Fantastic experience! From booking online to the salon vibes, to the front desk, to my stylist, the whole appointment and after was amazing. I highly recommend Victory Salon. Firstly the online consultation form is an incredible idea and I'm surprised it's not used everywhere, it gives you a chance to put in everything and anything about your hair and goals as well as uploading photos. The vibe and comfort of the salon is also amazing, laid back and friendly. I had Nadia and she made me feel at ease with her friendliness, attention to detail, and welcoming personality. Before starting, she took the time to thoroughly discuss the exact style I wanted, check with me about length and what she'd need to do or change, she clarified every detail and made sure we were on the same page. It genuinely felt like she was committed to giving me exactly what I envisioned and she absolutely delivered! It can be rare to find someone who not only listens but also executes flawlessly. Towards the end she also talked me through the products she used and recommended what I could buy and use, because I asked and did need new products, I didn't feel pressured in anyway. Checkout was really easy and front desk (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) was lovely! I also felt the prices (which varies by stylist) were extremely reasonable. The end result is perfect! My hair looks and feels incredible. I’ll absolutely be returning to Nadia for future cuts, and I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a stylist who cares about her craft as much as she cares about her clients. Photos to come! Angel gave me my first haircut in like 3 years including bangs and I loved the cut and the experience, so I just came back for a refresh and left just as happy. Everyone at the salon is friendly and the vibe is really welcoming. They’re transparent about pricing and Angel was really helpful with all my questions and gave me great hair advice on top of great energy and conversation. Now that I’ve had my hair cut here I won’t go three years without a cut again :)

I have been a client here for a couple of years now. I currently see Miranda religiously every 4 weeks. She is so professional, yet down to earth and relatable. She is extremely knowledgeable and educated about everything related to hair. She is creative, kind and easy to talk to. Let's face it, every lady needs a hairdresser we can vent to. ;) The owners are both always very friendly and Ameris, the scheduler at the front desk, is always very welcoming. I highly recommend this hair salon if you are new to San Antonio and are searching for a new hairdresser, or, if you've lived here you're entire life, check them out, you will no be disappointed.

I had an amazing experience at Victory Salon with Ashton as my stylist! From the moment I walked in, Ashton made me feel completely comfortable and listened to exactly what I wanted for my hair. The attention to detail and expertise were evident throughout the entire process. Ashton not only gave me a fantastic cut and style but also took the time to explain how to maintain it at home. Miranda was amazing with my hair! I was long overdue for a haircut and color. I didn’t know how to explain what I wanted and from what I was saying she knew exactly what I was wanting and went above and beyond! I absolutely love my hair!!
