I had an amazing experience from the moment I stepped in, to when I left! Front desk was very welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Amelia is THE BEST! You can tell she has a fantastic eye with hair cuts and nailed the exact cut that I was going for. She was a ray of sunshine and made my birthday haircut such a lovely experience! I will for sure be going back to her:)

Lacee is a queen. This photo is a few weeks after my service and I’m still so in love with the color she created (on the left). I came in with a general idea of what I wanted, she absolutely nailed a color that complements my skin and eyes. She also worked within my time frame and helped make sure I was ready for a wedding I was attending. Cannot recommend her enough!

The girls are the best. Super professional and very friendly. Heather is a master of her craft, best in town. Haircuts are custom to every detail, which is a real lifesaver for a guy with a football shaped head.

Tanaya does amazing work! She has installed extensions on me and I cannot tell you how many compliments I’ve gotten! Her blending work is amazing and she has the sweetest personality. Absolutely check her out for your extensions or color services! You won’t regret it !

I had the pleasure of seeing Stephanie yesterday for a partial highlight and cut. She was able to fit me in last minute, and it was my first time visiting her after being referred by one of my amazing clients whose hair I couldn’t help but compliment. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Stephanie was incredibly friendly, professional, and communicated everything clearly. Her consultation was the most thorough I’ve ever had, which immediately put me at ease. She took the time to really listen to my goals and preferences. The entire appointment felt luxurious, from the hot towels and hand massage to the champagne and warm, engaging conversation. My hair looks and feels absolutely amazing—better than it ever has! Stephanie’s talent truly speaks for itself. I’ve been to stylists who charge $600-700, and Stephanie has far exceeded my expectations at a fraction of that cost. I can’t recommend her enough!

Horrible customer service. I made my first appointment, and they charged me half upfront when I booked. I had to go out of town last minute, so 5 days before the appointment I called to cancel. They wouldn't refund my money, so I had to pay $131 despite receiving no services. I've been to many Aveda salons and other higher end salons and have never been charged upfront or for receiving no services.

Celeste did my hair this week and did not disappoint!! She may be a young stylist but she works like a seasoned pro!! I had big requests for the time we had and she made my summer hair dreams come true. THE BEST HAIR SALON! I’ve been coming to VIDA for a few years for haircuts and have always wanted to try hair extensions. My hair is so fine and thin and just doesn’t seem to grow, but the process of getting extensions always so felt overwhelming to me. So I booked a hair extension consult. Tanaya is SO good. She is knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly talented. She explained every step of the extension process, wrote out a price quote for each appointment, and didn’t pressure me in any way. I took the plunge with tape-in extensions, and spoiler alert, the whole process was so easy. Tanaya gave me her personal cell phone number so I could text her with questions or problems after my first appointment. I also love that the hair that Aveda uses for extensions is ethically sourced, and really high-quality. I just love Aveda salons. I love the scalp massage, the warm towel, the tea, and the knowledgeable stylists.

Absolutely love Vida! I have been coming for over 5 years and Tanaya is the best! I was insecure about my hair and she put extensions and the most beautiful highlights and I always leave feeling my best. So caring and amazing customer service. I could not recommend More! I also saw Erica for a blowout recently… her customer service was top notch. Love it here and will be a life long customer!

Curly/wavy folk alert: Book w Erika! Every Aveda salon seems to have one stylist that knows how to cut curly and wavy hair beautifully for much less than you'll pay for a "official" curly cut. Erika is the one here! After nearly 20 years of having my hair cut to bring out my waves (2B/C, coarse, high porosity, graying hair) she gave me hands-down the best haircut I've ever had. Bonus: since she has curly hair and wears it curly, she did the best job styling my hair I've ever had in a salon. I walked out with a THICC, defined curly style that lasted me for days.

DROP WHAT YOU'RE DOING AND GO SEE AUBREY. Aubrey is THE BEST. I had an extremely specific vision for my hair which was a razor cut shag bob. Most stylists I’ve seen have tried and could not pull this look off. Aubrey however is the MASTER at it. Not only did she give me exactly what I asked for based on a mixture of several different reference photos, but she taught me exactly how and what to use to style my hair own my own. There are truly few stylists like her and I really felt like I could trust her with my hair, something that I haven’t experienced with a stylist in a long time.

Had the BEST haircut ever from Amelia! She listened to me, was interested in hearing what my lifestyle was like so she could give good insight as to what to be realistic for me, and also my hair type. She was warm, gave me amazing scalp massages, and made me feel like a brand new woman. I will be back again for sure!!! :)

I booked online for a color and had to pay 150 out of the total estimate 300. On the website it said I had 24 hours to do any cancellations or adjustments. I called about 48 hours before to ask questions about their services and decided I was instead just going to do a hair cut which was 75 dollars. I asked if I could get a reimbursement for the difference but the lady said she had to reach out the owners Luis and idk who else because of the fact that I am moving states and wouldn’t be able to use the left over (bc they want to give me store credit instead of a direct reimbursement which is only valid at this location and cherry creek) and I move to another state in 2 weeks. I received a call back saying the owners decided I couldn’t get a refund for the difference that all I could get was a store credit for the left over 75. This is incredibly upsetting bc nowhere on the book site did it tell me that. Also seems very inconsiderate of them to be doing this to someone who has been a customer in the past. This entire situation makes me feel like I don’t even want to give my business here however they already took 150 dollars from me. People work hard for their money , businesses like this shouldn’t be scamming us out of it and telling us we “can buy shampoo or conditioner “ I don’t need 75 dollars worth of products from a brand that’s not useful for my hair and I won’t need.

I will no longer be purchasing product from this location because you will not make change for cash purchases. I am reporting every business to the BBB that makes cash transactions more difficult. Cash is an important, necessary part of society and civilization and moving away from it only invites evil incentives.

Really, really expensive for what you get. I was quoted a different price online than when I was in the chair (about 50 dollars more) but than when I went to check out they added an additional 100 dollars to the quote my stylist gave me. My stylist was nice, but my hair wasn’t done well enough to justify $450 for highlights and a cut. At the parlour just up the street I normally pay about 200. This salon also didn’t have any nice added touches like scalp massage, etc.

Sarah was fantastic. She was so delightful and did she work some serious magic on my hair. I have a lot of it and she was able to make the time fly. Very happy with my balayage results, I will definitely be going back!

I would not recommend. I have had my appointments canceled 2 times in a row. My appointment was CANCELED 1 MINUTE BEFORE IT STARTED. Completely unprofessional. The lady on the phone claimed it was not the regular hours for the stylist but I scheduled the appointment 9 weeks out (at the same day of week/time as before) There was plenty of time for her to contact me and change it. I had 2 different stylist here. The 1st one had me leaving with a massive headache and I do not have a sensitive head. The 2nd stylist talked nonstop when I was clearly trying to read a book. They have lost my business.
