From the start, the experience felt off. The way she approached the chair was abrupt, and she jumped right into threading without any real consultation. The entire process felt rushed and aggressive—she finished in seconds and immediately asked me to check the mirror as if that was it. There was no attention to detail, and stray hairs that clearly needed trimming were left untouched. I told her in person that I wasn’t happy with the service, and of course, she offered to fix it in the moment—but at that point, it was too late. Threading is a personal service; you’re working on someone’s face, and care should be given from the very beginning. I shouldn’t have to pay for a service first in order for you to show care afterward. To make matters worse, after an unsatisfactory experience, I was still asked to tip. A service industry job isn’t just about the technical work—it’s about how you make people feel. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling dismissed and unvalued. I wouldn’t return.

Place is great. Heads up, Peri is a goddess she makes a torturous experience bearable. She has amazing hands and acts an artist crafting your eyebrows. Highly recommend her and this place.

Anjali was friendly and provided good service. Had haircut and waxing services done. Can visit by appointment or walk in! Would love to visit again. She is the best!! Close to ucla!!

Poor job, high price. Spent literally one minute on my brow threading, charged $16 for that one minute while telling me the price was $15, even asked for tip, ridiculous!

I am literally so happy with the service I received. I cannot remember the name of the person who did my eyebrows was as of this moment, but she appeared to be like the manager / more in charge than the other workers. She also saw me at 6:45 even though they close at 7, I normally do not come into places like this that late but figured that I would see if they had any availability and to my surprise they were extremely accommodating and nice about it!! The threading was amazing, very light stinging, like it did not hurt as much as a lot of other people I've had at other Studios. She was also extremely sweet because I have not been able to get them done for the past 2 months and had an extreme overgrowth, she was very nice about it and able to take care of it in a pretty quick manner. I cannot reccomend this place enough, she just gained a long term customer (for as long as I'm here for school, I'll be coming here)

Bandana is the best! Great place to get your blow out, eyebrows threaded... And lots of other treatments like henna for your hands, haircuts, highlights etc

I went to Anjali for blowdry and all I basically got there was her yelling at me. She did a very lousy job in a rush, and when I said I din’t like it, she walked off and literally asked me to just pay the bill (also asked me to tip lol). I asked her to use hair spray because I did the blowout in the evening and needed it for the next day and she simply denied it, and said “You will anyway have to do the blowdry again”. Very unprofessional and humiliating experience.
