Went to Crystal and asked for LONG layers. I came home and noticed how choppy and crazy my hair looked. All I can do now is let my hair grow out. 0/10 recommend. Payed 70$ for a chop job. Smh

Went to Crystal for a hair cut and she did an amazing job! She did layers and the perfect short cut I wanted. This is the second time I’ve had her do my hair and she has done a phenomenal job.

Vicky is amazing! It was my first time getting a haircut with bangs and trying something adventurous, and she nailed it. She was so creative, and it came out great – I loved it! Even though I've been traveling and haven't been back in a while, I'm heading there soon just to get my hair cut by Vicky again. If you want an amazing haircut, definitely go see Vicky!

I found Nicky on Facebook after posting about a hair emergency from a botched hair job. My hair was orange! It practically penetrated my roots but she fought it! She was super patient with me and my hair. Im so happy she was able to fix it. She worked her magic and I can be seen in public again. So so grateful 💕

Nicky was able to give me a total hair transformation within 2 days of reaching out to her. I had bleached my hair at home and it was an orange mess! I got allover color, babylights, root smudge and haircut and love the results 😍

TLDR: my hair was destroyed at this salon. I have naturally very dark blonde hair and I’ve been some shade of blonde almost my entire life. A year and a half before going to this salon, I started going platinum white-blonde/silver/tinted blue. I've never had any issues with breakage but I wasn’t in love with how my roots were turning out at another salon so I decided to give Vicky’s a shot. My hair was long and in good condition. The first time I went in to Vicky’s, I asked for my roots to match the rest of my color as much as possible, which was more blue than typical since I’d recently toned it myself. My stylist insisted we use a color remover despite me protesting at first, but I said OK to this after my stylist insisted and said no bleach was involved and it was non-damaging. However, I realized after 20-30 minutes that the side of my face was burning where liquid had leaked through the bag, and my natural hair (roots) were lifting a lot. I would have never said okay had I known it had the power to lift my natural hair color as much as it did. (By the time I left this first time, my hair nearly matched the color it was before the color remover.) She told me while I was in the bowl that she was afraid it was going to turn out splotchy. We put a silver color on it that she'd never used before, and now I'm wondering if this was also ammonia-based and damaging. My stylist did not show up to my 2nd appointment for over an hour. Apparently, I was not officially booked despite confirming the date and time via text and if you check other reviews, this is not uncommon. Additionally, there were problems coloring my hair this time because apparently the silver she used the previous time had a PINK base which she kept bleaching to get out because she "didn't know what else to do." At least I left with my hair in tact - however, despite me not using heat at all, deep conditioning, and using oils, about 6 weeks later, my hair started severely breaking off. I booked another appointment and I was devastated to hear I needed to cut around 4 inches off the longest part, especially because I had an entire top layer of hair, about 1/3 of my entire head, that was broken off to my ears (about 12 inches lost) and another 1/3 that broke off a bit longer. My stylist talked the entire appointment which was exhausting for me since I was trying to cope with what was happening. As I was leaving, my stylist told me, "I like the short hair," and I said, "I don't," and she told me, "well, that's something you're going to have to deal with. You'll care for a day or two and then get over it." I'll never forget her saying that to me, or asking me in the salon not to cry before she cut it. I pulled back and pinned my hair every day for a couple of months and it's been 8 months now and I still hate my hair. I don't think I'll "get over it" for at least another year when the top layer of hair is more grown out. She also cut a huge piece of bangs behind my ear and when I said, "you shouldn't have cut that piece" her reaction was, "you're the one that held it up - it'll blend in". Great, now it looks even shorter and I'll have to have an additional hair pin until it grows out. I also left with very blue roots which I did not mind but I did not ask for. I would never recommend this salon for platinum blondes or fine hair. I would give 2 stars since my stylist was willing to stay late to fix things and gave me a discount, but I also feel like that's standard when it was screwed up so badly.

My haircut was terrible. Uneven in length and fullness. An entire chunk of hair in the back, almost 2 inches long, was missed that should've been cut and had to cut myself. My hair looks "stupid" and is unsalvagable. I walked in with a photo of my most recent haircut and they weren't even close when trying to replicate. I got this haircut before going on vacation and won't even want any selfies with my friends because I feel so unattractive.

Nicky is the one! Be sure to ask for her. First coloring after chemo regrowth. Black and silver to bond. Perfect coverage. Hair is soft and natural. Do not try this at home. You will just have to go to Nicky to fix it.

Will absolutely not go to anybody else! Nicky does her thing every time I come through. I’ve been going to her for the past 3 years and she so knowledgeable and explains the process and what she’s doing to me (as I tend to do different colors). I always leave the salon just in love with my hair and it makes me feel like a new woman. 100000% recommend going and booking with Nicky!
