So glad I came across this place ! From the moment I walked in I was greeted pleasantly Michelle was great explaining the new patient info. Mar was absolutely fantastic , she exceeded my expectations and explained everything perfectly. She made me feel super comfortable thought out the whole process ! The packages they have to offer are fantastic and beneficial . Can’t wait to come back soon. Thank you Mar we need more women like you in this industry!

Mar was amazing! Turning 40 has been a challenge with my skincare and up keep. Mar helped me to get my skin back. She is very knowledgable, professional and passionate about her work. I have had a great experience at V/O med spa. As someone who was nervous to get their first treatment of Botox and lip filler, Erika Reaven made me feel incredibly safe. She is extremely friendly. Plus the results are exactly what I wanted! I have gone to Erika twice now for treatments and each time I leave happy! Highly recommend V/O med spa and scheduling a consultation and treatment with her!

My wife has been pressing me to get Botox for years since I have some deep wrinkles forming on my forehead. I finally caved and had an appointment at VIO - Casa Linda for my first Botox treatment. I have been receiving compliments left and right from friends and family. The entire staff was amazing from start to finish in explaining the process. I have since gone back and utilized the CoolTone Sculpting treatments. WOW! I workout daily but this has added an extra punch to my mid section!!! Highly recommend VIO and the staff!!!

Wonderful experience at this medical spa! The staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. The appointment was both relaxing and information, with the explanation for injectables easy to understand. Additionally, the appointment was catered to my needs and special attention was taken to assess my face and what would work best. Would recommend over and over again!!

I came here to get a HydraFacial and was given so much more. Hannah was the absolute best esthetician I've seen in the DFW metroplex. She actually talked about my skin and asked my about my habits that contribute to how my skin looks and feels. She picked out a recommended routine and also customized the HydraFacial to make sure I could achieve the goals I set for for myself. I would definitely recommend Hannah to anyone in the Lakewood or Garland area. The entire staff is friendly as well and the facility is beautiful.

I got my first ever facial here this past Monday, and WOW! What a great way to treat yourself. Hannah walked me through everything she was doing to me. We discussed my current skin routine and she suggested to me what she thought would be best for my skin type and genuinely gave me such an amazing experience. If you’re ever in the area and in need of a facial, hit up VIO Med Spa! Also, shoutout to Mar for giving me the best IV the other week at HotWorx! I felt like a million bucks after!

***** UPDATE ***** Be careful when you decide NOT to renew your membership. They disown you. I was removed and blocked from their instagram page! I can be petty too- but worse! So unprofessional and unnecessary. Maybe a reason why everyone leaves… I wonder why… This place was okay at the beginning but don’t waste your time. Truly upsetting to have an esthetician represent your company who’s face looks Horrible- and you expect for me to allow someone who can’t manage to have beautiful skin touch mine- NO THANKS! Excuse me??? Harassment and bullying? Are you kidding me? Your serious! So when a client frankly states I DONT want one of your (and only) Estheticians) to do any treatments on me I and requested to NOT renew my membership I automatically get blocked- tell the facts and NOT only to make you look like the victim because your NOT! Let’s get that straight. Putting out all the facts on here for everyone to read because I have NOTHING to hide. The way you do business is horrible. I would never bully or harass anyone. I have every right to express my own opinion. You as a “professional “ should know better. I spent a lot of money there- so don’t try to turn this around on me. Shame on you! Wish you all the best.

*make sure to ask for Hannah!* People ask me all the time what I’ve been doing differently for my skin, and the answer is HANNAH AT VIO! When I turned 30 I knew I needed a solid skin care routine, and now I have it. I love that she asked me so many questions about my skin and routine, making the perfect formula for me. I especially like that she still asks me those questions, keeping up with my skins changing needs. The world can be so unkind, and I love that she never judges my skin or if I’m feeling tired and get a little behind with it. She’s always so nice and understanding. I wish everyone treated their clients like this girl does. I also see Mar for my tox!! Great results, and I loved how quick and easy she made it.

"I would highly recommend getting Botox at VIO MED SPA with MAR SANTIAGO, she explains where she giving the injections an also lets you know why she wouldn’t inject Botox an an area you think you need. She does an awesome job and always recommends amazing skin products for any skin concerns I may have. Thanks to all the staff

Had the best Hydrafacial by Hannah today! My skin was feeling a little congested and Hannah perked it right up. She used the brightalive booster, eye perk, ice globes and a light peel. Love love love!

I NOW LOVE MY SKIN I don’t even know where to begin to explain how much I have enjoyed going to this location. Katie and Michelle at the front desk are always so kind, and really make me feel welcome. Every time I have been here, I am greeted with nothing but smiles, and am always asked how they may help me and if I would like a beverage. The esthetician Hannah has done all of my facials, my micro needling and my BBL laser treatment. She is extremely knowledgeable and always makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She is amazing at what she does and I 100% recommend her! I have always had acne prone skin, and I have noticed a vast improvement in the scarring. I have also had filler done here, and have been more than satisfied with my results every time! Paloma and Mar are both incredibly talented at what they do, and I always feel so confident every time I leave! And to top it all off, the manager Ashley is the kindest person I have met. You can tell how much she cares about not only the happiness of the customers, but the staff as well. This location is overall sophisticated and staffed with reputable and kind people. You can tell just how much pride they take in their jobs, and that they love what they do. Also, everything is always SO CLEAN. Thank you VIO Med Spa for always being a place to go and relax and leave feeling my absolute best!

I had seen SkinVive commercials on YouTube and was interested in knowing more about it. I met with Mar, NP, and she explained what it was and how it's done. I appreciated her knowledge and patience with me. She was also very calming as I am afraid of needles. If you're nervous about trying services, come meet with Mar - she will be great at explaining everything.

I have been interested in facial rejuvenation procedures and recently met with Mar, NP. She provided me with several options and explained the differences between each one, as well as the timeline for when they would take effect. Mar was considerate of my personal expectations and also gave me different price ranges for each treatment. I have paid for and scheduled my first treatment. Stay tuned for photos.💕

Love this place, Hannah has my skin looking it’s absolute best. Currently doing microneedling and using a blend of the ZO and SkinBetter with a regimen she provided. Pricing is very reasonable, I recommend the membership because they stack rewards with Alle, Aspire, etc with your member discounts in order for you to save more money. Since skincare adds up I take advantage of the 20% off products as much as possible. The discount alone would keep me coming back but the team is unbeatable!

Mar is the best for botox! I hate needles but she is so calming and fun. Because of her I look forward to my injections, and not just because I know I’ll look better afterwards. She had also helped me with my skin care routine between visits, esp the interfuse eye cream!

The Casa Linda location provided the most seamless and relaxing experience I have ever had. I was immediately greeted by the sweet receptionist as soon as I walked in. After she got me checked me in, I was offered something cold to drink. In the Texas heat, that type of hospitality does not go under-appreciated!! I never had to sit or wait; my amazing aesthetician, Hannah, was prepared and ready for my treatment. Her room was a whole vibe! The lighting, the scent diffuser, the music: on point, girl!! She answered every question I had during my treatment and gave me tips about what to do to further help my skin. Hannah was extremely helpful and open for conversation. After my short cat nap on Hannah’s table, my skin was left feeling refreshed and glowing. The manager, Ashley, was so kind and made sure that Hannah took great care of me. From my perspective, Ashley has built a wonderful relationship with her coworkers and they truly enjoy working at Vio Med Spa. This is reflected in their attitudes and willingness to go above and beyond for their clients! Could not have asked for a better experience!

Great people great atmosphere. I been wanting to drop this weight for a while now, and wanted to get on the semiglutid but I could not find a clinic that did labs. Vio does blood work! I was really excited to hear because I wanted to make sure I was clear to take this treatment. It's been a month now. I started on the lowest dose. I haven't had any side effects, absolutely none and I am so glad. I feel much better and I am eating better. More energy too but unfortunately no weightloss yet, but also no weight gain..so that's a win for me. I start my 2nd month and my dosage has increased so hopefully I start to see some weight loss. I am definitely staying the course and the extra energy has helped me get into the gym again. I will update as I drop these pounds. I highly recommend this place.

I always have such a great experience with vio! Hannah is such a knowledgeable aesthetician and has helped my skin get back to being healthy! Also I’ve gotten fillers and Botox with several of the injectors and they’re all amazing! The front desk staff is so friendly and it’s such a calming and positive environment! All of the women here truly are angels!

I was from out of town and visited recently (through a recommendation ), and so glad I did! Upon arrival I knew I was steered in the right direction when I walked in the door! I could smell the CLEAN and see it :) I started with a facial with (Hannah?) I believe. Then I had botox, and filler for the first time from Paloma. Both ladies were wonderful! I'm talking patient with me and caring. I had questions and concerns being my first visit, and I just loved how they assured me the results would look great, and they truly do! I'm also using some of their sunscreen and moisturizer they recommended, and love that as well. I hope to visit them again when I'm back in TX!

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I took my mother to this location to get work done on her face, as she wanted to fix/improve her nasolabial folds. The results were not what we expected. We spent almost $4000 in one day, and all they did was inject her incorrectly and hurt her jaw which caused her pain for about 3-4 days after. On top of that, the filler that was injected was poorly done and she began to get bumps in her mouth from the filler, which had to be taken out in a whole different appointment days later. All the money that she paid for the injectables was not properly used because they did not utilize all of the filler that was paid for and it was not refunded or anything. They basically kept her money. She asked for some kind of credit or refund, and the manager refused any kind of assistance. This location is only reptuable for people with money. Perhaps because my mother is hispanic is why this has occurred. I hope that whoever reads this thinks things over before giving away your hard earned money to such a location. Do your research and find some other place to get work done.

This place is great, very clean and welcoming. All of the staff from the from desk to technicians (don’t know the right term) are all extremely knowledgeable about all the different services and products. Most have first hand experience with them and can go into great detail to help. They are just excellent! Definitely recommend.
