my fav medspa in columbus! i go for microneedling and i have never been so confident in my skin. the girls at the front desk are always so welcoming and kind. (they also have my fav sparkling water while you wait lol) and ali does a great job. also haley the esthetician knows her stuff, thank u!!!

I recently treated myself to a personalized signature facial at VIO Med Spa, and it was an absolute delight! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel right at home with their warm welcome. They took the time to chat with me about my skin concerns and preferences, which made the experience feel truly customized. The facial itself was heavenly! It included a mix of soothing techniques and fabulous products that left my skin feeling refreshed and glowing. Plus, the ambiance of the spa was so calming—I could have stayed there all day! I walked out feeling like a brand new person and with some great skincare tips to try at home. If you're looking for a little self-care, I definitely recommend giving VIO Med Spa a visit. I can't wait to go back for another session!

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff who helped answer all my questions! The front desk girls were very sweet and welcoming. I have gotten a lip flip, lip filler, as well as a facial (with a chemical peel), and all of my experiences went smoothly and turned out amazing! Nicole, Ellaina, and Halley were very kind, helped calm my nerves before each procedure, and personally followed up with me after my services! I will definitely be returning, and recommend you look into the membership options for some great deals :)

Had an AMAZING facial! My skin was glowing after and I had some beautiful lasting results. The aesthetician was easy to chat with and had great recommendations for my skin with no pressure for sales. The space was beautiful and modern. All of the staff were warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I recently had a Glo2Facial by Geneo. It was amazing. My skin is super sensitive and normally does not handle facials or changes in product well. I did not have redness or irritation and my skin was so hydrated and happy. Highly recommend!

Nicole is awesome! She obviously loves what she does. It shows in her attention to detail, care, and willingness to share information personal to me and my medications and their effects on how my body metabolizes the injections. Nicole did such a fantastic job that my face hasn't bruised and doesn't have any dark marks that I have to cover up, unlike my previous appointment with Ashley. After I left my first appointment with Ashley my forehead looked like someone should be playing connect the dots, it bruised, and I spent 3+ days trying to cover up several bruises and dark spots. I had thought it was because of the number of injections but Nicole proved that wrong. I am incredibly pleased and very excited that Nicole will be who I schedule with from now on. The rest of the staff is amazing, and have been from the beginning. I love the ease in connecting via text and Delaney's hospitality is top notch. It's a sure sign that she enjoys what she does and is part of a strong and supportive team. The skin care specialist was delightful (I'm sorry I forgot her name) and was very personable, kind, and professional. She took the time to ask questions and give feedback personal to me and my routine she also taught me about the products V/O carries and why I should consider trying them.

This spa is absolutely beautiful, clean, and a great location. Plenty of parking right in the front of the building in a well-lit shopping center at Easton. The front desk staff is so friendly and accommodating. The providers are top-notch and take so much time customizing your treatment and services. Nicole the NP is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and truly listens to your needs without trying to oversell you things you do not need. I would suggest anyone looking for self-care, Botox, filler, and more to definitely check out VIO Med Spa Easton.

I always go to Ellaina for my facials, dermaplaning and advice of what products I should use. My face feels refreshed and glows after a spa treatment with her! She always has a cheerful smile and she is very knowledgeable and passionate in what she does. She makes sure her clients get the best treatment while in her care. I will be back.

I highly recommend Ellania at VIo. The spa is beautiful and clean. I have done 4 facials with Ellania and she has helped me get the beautiful glow back to my face. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find the right skin regiments/products to improve my dull skin! I feel bright and glowy!! Thank you Ellania!

I would like to start off by saying I was very excited to try VIO med spa and man was I disappointed. To start the front staff was very unprofessional. I stood there waiting for 5 minutes as the girls continued talking to each other about there weekend. Further more the facility was not as clean as I am use to at other med spas I’ve gotten work done. I would just be a little hesitant, if this is your first time getting work done. It will definitely leave a bad taste in your mouth esp since their prices are a lot higher then the industry standard.

RUNN as far away as you can from this place. As soon as I walked in a lady named Talleah and Amy greeted me and were kind until I didn’t want to go for their used car sales man approach. They became super unfriendly and just cruel. They were complaining about their provider “spending too much time” with a patient who was currently treated in a room mocking her claiming she was treating it like an OR suite. IM SORRY BUT WOULDNT YOU WANT YOUR PROVIDER TO CLEAN ANTIMICOBIALS FROM SKIN- they wanted her to rush and cause an infection. Yuck. They were as nasty as the infection she avoided. I feel sorry for these providers. This place will soon close because all those two do is chit chat about their employees rather than help

Waste of money. I was extremely excited to get lip fillers for the first time! I was recommended this place and the staff was nice. The injections hurt like hell but I was committed. I wanted my top lip bigger, Immediately after the injections my lips were swollen but beautiful I was optimistic, and super careful to follow every step they gave me upon leaving… swelling lasted 7 days and then my lips went immediately back to normal. Literally minimal difference. Not only that my lips turned blue on and off for weeks. I brought this to the aestheticians attention and nothing was done. So not only am I out of 650.00 I have nothing to show for it and now i have intermittently blue cast lips. Don’t waste your money. Very nice spa! What a great addition to the Easton area. The staff is super friendly. The receptionist, Delaney, is very sweet and will go out of her way to accommodate your needs! I can’t wait to go back again in a few weeks for my facial.
