I’ve been going to Vinci Nail Spa for months now and I’ve had nothing short of an amazing experience each time! My pedicure is always done with care, they pay attention to detail and service is consistent! It’s been hard finding a good pedicure spot but I’m here to stay with this one!

My favorite nail salon! I have had positive experiences with all members. Vivian is especially amazing, attentive, and takes her time with her work. So grateful this salon is close to home. I’ve tried numerous salons as I’ve traveled to many cities for work, but this is the best one yet. Thank you!

i often come here for pedicures and they do an amazing job every time. i got my nails done once here and it was not worth the price i paid for. i get this salon is more high end but application and polish was clumpy, i asked for tapered square and it looked more coffin shape. it was my fault for not saying anything about it as i didn’t want the nail tech to take longer on my nails or restart the process but for $70 i wish i did…

Coming from someone who works in a nail salon in Kentucky. This salon was exceptional. It was clean. Well ventilated. All of the staff had a great attitude and you could tell that they cared for the salon with how thorough in cleanliness and presentation they were. My fiancé and I got pedicures and she got her builder gel removed and got Gel X by Ari. Vì is also exceptional too! They did a stellar job. We were in town visiting family for the holiday and decided to treat ourselves. The two techs that did our pedicure did thorough and fantastic job. It is nice to step away from the salon and be on the other side and be met with the same if not better services than my own salon offers! Great Job Vinci!!!

I had a manicure and pedicure. Van did the pedicure. Cindy did the manicure. I had powder dip and it was the best one I've ever had. Great job. If in the area, I would come back again.

I paid $145, plus $20 tip that I don’t think it was deserved. All this for manicure, pedicure, and dipping set, and they did a HORRIBLE job, the gel polish looks like my nails have grew out, looks like I did my nails two weeks ago, dripping gel stains under my nails. The girl kept missing spots on the corners and didn’t paint well from the cuticles that they did not did a good job pushing them, tips look crooked and I mentioned and she didn’t cared. For my pedicure they didn’t do much on my heels, they feel the same. Ohhh but if you say something they seem upset. Girls, we pay you for you to do a service, and for those prices you should be more professional. Even when I went to give her the $20 dollars tip she gave me an attitude. They are extremely nice to white people. And nice only to a few minorities.

I would NOT recommend this salon located in High Point next to Publix grocery. I was so excited to try this “voted best” establishment that I didn’t read the reviews closely. My pedicure tech severely burnt me with scalding paraffin wax, and did a splotchy paint job. At the end of my service (over an hour later) I asked the women working the front desk their opinion on my nails. They responded by calling the tech over and saying, she can re-do them… so obviously, they didn’t think they were very good either. The tech came and aggressively grabbed my foot and told me to go back to the chair. I asked for a different tech, because my experience with her (brown hair with bangs) was going from bad to worse. The front desk said they couldn’t let anyone else “fix her mistakes because they work on commission”. The best way they could make this painful waste of an afternoon right was to offer a 5% ($2) discount. I would NEVER recommend Vinci in high point. Make the drive to one of the many salons in the friendly center area.

This place is awesome. Today was my first time, but they will be my new go to for my nails. They are all so friendly and professional. I was undecided on a design and Thuy (I think that was her name) helped me choose and she did such a good job. See you all in a few weeks!

Horrible. Apparently, they don't like touching people of color because everyone but you will get a hand massage at the end of your manicure. I've been to the Gate City Blvd location twice and noticed it. Won't be back again. The first time, an older lady Cindy did my nails. She pumped lotion on my hands and told me to rub it in. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe she was in a rush to get to the next customer since I had been a walk-in. She was already working on someone else before I even made it to the front to pay. Today, a younger girl Lily did my nails. When I sat down, I noticed customers of other ethnicities getting hand massages at the end of their manicures. However, once mine was done Lily used a dropper to put oil on my cuticles, and did not bother to rub it in. She just left the oil to drip all over my fingers. Then she gestured towards a bottle of lotion on the table and said, "you can get lotion if you want." I ignored the lotion and her and walked to the front to pay. She also didn't clean up around my nails and left SNS powder stains on my fingers. I normally always tip service providers but decided to match her energy. If she would only do the bare minimum by doing my nails, that's all I would pay her for and nothing else. If these people are so racist that they won't even touch certain peoples' hands to rub in oil or lotion - when every other customer is getting such a basic treatment at their end of their service - they're not worth giving your money to. Also, I read other reviews before posting this and found similar comments from other women.

My experience with "Lily" today was excellent! I simply came for a manicure - nothing else. Lily was so meticulous and thorough with the simple and inexpensive task of a manicure, it showed me how professional and excellent this shop really is. Thank you Lily! I will be back again and again!

I came into this location at 6pm the establishment closes at 7pm. When I came in I was told they are closed. There were several people getting pedicures and a view getting their nails done. All I needed was a fill in. There was not a sign anywhere on the establishments doors windows etc that said they were closing early. I enjoy coming to Vinci nail Jamestown but please know this I will no longer use this location. Very unprofessional to not have it mentioned anywhere that you closed an hour early.

This was my first time here. I was greeted so nice and they are so polite. The atmosphere is so nice and it’s so clean. My nail tech Sandra was awesome and she gave me exactly what I asked for. Definitely will be coming back!!!
