious. This experience blew me away! The office I went to was so cute! It had a welcoming garden with a beautiful French inspired theme. The staff, phenomenal! I got to meet Vickmay herself and was offered a beverage less than a minute of me being there. I came with a Groupon deal and added a few more units to make sure I got a full correction. I read several reviews about them not being so kind to people with Groupons, just want to say that it is NOT true! I got treated very well. My injector was amazing and had a gentle hand. She was also very communicative and made sure to ask what my wanted results were. Amazing!

I called them to book an appointment. I asked if they have availability on saturday or sunday. The lady was like "no, unfortunatelly, we don't. Have a good day" she even didn't recommend any other day and then I asked her "when is the closest availability? Next week works too " and she said that she is on the call with another customer and will call back! And then I looked their website they have all day availability on Saturday and Sunday!! as I figured!! I wouldn't recommend to get any services from them! They even don't know how to speak with a customer.

I had a excellent massage. I travel for work and go to spas all over the world and by far this was the best massage I’ve ever had. Every one was friendly accommodating but the massage was absolutely fantastic. The therapist is in tune and knows exactly what to do. I will definitely be back when I am in town again.

THE first time I loved the experience the second time, not so much. I get botox pretty regularly every 5 months and the results from my last experience was NOT GOOD!! THE results were awful 3 weeks from the date of service it looks like I didn't even get botox done. I specifically said glabela and she did more on my forehead which is not an issue an that still looks like I got nothing done. I honestly do not recommend this location for botox and fillers. For the price and the results it does not add up.

Vickmay is the BEST! She's European & provides an extreme level of care. I've utilized her spa for Botox, microdermabrasion, massage, eyebrow waxing, & various other services for the past 12+ years. And she carries great products.

Felt very scammed and cheated. Not the place to go back to ever! We wanted to find a new "home" for our beauty and skin care treatments and so we tried one of their services out with a Groupon. Horrible experience, did not follow treatment guidelines, kept pushing for us to spend more money and didn't respect our appointment time even though the place was near empty. This is not the place to trust your money, time or face to.

Ugo is a WIZARD at deep tissue, localized massage and pain/stress release. I originally booked her on a Groupon and didn’t leave without locking in my next appointment. She books up quick, but well worth the wait!!

I had Juvederm here for the first time EVER yesterday, and it was AMAZING! Leigh could tell I was sooo nervous so she went out of her way to make me feel super comfortable! The results were Amazing! I instantly got my confidence back! Love love love! <3

I had a Groupon for a service here. It was impossible to get them on the phone to schedule an appointment. I had to go through Groupon's customer service (which was helpful) to finally get a call back. I booked an appointment, showed up 2 minutes early, and the business is locked and closed with no sign of anyone there. I've knocked and no one answers and when I called, I left a voicemail (it routed to a different number and there was no message from the business so who knows if it's the correct one). I'll definitely not be using this business again. If a merchant isn't prepared to honor Groupons then they shouldn't offer them. I don't recommend even trying to book an appointment here--even without a Groupon, they are unresponsive and uncommunicative.

What an awful experience! Vickmay is a charlatan, this place is incredibly unprofessional and a complete sham. I strongly urge you to stay away from this place, especially if using a groupon! They treat you as if they are bothered that you are using a groupon and make you wait a really long time before someone calls you to the back. This place should close it's doors for good!

Well, what can I say? After purchasing a deal off Groupon for "Vickmay Skin & Body Spa" upon contacting the business itself, (1) the receptionist seems to always be quite busy to the point that she states, " someone is on the other line, can I call you back?.....always... and to add insult to injury, she would give a call back once given name and number," but she never does. (2) I, myself, purchased a Deep Tissue Massage for one of my Mother's Birthday gifts, that was in May. My mother and I have yet until this day of the 11th of Aug just received a call, only to get scheduled in for what it seems like a rush appointed visit, due to the 48hr cancellation policy, and all of a sudden we have immediate opened availability. (Smh) Oh, the grey areas, I assume, to the fact, that after checking the given dates of this establishment deals as it correlates to the Groupon website of thus posted deals that are offered, they all end on the 18th of this month. So what does it constitute to the consumer? A tedious process of pushing one off. (3) I have spoke with management, or even perhaps the owner and she suggested, that I do not purchase the deal off Groupon prior to purchase and I quote "due to the fact that she will lose out on money." True. Nevertheless, take your deals off of Groupon because management and/or team does not have the capacity to facilitate services to all customers. Moreover, it was your ad, for several months, it does not constitutes the run around of kid' olé phone-tag and a service that one can go somewhere else and receive with better quality assurance. After careful consideration of reading posted reviews of others. No offense to others; nonetheless, this establishment is one dimensional and does constitute a bad review; for a picture, and a smile, and a great atmosphere is only a lens of one's perspective. Check your back window!

She is SOOO pain free! Everywhere else I have gone has hurt for injections and laser hair removal. She's amazing at numbing and made me feel so comfortable. So happy with my results. Coming back!
