Servicio nada recomendable. Casi 4 horas para un acrílico y una pedicura regular. La manicura no quedó bien pulida y totalmente opaca. La primera chica que comenzó a pintarme los pies tenía nula experiencia, y acabó haciéndomelos otra chica, pero además tuve que esperar a que terminara con la clienta que ella estaba atendiendo. Había llamado previamente para preguntar precios. Me habían dicho que por el acrílico que se hizo mi acompañante eran 45, terminó diciéndome que se habían equivocado que eran 55. Por teléfono tambien me dijeron que un refill costaba 30, terminaron cobrándome 45. No es NADA profesional que te digan un precio y luego te cobren lo que quieren. Si dicen un precio previamente tienen que mantener el mismo, aunque haya sido una equivocación.

Very unsanitary! They wanted to use dirty brushes on my hair. Had the audacity to say it was my hair on the brush when the hair was clearly white (I have brown) and the brush had tons of lint. I saw a roach walking up the wall about two feet in front of me and I told the hair dresser. She did not react at all. They hacked my hair using dull scissors and the end product was not even remotely close to what I asked for. Hair dresser was taking phone calls and texting while cutting my hair. I should have walked out then and highly regret not doing so. I would’ve been better off at Supercuts.

My first order from this beautiful store was very satisfying for they are quick and accommodating. I am so happy with my purchases because they are all of good quality. They also have terrific prices and prompt dispatch. The customer service department very extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Unsanitary practices used nail files and buffers no linens on pedi baths people with their masks down there was literally a customer with her mask completely gone and the manager did not care. just a totally unprofessional salon one of the worst I’ve been to in Miami especially in the middle of a pandemic the nails were so horrible after looking closer at them they didn’t last not even a day there was literally nail polish on my poor mother’s skin just a whole mess. Everyone there seems to dislike working there complaining while doing her nails totally unprofessional.
