I usually always have Richard do my feet today I got someone else and he CUT me TWICE and made me bleed. I told him two times to stop and he continued. Then I still had to pay for it. Absolutely ridiculous. I will not be returning.

I have been going here for about 2 years. I usually chose my person because I know their schedule. I have never had a bad experience. I always leave with soft feet and hands.

Went to get my wedding nails done with my bridesmaids and had made a reservation. We got there and they were already irritated as if we didn’t make a reservation. They then proceeded to treat us all with hostility and we all left with ugly nails and some swollen cuticle from stabbing us with their tools. Not to mention they nickel and dime you for even walking through the door. It had cute decor but the worst nail experience ever.

This place was incredible I was there probably an hour getting my nails done. I will definitely say that the sign is misleading because I thought it was a beauty salon but it is a nail salon. The place is incredibly clean and inviting. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The woman who did my nails talked to me and stayed focused just me. She never stopped and spoke to a colleague for very long and also she spoke in English the whole time and made it clear to me that it was important to me to be comfortable. She was confident in her ability and I let her design my nails based on what she thought would look best and I just picked the color and the degree of details. This place also had a massage area along with get this a full bar. It was incredible. Very polite reasonable prices and very knowledgeable and professional staff. I highly recommend it.

I have been going to villa salon for two years now and I love it so much. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. the staff is so nice and friendly and they always exceed my expectations and take their time with my nails. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone! Rosa and Sofia are the best!

I went in for a pedicure and I was trying to choose my color when TOM was rushing me to choose one and then once I sat down he was doing the pedicure all rushed, didn’t even ask if I like the shape. I feel like he was in a bad mood and didn’t give good service. Like he was just trying to get me out.

I’ve been coming to Villa Salon for three years! They never disappoint! They are very welcoming, and have been able to exceed my expectations every time! This time asked for kindergarten friendly Halloween nails and they were able to do that for me! Thank you Villa Salon and thank you Rosa.❤️

Rosa did an amazing job with my nails for my upcoming fall trip to Salem, MA!! I always love coming to Villa Salon for my relaxing pedicures and will continue to come back for the thoughtful detail and time all of the nail technicians put into their work! Doesn’t beat any other place around in the Springs!

I recently visited Villa Nail Salon to get a full set of acrylic nails, and based on the pricing listed, I expected the total to be around $45. However, my experience was far from professional, and I left feeling quite disappointed. While getting my nails done, the technician applied gel polish without informing me that it would result in an additional charge. Furthermore, while filing my nails, he broke one, and rather than acknowledging or correcting his mistake without charge, he charged me for the repair as if it were my fault. At no point was any of this communicated to me, and I only found out about the extra charges when I was handed the bill, which came out to $72.10. I understand that services can come with additional costs, but as a paying customer, I expect transparency. This lack of communication and professionalism left me feeling misled and overcharged. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers receive the quality of service and clear communication that should be standard.

If I can give 0 stars I would. I went there 3 times I believe. The first time was when we moved to the area and I was trying to find the right place to go to. The first time went great other than the fact that they over charged me by over $100 and I didn't notice that until the second time I went which is on me. The second time I went was terrible. They had a male worker doing my full acrylic set while a female worker was doing my pedicure for me and while the male worker was shaping my nails I had asked him to shape one nail a bit better because it didn't look like the rest and he mumbled something and left. Then he sent a female worker to finish my acrylic set. I still don't know what he was so mad about but whatever. The third time I went was today and I went there bc the other place that I usually go to couldn't get me in today so I went to them bc they are the only other place I know. Anyways, I ended up getting a fill in and a trim for my old acrylic nails. The people were nice but the nails were terrible bc again the man that did my nails didn't know how to shape them. I ended up telling him to do whatever he wanted but not to leave sharp edges bc I have a baby and I didn't wanna scratch him. Surprise surprise he left sharp edges and I ended up not having enough time to go fix them at a different place. I also got a facial done and the lady that did the facial was very nice however it was supposed to be a 30 minute facial and it was more like a 13 minute facial with a 10 minute mask. She put the steam on my face and left for about 4 minutes and then came back and told me she was gonna put a mask on that needed to stay on for 10 minutes so she put it on and then she left and then came back after about 11 minuted and put creams and scrubs on my face and tapped my face allover and made a circular motion and this was the only facial I got. I have been to salons at walmart and have paid less than half the price I paid here and got better facials that were actually 30 minutes long. Also, they usually talk bad about me when I go because I bite my nails and every-time I have been there they have made fun of me and to be fair every other place I have been to has also made fun of me for having really short nails.

I have gone to villa many times in the past and never had any issues. I recently went after taking a long break from getting my nails done and unfortunately I now have a fungal infection on my toe nails. I’m incredibly frustrated as treatment is long, painful and expensive. I fear I may never have normal nails again. I am pretty positive my infection came from the salon. I am a very hygienic person haven’t gone to any pools, gym or even showered in another persons home/ hotel. I keep all my shoes clean and don’t wear unbreathable shoes and socks. The only change in my daily routine was I got a pedicure from villa. The service was good but nothing is worth having a possible life long battle with toe nail fungus. Please in the future take better precautions to keep these types of bacteria out of your salon and turn away clients who may possibly have any fungus. I’m just incredibly sad I have to go through this at 22 year old.

Overpriced, rude, poor work. Paid $100 for a fill, 2 broken nails in less than a week, then fixed incorrectly. Unfortunately management was rude, and unwilling to help fix their work. This might be why there is never a wait and always empty.

This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this place. I only went because I received a gift card as a gift. The first time they cut my toe. This time, I wasn’t offered what I paid for (didn’t get to choose a scent when paying for the Scentsational pedicure that states this, also I received a VERY heavy handed massage, and whenever I mentioned wanting something different I was glared at and not even spoken to. 🫤 Never again. This gel manicure didn’t even last a full week.

Workers didn't know how to make drinks at bar. Did not have soda available. Pedicure was short and not very good for price. Manicure was crooked and uneven and nails came off within 3 days. Will not return. Do not waste your time or money!

Disappointed today. I have been a customer over 2-3 yrs. Today I went in for a gel manicure. A new young man did my manicure he was inexperienced I asked if he can do chrome and he said yes. The manicure took over 2 hrs and was done incorrectly. I had to ask to speak with someone in charge . The lady was able to fix the mess .. but after that long time waiting for my manicure I was about to cry and told him I just wanted to go home. I was charged for this service and the service was incomplete. The kid had the audacity to throw me the peace sign after. I even tipped him so it was beyond disappointing, unprofessional and waste of my afternoon.

Grossly overpriced for what you receive. I got a basic pedicure with gel paying $58 plus tip and left extremely disappointed with rough heels, barely trimmed nails, and beyond bare minimum from what their menu had said. My minimal expectation was what I would receive at my home nail salon which their basic package includes twice as much as what was included here and is not nearly as expensive. When questioning this at the end of the service I was told that I should’ve gotten the number 2 option, as if paying what I did wasn’t bad enough. I am not ignorant to the fact that these kinds of services are a luxury, especially in this economy, so saving and spending money on something like this just to be dissatisfied is more than disappointing. I am appreciative of people who provide these services, but I don’t agree with having to leave unhappy for something that I paid what little money I had for. I don’t leave this review lightheartedly because I know what it can do to a business but after my experience today, I would never go back nor would I recommend this establishment to others.

Super RUDE, and they were rushing on every services they did… It was my friend birthday so we all got manicures and pedicures. THE WORST SERVICE, go at your own risk….they messed up the birthday girls nails to where she had to come back the next day, so they could fix their mess up… smh …

Stopped in Villa Salon on a Wednesday night and found no one there but the employees. It was great. My mom and I got our pedicures done right away. It was nice and quiet, could chat with each other and the employees. I opted for a manicure and that was done quickly as well. This was my second visit and I have no complaints. The employees are very nice, friendly and professional. Services are reasonably priced. I also like that I can see them cleaning the tools they use for the nail services they are providing. My manicure and pedicure look great! I will definitely be back!

Went in for a pedicure and left disappointed. My heels are rough and she didn't clean up around my toenails. I think I actually left with a piece of toenail poking into the surrounding skin, like an ingrown nail. I mentioned it to her and she said it was okay. Included in the Melly Jelly package were hot stones. She barely touched them to my leg (the stones weren't even hot) and then set them aside. No detox that I noticed. I don't recall any sugar scrub. There was no "choice of essential oil". The best part of the experience was the massage chair. Seriously disappointed. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Half effort equals a sad client. Not worth the amount I paid.

Bad service. I never recommend it. My wife literally came out crying because Lee treated her very badly, he didn't do the work she asked for, he talked trash, in a bad mood, he made racist expressions about his language. I give you some advice, look for another job. Lee, if you don't know how to treat clients well and offer good service, don't work. If you don't know how to do what you do, you are no good as a worker. We will not go to that place again, and if anyone is thinking about going there, never accept Lee to do his service. He is not a good person.
