I absolutely loved the facial…Johanna took care of me and she talked me through what was being done throughout the whole process. I was extremely relaxed and was able to see results afterwards. Today I had my first visit it was a private and clean environment , very serene. Johana is so soft and gently very detail on her explanations of the services being provided and totally tailored to your specific skin condition. Definitely will come back and will recommend it without hesitation.

100% recommend!!! Johana is so knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing. She gave me advice on my skin and how best to take care of it. She was even happy to give me “wallet-friendly” recommendations for skin care products. Usually when getting a facial, the esthetician pushes expensive, proprietary products, so this was awesome! Clean, quiet, professional. Loved it and will be back!

I cannot share enough good things about my experience with Natura. I'm in my mid-40s with super sensitive skin with slight rosacea. I was shocked how my face looked when I left. They handled my skin with care and it was the calmest I've ever seen it. The best part, is not only is this a family owned, local business, but it's also veteran owned. There's no better local spa to support. I live in the Roswell area and have been searching for a spa I can visit routinely visit. A spa where I receive excellent service, a high level of care, and am not in a pushy sales environment. Natura checked all my boxes and they will be my go-to spa. You will not be disappointed in your experiences here.

I went for a facial and had a wonderful experience! Johana was very kind, knowledgeable and did a great job. She made sure I was comfortable during every step of the process and gave me great tips on how to care for my skin. Her husband Tommy was also there, and he was nice and personable as well. My appointment was at 3:30 . It didn't start until 4pm. Meanwhile as I await, she had a casual conversation about a wedding .She had no respect for my time Also her Produsts are not for African Americans skin.

I am only giving this three stars because of Joanna, the wife- the actual one we went to see. She is detailed, kind, and the facial and massage were amazing. The husband, the other owner is the one that made us feel most uncomfortable. He is trying to sell the E10 machine to everyone who walks in the door. He comes off light at first but then brings out a brochure and talks about treatment prices… it’s to much. I don’t think he tries to be salesie or pushy but it ruins the experience. I wanted to relax not be sold on a medical device. Word of advice— If you go here just be sure to tell him up front you are there for Joanna, not the sales pitch.

I had the most amazing time at Natura spa! I surprised my best friend with a luxury relaxation spa package for her birthday & it did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, Tommy & Johana greeted us warmly & welcomed us into their beautiful spa. I didn’t get a massage that day but Tommy still treated me as if I was. He took me into their relaxation room & set me up in the most amazing massage chair, I slept the whole time. My best friend absolutely loved Johana & the service she received! She said she had never felt more relaxed & just good. The spa itself is absolutely beautiful & the rooms were beyond clean! So thankful for our experience, we will absolutely be back & this time I will be getting the spa package as well!

Really relaxing atmosphere! I was very stressed the day I came in, but never felt so relaxed walking out! Johana is extremely skilled, kind, and respectful. Whatever adjustments I needed throughout the treatment, she handled like a pro! I also loved how she explained everything that she was doing so that I was aware the entire time. Her and her husband are incredibly kind and experienced people who focus all their attention on each customer. Overall, amazing experience!!

Johana at Natura Spa is amazing. She has great attention to detail and really knows how best to treat my skin. I love her work and how refreshed and relaxed I feel after my visits. The micro-needling with stem cells is my favorite treatment. I loved the plasma-blast as well.
