Denise chopped my hair off after I told her not to cut more than a half an inch all over. Then we had an argument over the use of thinning shears, which I do not like used on my hair and she used them anyway to cut the rest of my hair off. Now, every morning when I wake up and have to style my hair when I can’t even get my brush around it any longer, I get furious. To add insult to injury, she charges $105 for a measly haircut. I have short hair and she was 20 minutes late, so there was no consultation. She just started cutting. I have requested a refund several times but she has yet to Zelle, the money back to me. I spent $120 for her to whack my hair off. Very angry I highly recommend you go elsewhere. As a follow up, nobody has reached out to me and nobody has refunded my money. Denise is blowing sunshine, trying to cover her ass because she messed up big time. Go somewhere else!

Denise is absolutely the best-est ever! I'd give her 500 stars out of 5 if I could! After moving to AZ, I was looking for someone who can cut my thick, curly South Asian hair and that I wanted to go short was not easy either. But she did the most amazing cut and color and I just simply love, Love and LOVE it and the compliments just don't stop!!! She's so amazing and knowledgeable and I'm beyond happy that I finally found her. You can add another loyal customer to your long list Denise. Thank you for all you do!

Nikki is seriously the best!! You give you an image or an idea of the type of hair style you want and she will hit the nail on the head!! I’ve been going to her for two years now and she always does such an amazing job!!! She also has good tips on hair health!

I absolutely loved my experience! Denise (the salon owner) was amazing and truly listened to my vision. She suggested a beautiful autumnal tone that not only complemented my skin tone but also looked fantastic under stage lights (I play in a band). The toning, trim, and style were perfect. I've received so many compliments on the color. Denise is not only incredibly talented but also very personable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this salon and Denise to anyone looking for a fantastic hair experience!

I got a balayage today which was done by Fernanda and I am in love with it, she was very friendly, made me feel welcomed and made sure I was satisfied before I left the salon. I will definitely be back again for my next service.

I have been a customer for over 20 years following Denise through her career because she is simply the best at styling my hair! She knew exactly what style suited my face & which products made it look it’s best also as I age. Her salon always has friendly staff to help schedule appointments, wash hair and generally make you comfortable during your appointment. The true test of a good haircut is getting compliments from complete strangers who ask where I got my haircut even when it had been grown out for 3 months!! I always give them an instant referral❣️

I have been seeing Denise for about a year and a half now and she is wonderful! It can be so difficult to find a stylist who is good with long hair and layering but she gets it right EVERY time. She always takes her time and she’s very easy to talk to. I haven’t seen any of the other stylists at Vidogi but I’m sure they are just as great! Very pleasant atmosphere as well 😊

Soooo happy to have found Denise! It takes special talent to tackle my dark curly thick long Asian hair! Originally from Chicago I was visiting Scottsdale and did a lot of research until I took a chance with Vidogi salon. Her recommendations were on point. I always struggled getting the right highlights/bayalage color But she knew exactly what would work with my hair. I loved the results! And since my first visit I’ve now moved to Scottsdale and have been seeing her since and got a variety of services from keratin, color, cut, deep conditioning, style (curls & blowouts). She also has a great personality. I always love my visits as it always feels like catching up with a long time friend. On top of everything, the salon is very cute, chic and welcoming. This was my first time at this salon and the owner/staff were wonderful. She listened to exactly what I needed and say the minor details that always caught my eye that other stylists didn’t. They had a great vibe between staff, owner and clients.

Another great experience with Klara and her amazing assistant Lauren. I am never disappointed when I go and walk out feeling beautiful. So happy to have someone that I trust to do what they think will look good. Best part….she loves what she does. Great eyebrow lamination as well. Definitely will be back again and again.

I had my haircut with Bibi at Vidogi two weeks ago and loved it! Bibi took her time to make sure I got the cut that I wanted. I appreciate her effort in ensuring that I was satisfied with my cut and style. She also gave a great head massage too! I’m not sure what she did but my hair was super shiny and soft after the visit; guess I need to come back more often! She also did my daughter’s cut and she loved it as she had bad luck with haircuts before from others. We both love Bibi’s work and would recommend her to others.

Took my 8yr daughter in for a hair cut she has long thick wavy hair. They took the time to make sure she was comfortable and did exactly what I asked for. My daughter felt like a princess and even said she felt like a whole knew person when she walked out of the salon!

I just want to say how amazing & talented my hair stylist Lilly is!! In the beginning my hair was black and I wanted to go back to blonde. Which if you can imagine is a hard transformation. But every session Lilly did left me feeling gorgeous & lighter!! She can definitely pull anything off while still caring about the health of your hair. I also love the environment in this salon! Everyone is so nice, it is so easy to relax and just trust the stylist. Thank you Lilly and Vidogi Salon for providing exceptional service every time!🥰

Had the pleasure of getting my hair done here by Denise and her lovely staff. They are very knowledgeable in what they do and I felt very comfortable during my service today. I was removing black dye and we got to a beautiful dark chocolate brown color that I was very happy with. The salon is clean, nice, and also down to earth, non pretentious vibes. Coming back again in 3 weeks for more highlights.

I always love coming to Vidogi! Every time I come in I leave with so many compliments. I came in with black hair with the end goal of going blonde. My hair appointment was split into two sessions to ensure minimal damage, which I appreciate! I have extremely stubborn Asian hair so the fact they were able to get me so blonde within two sessions is amazing. The first session was done by Lily, Fernanda, and Cairo and the second session was done by Fernanda and Keila. Each session was coached by Denise. Denise is an expert when it comes to color! She knew exactly what to add when my hair came out too brassy/orange and fixed the color immediately. As you can see in the photos, my first session already came out such an amazing color. If I wasn't planning to go blonde, I would've kept the color! But my second session came out so perfect. I had very little breakage after dying it only a week apart. They definitely know what they're doing. I would 100% recommend this salon to anyone! A few of my friends actually are wanting to make an appointment for their next hair session with Vidogi since seeing my hair! I also love that the atmosphere of the salon was clean, friendly, and welcoming! I was welcomed in immediately and was offered water/soda while I waited. Nikki has been my stylist since July 2021 and she’s been THE best choice in my entire life!! She is very honest about what’s best for my hair and walks you through the entire process and what to expect if you’re wanting a change. My hair has been at its healthiest since I started going to her and she guide me with how to go about making changes to my style. Aside that, she is so genuinely sweet and kind!!
