Ati is an amazing hair stylist who can transform bad hair into the masterpiece you’ve always wanted, but never been able to re-create. Ati did a full balayage, hair treatment, correction hair cut, and showed me how to style my hair. So many hairdressers today skip over the styling part, which is pretty critical to being happy with your hair. He also helped me understand why I was having “hair issues,” and pointed me to a hair regiment that would improve my hair quality, enhance and extend my color, and help me achieve the style I was looking for. It is so nice to know my hair is in good hands!

I felt immediate love and warmth walking in here. The owners are sharp and exhibit so much passion in what they do. They are professional and kind, called me by name throughout my visit until checkout, hung up my jacket, offered several drink options, and did a fabulous job on my hair. Guest service at its best and a great cut with it. ❤️

I have visited Atee at Villa Salon and Spa for six years. Each time I have gotten a sophiticated, creative, and managable hair cut. Ever so often I have tried another stylist, but I always come back to Atee because I find he has a better design sense and the styling experience to execute it than anyone else in Austin. Plus he's a delghtful person!

I went to a different Austin salon, and they completely ruined my hair. I showed a picture of exactly what I wanted, and it turned out nothing like it. I then heard about Villa Salon and Spa where Ati performed a perfect color correction, and it turned out even better than I could have imagined. He listened to what I had envisioned, and made it happen. I will definitely be going back for any future hair care needs I may have!

When you leave, not only are you going to feel great about your hair, you'll be feeling confident and ready to take over the world! But for real, Ati is hands down the best person to not only cut and style your hair, but to also leave you feeling positive, happy, and ready to charge the day! On a technical note, my hair is pretty thin and fine but Ati has cut it making it look and feel full and thick! Friendly staff all around and the owner is super nice too! I will be going here for all my hair cuts (and pep talks!). I HIGHLY recommend!

I visited The Villa Salon & Spa Boutique a few days ago and was completely overwhelmed by the welcoming staff. I was greeted as I walked in, and was treated with the best hospitality throughout my entire experience. The hair cut was wonderful, and the selection of products, along with recommendations from the staff made the entire experience special and personalized. It is clear that they really care about their customers and want to provide a great overall experience. This is the best hair salon ever!

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! I came not knowing what I wanted to do with my hair and the lady was patient and gave me tips and helped me decide what style I wanted. You could tell the entire staff cared about more than just money.

Villa Salon is amazing! From the minute you walk in you feel very welcomed! Amy's happy personality makes me smile! The owners are both professional and personable and make you feel special! Rema is my stylist and her pretty smile and love for what she does is contagious! Not to mention she is great with color and I always walk out looking FAB! Highly recommend Villa! It's not just a salon but an EXPERIENCE!

This is Sibylle - I had a Brazilian Keratin Treatment done by Kathryn Brown and was very happy about the outcome. Kathryn is not just an excellent hair stylist, she is a true artist! In my opinion, her creativity and talent puts her in the ranks of a celebrity hair stylist - and she is "only" 21! I see a great future for her as a hair stylist, and she will have me as her client forever. Make an appointment with her - you will not be disappointed - whatever she has done for me so far has exceeded all my expectations from a hair stylist. Thank you so much, Kathryn! :) PS: Sorry, I am using my partner's email address. No, it is not him who got the Brazilian treatment - it is me, his girlfriend. He is deeply concerned about him being perceived as going to the hair stylist ... I hope I can ease his worries about this statement.

Absolutely awful! I have never had a worse experience. There is an honest review already posted here. It is the one who rated them with a 0! I bought my best friend a gift certificate for a massage for Christmas. When he tried to get his massage he was told no because it had expired. It was less than six months from when I bought it. I asked to speak with the owner and she screamed at me over the phone and completely blew up! She did not offer to refund my money and she would not listen to a single word that I (the customer) had to say. She was completely unreasonable. She was defensive from the start and said that she would have her lawyer contact me. Lawyer? I simply wanted to get this resolved. She is clearly "crazy" and I caution anyone who is thinking about going to her business. Please listen to my review as I am trying to take actions to warn others. Terrible, ridiculous, unprofessional, and just down right wrong!

Had my second visit to the Villa Salon and WOW... I thought the first visit was great but Tiffani really blew me away! I can honestly say I loved everything she did to my hair. From the highlights, the cut and then the style, she is amazing! Villa Salon just gained a lifetime customer.

I love Villa Salon and have been going since it opened. It really is a beautiful salon in the heart of Westlake (don't have to deal with downtown traffic and parking) and Ati and his crew provide the absolute best customer service. It's always a fun visit and my hair always looks and feels amazing when I leave!

This salon treats you in the best way possible. The up front staff is wonderful, espicially the salon coordinator. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted, and treated, with the best smile, hospitality, and the latest and greatest hair, skin and body services and products. As a new client, i was happy not only with the services that I and my family received, but with warm welcome from the entire staff, including the owners.
