I usually try to get a massage once a month and include Vinings Massage in my options in the area. I have had 3 therapists there and my first option is Aaron. He stays pretty booked because he is so good. Aaron is always very attentive reviewing what areas to focus on before the massage begins and since he also works in the health care industry as well he knows how to address any issue while still delivering a relaxing 90 minute vacation.

I’ve had three deep tissue massages with Tasha and each one has been amazing. Tasha takes time before each session to understand your specific concerns and needs. She is very considerate and professional throughout the experience. I will definitely return to Vinings Massage and Wellness.

Everyone here is fantastic. It's a nice relaxing atmosphere from the time you step in. Cheyne is a great therapist; I asked for her based on her experience helping clients who suffer from migraines like me. She helped target my problem areas and provided tips for relief until our next session too. Thank you!

Back again, 3 months in a row and I cannot improve on my earlier review...you can teach an old dog new tricks! Seth does very fine work. I grew up thinking that massage was for special events, special people...but I now know that an excellent massage is a fine part of a healthy living program. Another visit to VM&W...thanks to my thoughtful daughters' gift massage. Courteous and fine service from the entry to departure 90 minutes later...Therapist, Seth, was strong and totally excellent...I shall return. Do yourself a favor...check out VW&W. I now try to visit once per month! and still posting positively.

Love Vinings Massage!!! They are always friendly and I’m able to get in and out on time for my appointments. Seth is great, listens to my problem areas and is able to get my upper-back knots out from weight lifting LOL Overall it’s a very relaxing and professional atmosphere! I’ve had a wonderful experience each time.

Clean, professional and relaxing atmosphere. There is a welcome reception and multiple small private rooms. The tables have heating to keep you cozy and the therapist will apply warm towels to warm up your muscles. I had a deep tissue massage to work through a couple of sports injuries and neck tension from work. The masseuse took the time to understand my problem areas and focussed on those which I appreciated. It was a "real" massage, not just someone rubbing oil in circles. You won't get luxury spa vibes, but you will get someone who knows what they are doing and targeted therapies.

I was at a conference and took the afternoon off to indulge in some self-care. Cheyne was attuned, professional, and created a safe and nurturing environment. She asked insightful questions to create a wonderful experience. The visit concluded with a refreshing reminder to hydrate and some yummy chocolates. 10/10 recommend.

Probably will not use anymore. Booked a 90 minute appointment for at the end of two weeks of international travel. Cleared schedule, arrived early for appointment only to be told the therapist would be over 45 minutes late due to traffic. Absolute waste of time.

Tasha is a fantastic massage therapist! I love this place - it is peaceful, clean, and it smells good. The rooms are very comfortable. But most importantly, Tasha is one of the more skilled and attentive therapists I have ever had.
