Very bad quality. I wouldnt recommend to anyone who is looking for good quality. I was looking a good stylist in the area and she was talking highly about her work. I honestly wouldnt recommend for hair coloring or for styling. Sorry victoria but this isnt what ibwas expecting.

Victoria is great! She really knows her stuff and is very patient and kind. She recommended keratin to me and what a difference I have seen in my hair! She’s affordable and really works to understand what the customer is looking to achieve.

I don’t usually like going to places to get my hair done but I was very satisfied with my service and hair that Victoria did. She listened to what I want and gave me what I had wanted. If you’re curious about anything she’s happy to answer and overall gives a happy experience! :)

Victoria was fantastic! She was very sweet and attentive to everything I had wanted. I asked for a wolf cut with fox tip ends and she did an amazing job getting it exactly how I pictured it! She was able to get it how I wanted it while also looking out for the health of my hair and not doing anything that would unnecessarily damage it. She took in every detail during the entire process to ensure everything was perfect. Victoria was very welcoming and kind from the second my appointment was made, even reaching out to get details and ensure we would have plenty of time to get it how I envisioned. I highly recommend her as she was absolutely amazing, and I’ll definitely be returning to her for anything I’ll want in the future

Best keratin used GK hair products, mine lasted for 5 months. Victoria also knows how to do layers when doing my haircut. Hard to find a stylist that knows how to give a great haircut!! Thank you, you’re the Best!

I love Victoria, she's been doing my hair for the past couple of years. The prices are great, she's fast and her work always comes out on point. My natural hair color is a medium/ dark brown and she flawlessly lifts my hair to platinum!! She's definitely worth trying out and I can post some photos of my hair after my appointment. :)

Victoria has the magic touch with hair, and I have been driving to Salon Lofts for years. She uses high quality products that don't dry out my hair and the keratin treatments make it even smoother in the Florida heat. I totally trust her judgement and have been absolutely happy with every experience I've had. She is a fabulous stylist!!

I just recently had a keritan treatment here done and although that was done correctly my blow dry and flat iron was not up to par. I did not achieve a salon look. Personally, I could have done a better job myself when it came to my roots she said it wasn’t going to get any flatter which is a lie. I felt rushed. She told me to come 30 min later which was fine I got there then waited an additional 20 min. Then mid service she left and said I have to help another client with an extension. Didn’t even have the consideration to say is that okay with you. Then when I reached out to her and said I didn’t appreciate my quality of service and would like a portion of my money back she treated me like a child and said maybe you’ll understand one day but everything is up in price rn and at the end of the day you got a good deal. As if I was complaining about the price and as if I don’t have my own bills to pay although I’m a student. I am fully on my own. I was complaining about my quality of service and she didn’t even have the decency to apologize and left me on read. I will never be returning to Salon lofts with Victoria, terrible customer service. I felt put down as a black woman, if my hair was challenging and so time consuming I would have rather had her admit that from the beginning, and not have her rush me to make sure she was on time for her next appointment. God Bless her and her business but I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on.

I would give her a zero if I could. Victoria literally OVER cooked my hair. She put bleach on it then used blow dryer to add heat to the foils. Although I told her my hair got burned 6 years ago by adding heat. I showed her a picture of what I want. All I asked for was very subtle highlights cool color nothing brassy nor yellow nor orange. I told her olive color would be great. Nothing too noticeable. SO NOW MY HAIR IS BURNT, DAMAGED, cannot be fixed and I didn’t even ask for all that she did. This is a picture of what I wanted versus what I got. Her reason was it wouldn’t show I got highlights. So she decided to add from her head. Stop lying!!! I never asked for platinum!!!! This picture of what I wanted represents the amount of lights I wanted not the color. YOU BURNED MY HAIR IT TURNED INTO ELASTIC HAIR STRETCHING OUT IN MY FINGERS !!!! GAVE ME A BRASSY COLOR and A TERRIBLE CUT YOU HAVE ZERO INTEGRITY IF YOU REALLY THOUGHT MY HAIR IS TOO DAMAGED WHY DID YOU PUT THIS MUCH BLEACH ON IT ESP THAT THIS IS NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. THOSE ARE NOT SUBTLE LIGHTS THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT LIKE THE PIC I SHOWED YOU!

Victoria is a terrific hairdresser! I love the emphasis she puts on the consultation. She is very straightforward and honest. In two visits she has taken my hair from nothing I would write home about to Wow - I am thrilled with my color and cut!! Also, she is a really cool lady and her prices are very reasonable. I am so glad I found her and highly recommend her!

I went to Victoria using a Groupon I got before the new year. I got all over color, full highlights (we decided to go purple for the all over color and blue for the highlights). The Groupon included a face wax, hair cut and style, conditioning treatment, and the color. She gave me exactly what I wanted in a curly bob (I had curly hair halfway down my back) and lightened my hair to get it ready for the color (I am a brunette naturally). She blended the colors beautifully! Great job Victoria!🤩

It was horrible I just moved here from Michigan and my daughter and I got a package my hair is choppy and uneven suppose to be blue black its not and I still have gray in my hair this was a birthday treat to me so disappointed

Lovely experience! I found Victoria through her Groupons but went through her individually. My schedule is crazy but she was able to fit me in. Her loft is awesome! So inviting, colorful, fun, relaxing. We talked about what I wanted, and then she offered me a glass of wine- how nice! Conversation was cheery. The cut and partial highlights turned out great!!! I will go back!

Victoria is great private and clean. I’m 58 years old and my mother is 87. She does us both. Very affordable my mother started with permanents which we all know is old school bad for hair and Vicky did it the way she wanted first time. Next time they talked and she convinced my mother that it would be easier on her to just cut it shorter and give her a good style since then my mother loves her easy hair. For me I just got great highlights for my birthday and I love it. She can make you feel younger and beautiful. Great Attitude

What I appreciate about Victoria is that she doesn't overprice, and she is fast. She even offered to dye my eyebrows, which sealed the deal for all my friends and family. Everyone is asking about my hair. I went back for the keratin treatment for my damaged hair and now it is healthy again.

Every time I attempt to locate my stylist at Salon Lofts Waterford Lakes, this other stylist is attached to the entire salon. She is not the only stylist there. This needs to b changed.

Victoria is so good at her craft! She was able to do a full highlight on my long and thick hair as well as color over an old color job to match my natural color beautifully! She really knows her color. She used a toner to create the perfect color to help blend in my grays. She is also amazing at creating the perfect style cut. She added some beautiful rounded layers that are perfect! She is very personable and easy to talk to. Her prices are great, as well. You should definitely contact her for your next trip to the salon.
