LOVE this place so much! The best nail salon I’ve been to in Dallas for sure. The location is perfect, the staff is so nice and accommodating. They have a full drink menu. They do beautiful design and Vivian is always my girl, she always gets me right!

Love me some Scott! 10/10 great customer service and great work overall! I wanted a classic French tip with a new school flare and he did just that. I just moved here from ATL and have been searching for a nail technician and he exceeded my expectations! Found my new nail tech woohooo!

I went here for the 1st time and got my nails done by Vivian!!!!! She owes me nothing! The quality of her shaping was second to NONE!!!! I have found my new nail girl and I'm geeked! Thanks girly

I’ve been to this location many times and my experience has varied each visit. This time my pedicure as usual was standard, no complaints there but my manicure was a disaster. I called ahead and asked for a specific nail tech for my manicure but was told she longer works there. I then asked if I could have another female nail tech who can do Gel x manicure, they said yes. Upon arrival I started my pedicure first then Vivian walked over and inquired about what I wanted for my manicure. She then comes back and starts my manicure but shortly following Collin walks over and puts his equipment down. She said Collin will do my manicure and I then asked her if he has experience doing gel x, she stated yes. Collin was distracted during my whole manicure, on the phone. He wasn’t attentive, even stepped away for 5 minutes to finish a call. He cut 5 of my nails, nail shape was horrible, and polish was clumpy. I spoke up and asked him if he can fix it and he said quote “just enjoy these nails for a few days then come back and I will fix them”. I felt very dismissed and shocked. After he walked away, i looked down and one of my nails was oozing blood and I showed my pedicure technician. I requested to speak to the manager and she came over told me she will fix my nails. I was moved to another station, manager began removing my polish with the drill then calls Vivian back over to take over. At this point my nails were throbbing in pain from all the cuts. Vivian was very apologetic but after she finished filing down my nails and buffering, the gel x tips were almost non existent and it looked like a basic manicure. She salvaged as much of the nail shapes as she could but I still felt as though they were rushing to get me out. Upon checkout I was given a 10% discount and another card for 20% for my next visit. The parking garage ticket they said they validated was not, I ended up paying the fee when I exited the garage. I will not be back.

The technician who I went to does not work there anymore and they reassured me another person will do just as good work. They new person was nice and did a well application but none of their employees can do a good French tip. They will still charge you full price even though they can not fulfill what they said.

The best nail salon in Dallas! Everyone is very friendly and professional. It is clean and a good environment. Vivian is the best - she’s super talented, great to talk to, and always makes sure I’m happy with my manicure before I leave!

DISAPPOINTED!!! DISGUSTED!!! My nails stated lifting 3 days ago. Not even a full week after I just got this set done. Which was almost $200. I got this set done on the 27 of December 2024. Today is 1/5. Ridiculously overpriced for the below standard work that was done here. I also paid extra for a cuticle treatment because I was told it does not come with a full set service (which is as also ridiculous) but I paid it. As you can see from the pictures my cuticles are a COMPLETE DISASTER. The design was not done right either. The tech cured gel on top of messed up design and it shows very badly. I do not appreciate the minimal effort on the design. If you mess it up you must fix it correctly. To make matters worse the nail tech was very sick , sneezing all over me and sniffing constantly hope wiping her nose with her hand. This is unsanitary as well as unprofessional and contagious. To make matters worse, Brandon who did my pedicure and as lifting my dress WITHOUT WARNING OR CONSENT to do my pedicure. This is grossly inappropriate when he could have asked me to manage it myself or at least warn me. He did this about 3 times total. Each time I was offended and humiliated as well as confused. He did not use the pumice to smooth out my feet after I requested it either. Which I should r have to. The cheese grater tool is much too harsh for my skin as I don’t have callus and it’s very obvious to a real professional. However I do get dry skin that needs to be smoothed out. He made faces and barely scrubbed. Even after I went in and felt my own feet were rough and requested that he go back AGAIN. He did not file the sides of my tonails or underneath. My pinky toes look jagged other. Besides the location of being in Vickery park , this nail salon is below standard I am very dissatisfied with my service which was around $300 total for hands and feet.

Basic manicure sucked. Pedicure was unnecessarily painful. Towels have an odor, so you will need to take a shower when you get home. Overall waste of money. But they do validate your parking at least.

I got a builder gel mani from Vivian and gel pedi from Andrea. Both of them were super friendly and did a great job. Worked really quickly, but I never felt rushed. So convenient to have a new nail salon in the area!

Just got the best pedicure of my life with Eric & the most perfect nails done by Ali! My friend got a fancy pedicure done by Chanel and loved it. Finally found a great salon to come back to. 10000/10 recommend

The best most consistent nail salon in the area. I have been struggling to find a new nail tech since mine went on to other endeavors. I have gone here several times and every single technician is a master of their craft. And as an extra plus they are open late.

Do not let Paul do your dip manicure. He ended up cutting 9 out of 10 of my fingers. He blamed the buffer he was using but he was way too rough when using all of the tools and it seems that he has little to no experience doing nails. He struggled with the dip powder and didn’t know what the square rounded shape was. This is the 3rd time coming to Victory Nail Lounge and all of the previous times have been absolutely wonderful. This time I had a lunch appointment so I made a reservation for earlier than normal. My usual tech wasn’t going to be in that early so I went with whoever was available. Very bad decision. I will never do that again. From now on, I will only use nail techs that I know (i.e. Vivianne and Tracy). The owner did come by and apologize but didn’t seem that alarmed. He didn’t even offer a refund or discount or something for the next time I came in just to acknowledge that this is not acceptable. I would have rather waited for someone who knew how to do nails or just be told they didn’t have anyone at the moment and to make my reservation for another day. (I put 3 stars instead of 1 star because the past experiences have been very very good - they would have been 5 stars prior to this incident.)

I will not be coming back to this nail salon. I would give zero stars if I could. I was pressured into getting a bunch of add-ons that I didn’t want even after I repeatedly said no, and they lied to me about the price. It took 3 hours for French tips and a simple spider web on my ring finger, and the person wouldn’t even do what I wanted so now you can see my natural nails since the tip doesn’t go down far enough. At the end of those 3 hours, they tried to charge me $150. They were not honest or forthcoming about the price at all, and they were incredibly disrespectful when I had issues with this practice. I will be finding a new place, and I would not recommend this salon at all.

Joy did a great job on my French mani! I am visiting from out of town and was initially attracted by the late evening hours. I requested a soak off of my overlay and a French gel mani. It was important to me to preserve my natural nails as much as possible and I was happy with the patience and attention to detail Joy took with my nails. The entire ambiance was peaceful and professional. There were beverages available with service and a cocktail menu as well. Everything was very clean and esthetically pleasing. It def cost more than in used to paying in Florida but i figured that's to be expected in the downtown area.

The entire staff was extremely welcoming. I was very comfortable during my entire experience (i.e. offered a drink). Vivian was my nail tech and she absolutely nailed this inspo pic that I showed her. I will most certainly be back!

This is the second time i been at this nail salon and i had Brian, iv got nothing but good things to say about this nail salon its very clean/bright/friendly, reasonably priced, they offer parking validation and have good wine/frozen margs/cocktails complimentary

Very nice people, customer service and aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t realize I was just getting a refill and design no manicure for $100 - a bit pricey for my basic nails. Again- very lovely just pricey establishment.

Love this nail salon! You can park in the garage directly next to it and they validate it. They have amazing drinks and you are always seen right away. It's sooo nice and beautiful in there. They have always done an excellent job on my nails, no breaking or chipping ever! I love that I get a discount for living in the neighborhood. PRICES ARE SO GREAT!!!!
