Amazing. I got the super deluxe pedicure and it was so worth it! The ladies do a great job. Best place in the area by far! The salon is so cute and relaxing.

If you are looking for a super clean place for a mani/pedi, this is the place! We have been getting pedicures here for a while, and it’s always a pleasant experience. They take the time to know and understand their repeat customers. And, the great sense of humors help too! Thanks, for always being so kind and allowing for all of our crazy and laughs. *Make an appointment. Walk-ins are rarely accepted.

Highly Recommend Victoria and the ladies here! Had an issue with my nails taking the dip powder and Victoria was able to get me back in immediately. Her service is amazing, she did a great job at shaping my nails and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you so much!

I've been getting my nails done here on and off since 2021 and Victoria always does such a good job <3 The shape is always on point and she's super gentle. The atmosphere inside is awesome too, super peaceful.

Absolutely love going to Victoria's! The entire staff is so friendly and professional, just so wonderful to work with. Make sure you call ahead to see if there are any openings. Beauty takes time and the staff there does an amazing job.

Excellent service here, the staff is very friendly and professional. They also are very sanitary & sterilize their utensils after each person. They don’t rush and they make sure you are satisfied. April was fantastic! I’ve found my new nail salon!

From out of town and nails did not last a day. Service: Shellac Manicure I drove 45 mins and brought a friend here to get our nails done for her proposal (important event). We brought in a photo for reference and the nail technician did a really great job replicating it, honestly probably the best I've ever seen. (4 seperate nail colors and some nail art) We got decals / beads put on with our shellac manicure as part of the photo had some nail art but the additional cost to include this was never discussed (+$15/person). First bead came off within an hour of leaving the salon, and overnight 1/3rd of my beads have come off leaving little craters in my gel polish. Nail shaping was okay, technician did not ask how we wanted them shaped, but she did give an opportunity to review and give feedback. Unfortunately, my friend was growing her nails out and they were taken shorter than she would have liked. Plus side, the cuticle grooming was meticulous. We did not recieve any massage or hot towels as the service description indicates on the website. Overall, the technician was nice but the quality was lacking as I had to ask for multiple nails to have additional coats applied in order to have an opaque finish, which I think speaks more to the age of the products than actual technique. The salon owner should consider replacing the gel bottles sooner than they have been doing. Definitely room for improvement and not worth the cost since they did not last. * review from licensed cosmetologist * *response to reply from owner* Nothing should fall off within an hour of leaving the salon... there was no pricing listed for the add ons and as best practice, I always explain to guests the additional costs of services they are requesting before preforming them. Sad to see there is no accountability from this reply or offer to correct.

Highly recommend April & the entire staff at Victoria's Nails for their outstanding service, relaxing atmosphere, and quality of work! All employees are friendly, greet customers & make sure you have a relaxing experience. Even though their door states "Walk Ins Welcome", it's still best practice to make an appointment or call ahead for availability. They spend the time with their customers to ensure they are happy & don't rush people out. I'd rather go to a quality business like Victoria's with an appointment & feel relaxed than go to a Walk-In service & feel rushed out & unhappy!

I just have to write this review as I went to Victoria’s Nail Spa today, and April gave me the best pedicure ever along with removal of calluses that were causing issues!! She was very gentle and everything was very clean so I will be back again and I already have an appointment. Thank you very much!😄

I’ve been getting my nails done by Victoria for almost 8years now and I know she is by far the best nail tech I’ve ever gotten a chance to have my nails done by… It’s sad that these comments on here are so false and want to make someone look bad when they are not being completely honest about the entire situation… Just remember what you put out in the world will be the same energy you get in return…especially the one who says they are a license cosmetologist. I was there and that’s not what happened.. you can’t shape nails that are so short to the skin and nowhere does it say u get a hot towel and massage treatment for a simple manicure… they do have that service for a pedicure though. Also Id love to know what nail salon doesn’t charge extra for gems and extra stuff on your nails ? Nowhere! Thank you Victoria and the rest of the staff who always do a fantastic job and go the extra mile to make your customers visit a good one every time!

I’ve been going consistently for a year. Victoria is very detail-oriented and I leave with a quality nails dip every time. Xong, Victoria and staff are caring, hard working, and friendly. This is the only place I’ve ever consistently gone to get my nails done, and they’re the reason.

Loved this place! I just moved to the GB area and was looking for a new place. It was beautiful and clean. I got a pedicure and manicure. Their pedicure chairs are the best I've seen in a long time. Really comfortable. They even have an adorable kids pedicure chair ❤️ This will definitely be my regular place from now on.

Walked in and it took a bit to get asked if we needed help. Door said walk ins welcome. I asked if they had time for a walk-in and they said we don’t do walk-in appointment only. So I mentioned well your signage says something different.

You should remove the “walk-ins welcome” sign. First, a Karen customer backed into me and rolled her eyes and huffed, like I was the problem. Then the person at the counter seemed completely annoyed that I didn’t have an appointment. It’s really ok if you’re busy, but you don’t have to be snotty about it.

I loved it !! Very clean, the girls were awesome very nice n informational. I felt like I was treated like princess. I would recommend this salon to everyone. Xong was the greatest !

They do an excellent job but it's hard to find a nail salon that cares about their customers personally.
