I can't rave enough about Vio Medspa located at River North. For starters, you can easily find parking conveniently near the facility. The staff is impeccably trained and professional. The receptionists are gracious, friendly and they can easily accommodate finding slots that works with people's schedules. The talented injectors (Evan/Sarah) are truly the best in Chicago. I wouldn't dare go elsewhere for my services. Quick, efficient and cater exactly what you're trying to achieve with your beauty aesthetic. Shannon is the best in the facial/microneedling game. I would never go to anyone else. She's incredibly talented and gives the best aesthetic advice for your skin needs. The owner is amazing! She's a total vibe. Basically this is Medspa you go to for your services. 5 ✨✨⭐⭐⭐

I cannot say enough good things about VIO Med Spa. I have been a client here for a number of years and every time I visit the spa I fall more in love! Evan is a master with Botox, Dysport, Jeuveau - basically everything! He takes his time, is knowledgeable and has helped me to surpass my goals. I visit him a few times a year and always leave knowing that he works to make his patients feel and look the best. Mallory and Bri could not be more welcoming, knowledgable, and friendly I genuinely look forward to seeing them each time I visit. Emma is a master aesthetician who knows her clients and the products and services so well. I love to visit with her and learn about various treatments to help my skin remain healthy. Bonus, she's wonderful too! I see her for micro-needling and facials. When I summon up the courage (LOL) I am going to do some IPL treatments. I trust her so much. Carmel - sigh! So warm, so knowledgeable, and takes the time to know each of her clients so well. I am constantly impressed with her knowledge of beauty, health, and wellness and her eagerness to always share about the services and products that the spa offers. The team could not be more well managed under her expert care. This really is a wonderful place. Don't hesitate for your skincare and wellness needs. Go! Just go and be mesmerized!

Dani Barker did my Botox and my lip filler, and I will never be going anywhere else!! She is so thorough with her work and takes her time, making sure to address all of my concerns and to really focus on the points i am the most insecure about. It is very hard to fully trust someone when it comes to your face - until you are in Dani's chair. she is an excellent injector.

At VIO I see Dani for injections and she is THE BEST! She is truly consultative and listens to what I want. Dani is so educated. I would refer her to anyone. She made me feel at ease because I was a little nervous since I have never really experienced with Botox before. She also filled my lips and they look absolutely amazing. Dani is professional and as I mentioned, so well educated which made me feel even better about going to her for these services! I am officially her life long client!

Dani at VIO Med Spa is the best! I am a suburban girl so the thought of driving (and parking) in the city was daunting. Traffic was a breeze and I was able to pay to park right in front of the spa for $5.00 for my 10:00am appointment. Dani was on time, thorough, and patient with me as I was a little nervous to get Botox. She walked me through the process step by step and even counted down from three so I knew when to expect each poke. I was absolutely shocked at the minimal pain I felt during the process. Dani was warm, kind, and obviously extremely skilled (not to mention the fact that she is a Nurse Practitioner so I knew I was in good hands). I can't wait to go back!

My dermaplane and hydra-facial service with Matt left my skin soft, smooth and glowing with just a single treatment. V/O uses and sells high-end, medical grade products and Lexi at the front desk is amazing!

I’ve been getting the hydrofacial here every month for the past six months and my skin has never looked and felt naturally better! I’m into very clean skin care, and they have options for people like me which I love. Shannon is my esthetician and she’s the best. Cant recommend this place or their membership enough!

I feel personally connected with the staff and they give me results that I desire to achieve. DO NOT book at this location if there is a chance you have to reschedule weeks in advance. They tell you a required $100 DEPOSIT is due at booking, BUT IF YOU CANCEL YOU DON"T GET THE THE DEPOSIT BACK. Then they say well you can use toward a service or product. It's not the point the point is you DO NOT DISCLOSE THE TRUTH AT BOOKING. ALSO THEY DO NOT DISCLOSE THAT TO YOU. Which is illegal! I will be filing fraud charges with my bank.

I have been going to VIO Med Spa since it opened and my experience has been like no other. Zuri my esthetician has been the most attentive, professional, and knowledgeable person I have seen in a long time. She is devoted to her art of perfecting skin and does this by her superb knowledge of skin, products, and procedures. At my beginning stages I lacked confidence and great skin but with the help of Zuri that is a thing of the past. I enjoy my visits with Zuri and look forward to many more!

I went to see Brooke for my first time getting lip injections & was SO nervous at first, but Brooke and the VIO River North team made me feel so comfortable!! I was able to talk through all of my questions during our initial consultation & then she made sure to provide me with lots of details and education prior to injections day of! Brooke was super comforting, kind, & encouraging throughout the process and I am SO happy with my results! I really wanted to make sure my lips were natural and conservative looking, & I couldn’t have pictured a better outcome! I would definitely recommend Brooke to anyone!!

Lauren is the GOAT! She treats me for injectables and has done my PRP/microneedling and I can honestly say, I’ve never been happier. She takes the time to walk me through her treatment plan, expectations, aftercare and maintaining my treatments. My lips are so natural, yet so plump, the perfect mix!
