I came to Villagio because I didn’t have the best experience at another salon, Lucy took care of me and did so amazing! I will be coming back & also will recommend people🩷!! They also had a Christmas discount which is so unique, I’ve never been to a salon doing that. 🥰

Absolutely love my nails! I believe I had Tina as my nail specialist and she did a great job! I asked for a gel manicure and had no issues! Called before, only waiting 10 minutes and she did a great job! And I will say, the prices are reasonable too!

The worst place & customer service ever also they will give u price and they will make u pay double cheaters I will advise u never deal with this place it’s my first & last time dealing with them, ridiculous service & they’re so rude, I went yesterday to ask about the price before I book an appointment & I told her what I need exactly she said u will pay only $30 & I made her confirm the price again with her manager and booked my appointment expecting to pay $30 and once I finished they said no u have to pay $67 because we did 123 extra which I didn’t request we confirmed yesterday what I want and they kept lying plus they don’t want to take ownership & honor their word yesterday especially the manger was the one confirming the price yesterday I am telling u guys my experience with them so u take care

AMAZING! Get a pedicure and ask for Holly you will NOT be disappointed!!! The BEST pedicure I have ever gotten with the longest, best massage. Karen for dip nails is the way to go!

I think Tina does a super job on s&s dipping powder.sime rimes she does not finish me if someone else need service Todd’s the end of finishing me up she just walks away but over all she is great

To preface, I love this salon and will 100% go back! I’ve been going here off and on for about a year and I’ve always been so pleased with the staff and the prices. I’ve always just received pedicures, but last week I also decided to get a gel manicure when they told me that I could get my manicure while I get a pedicure. Holly did my toes and she was absolutely amazing! She was so meticulous and transformed my nails, as it had been a while since I had gotten my last gel pedicure. She was so sweet and had the perfect amount of conversation. My nails on the other hand, I’m a little disappointed. I believe the person doing my nails was new to the salon, so I’m truly taking it with a grain of salt. I had been growing my nails out that way I could eventually do acrylic overlay in an almond shape, but this particular day I just wanted gel to get me back into the routine of going to the nail salon (I just had a baby) and for my nails to be shaped in an almond style. The woman doing my nails insisted I get dip powder, I’ve never gotten it before so I truly don’t know much about it, so I declined. She said this would be better than getting acrylic overlay, that it was healthier for the nail since it didn’t need to be buffed off. I declined multiple times, but then she kept talking about it, so I gave in after she told me it was healthier. I told her I wanted my nails rounded and that I didn’t want to lose the length. I had one nail on my right hand that broke and I advised that I was okay with that one being shorter. She cut my nails down to the length seen below, which is super disappointing. The photo is off my index fingers side by side, the right is significantly shorter than the left, yet they were the same length going in. My cuticles weren’t trimmed so overall they look dry and flakey (the photo was taken a day after). My nails still had to be buffed, so hindsight it’s the same damage as getting gel. Holly advised me afterwards that getting gel was probably better for what I was looking for since I like to change out the color, now I’m going to have to remove the dip and start over. Once again, I LOVE this salon, I love the owners. I’ve always, always, always been pleased, this past time was just a miss for me (other than Holly). Overall, they look fineeee, and I did consent to the dip so that was my bad, but I know how good this salon can be and I just felt that particular tech wasn’t a good reflection.

I'm a regular customer but had Holly for the first time. She spent more time with me than I expected. She made sure I was happy with how short she trimmed my toenails. I will definitely ask for Holly the next time I need a pedicure.

Do not waste your time!!! As evidenced by their response, this business has no integrity and zero accountability. I can attest that I had an appointment and walked out after 50 minutes waiting in a chair. Save your time and spend your money elsewhere. This business does not deserve your patronage.

Excellent job overall. Good customer service. Prices are fair. Definitely recommend. Brian and his wife (owners) are very nice. Pleasant shop too. Recommended for sure! UPDATE Aug 21 2023, Brian and his wife have sold the business. They're is new chairs and other items, One of the regular employees is still there. They did a nice job. Prices are up a bit.

Got a mani/pedi with a friend. Mine was great, my friends service NOT. They ripped out her ingrown without soaking her feet, and caused pain. Polish chipped off after 2 days. We hiked the Grand Canyon a day later, & my friends toe hurt!!! Tammy completed my service & was happy with it. Tipped extremely well, but felt a bit as I was a pain in the neck for them both. Won’t be back.

I have been here many times and they are good. Very friendly, they have a great reservation system that sends auto reminders, and the pricing is fair. Call to make an appt, although It's generally not very busy, I don't have a problem getting an appointment when I want it.

I have come to this salon for a gel manicure and pedicure at least every 3 weeks for the past 4 years. It was recently purchased and is under new management. Since then the service, the skills of the techs, and customer service has taken a nose dive. Do not waste your money. The last 4 times I have gone I left with my nails not filed and the top coat rippled. After just 24 hours, the gel polish was cracking and it began to flake off or chip within days. Before the new owners took it over, my gel manicure lasted THREE weeks. I informed the owners of the issues I was having all of the sudden and they didn't seem to care. I gave them 4 opportunities to complete at least one acceptable manicure for me and was disappointed each time. So after 4 years as a client, I will not be returning.

I have gone to Villagio Nails for 15 years. Holly has been my nail technician for the last five years. She is amazing, friendly, and detailed! The staff is always friendly, and the salon is clean.

I love the staff at Villagio. They genuinely care about their clientele and strive to create the best experience for each individual according to their own preferences. They remembered me and continued previous conversations even after I was gone for a few months! They are friendly, efficient, and accommodating. I don't even know how many salons I pass in the 25 minutes between my home and Villagio, but I've tried quite a few and none are as kind and consistent. A few years in and I don't even try elsewhere any more!

I needed to find a new nail salon after I moved. Lee was an absolute peach. He listened to what I was thinking for color and design and executed it perfectly! The staff water friendly and the salon is beautiful. I paid a little more for design but overall it was very reasonable in price. I’ve definitely found my new place!

I visited this place for the first time and got the $60 pedicure. I was thankful to the manager for I got an early appointment. The total number of creams they used were 4 with one sugar scrub. The tech seemed very inexperienced and was not involved in the process meaning he just applied one cream after the other with minimal massage. It was the first time I noticed that I was massaged on both my legs at the same time. He was casually massaging using one hand for each leg. I have callous and I had to direct him to remove the callous and show him how and where. After 10 minutes I found myself overlooking his work which was new for I like to relax in a massaging chair. All in all, I'm happy I got the appointment but the service was such that I wished I had not

Number 1 nail salon in the state of AZ. hands down. One of the best Nail Salons I have ever been to! Owner's Hannah & Brian are the best! They treat you like family. They spoil you, take care of you, listen to you, talk with you. They are so genuine and kind. They run their business so professionally and so well. I'm so grateful to them for their friendship and their service. I'm grateful for the care and work they give. They are beautiful people with an exceptional business!
