Dr.K is honestly the only person I trust with my face and skin at this point. I stopped going for a while when they changed locations after I drove to the new location that now takes me an hour, and then waited another hour and eventually left that day without being seen. I was SO disappointed with the new facility because the old one was SO beautiful and environmentally pleasing. But honestly; doesn’t matter what chair I sit on as long as it’s Dr. K doing the work because she is just amazing in what she does. A female power house in all things. I will be there soon to fix up these lips and skin. Thanks for all you do!

I literally never leave reviews... But let’s get started. I booked an appointment for 4:15PM. I was running a couple minutes late and so I called because I felt they should know that I would arrive at my appointment soon and that I did not want to cancel it. I called several times, and the phone was busy and finally someone answered and I made them aware I was two minutes away. The receptionist who answered the phone let me know they were running behind and that it would not be a problem. I arrived at my appointment at 4:19PM. The building they’re located in looks shady to begin with, but I proceeded to go inside. Apparently there are multiple different companies within the building, so I was unsure, and it was unclear of where to go to sign in. Once I found the receptionist she gave me paperwork to fill out. Once I filled it out, I gave it back and proceeded to wait for 30 minutes to be called back to a room. The lady who took me back to the room, told the receptionist she would numb me up. I proceeded to wait another 15 minutes in the room with no one coming to check on me or numbe me up. I was been advised that there were two people in front of me. This whole encounter, a completely turned me off of this business. I politely gathered my purse and walked out with no one even noticing.

New location. Employees didn’t really seem like they wanted to be there. Wasn’t really medspa quality. Didn’t want to explain any procedures, just kind of did them and did not inform of proper aftercare. If you don’t already know what to expect don’t come here.

This place took 2 hrs out of my life. I arranged an appointment and drove 1 hr there and there was no one there. I drove another 1 hr home. POOR BUSINESS manners don't waste your time go to a place that appreciates business.

I purchased a tattoo removal session through Groupon. I have had to reschedule going on three times now. The first time, I was not put into their system for an appointment but thankfully I called early before my appointment to confirm. The second time, I was told all appointments were cancelled for the Doctor and the third time, I received a late call stating I needed to call back ASAP and reschedule due to the machine being down. This all taking place before any appointment has happened and it being an hour from where I live.Very frustrating to say the least.

I was going in for skin discoloring to my face I was talked into doing laser hair removal for my upper lip and a halo. Was offered a “special” if I got the laser hair removal and halo she would cut the price of the hair removal from 110$ to $50 and give me 2 free sessions. Which I agreed however doing the first removal that day I had to ask her if I should remove my makeup before she started which she said yes ( I would’ve thought she would of done this to begin with) second session she did not wipe or ask me to wipe my makeup off I had to ask her again. Which she replied (oh your wearing makeup ya sure remove it) then she rushed my treatment and didn’t do my full lip. I ended up getting a reaction to the area she treated me for and had a dermatologist inform me not to go back there again. After telling them this they replied with do you want the dr to check the area? Seriously? No if I got this issue because of her. She was also very rude to her own staff which you can tell they walk/work on eggshells. I cancelled my halo due to poor interactions with the dr. Now she’s refusing to give me my money back and charged me full price for the two halfa** lip sessions she did and is trying to only give me $505 back for in store credit. Seriously? Better business bureau here we come. I gave them a 1 star due to not being allowed to not give her a star. Stand clear of this place!!!

Update: Front desk staff is accommodating, nice, and worked with me to resolve very disappointing previous issues I had. Really enjoyed the new tech I worked with as well. However, they asked me to revoke my review in exchange for free services which were not given.

Wonderful staff! Dr. Kerschner is very knowledgeable and truly does her best for your wellness! I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to feel good again!!!!!
