Lucia provided me with an absolutely excellent first microneedling service. She was thorough, informative and had great attention to detail throughout my treatment. I’m so looking forward to my results and coming back for my next three treatments. This is also on the heels of a couple less-than-satisfactory experiences at the Boulder location. I wanted to ask for all my money back to which I was informed I could spend it instead at the Lowry location. This is to say I resentfully drove 40 minutes out of my way for this experience and Lucia completely redeemed the business and made the trip worth it and more with her expertise and customer service. Looking forward to my next visit.

I LOVE the staff of the Lowry med spa. I have worked most with Stephanie and Rachel, though every person I have met is incredible - I hope the owner of this location knows just how good their staff is. I find the staff very knowledgeable, pleasant and they try to match your needs without pushing services or products. I feel really comfortable there and I can be honest with them and myself. Although similar places have pleasant staff, it has never felt authentic. I have been a member at least two years and have enjoyed many of the services they offer. Some I continue, some I don't because something better has come along that they offer and introduce to me. I have never had any confusion about my membership and never found anyone to be unprofessional in any manner. I will continue to be a member and enjoy every time I visit.

Steph is the reason I drive across town to come to Vio! I love that I can come in and tell her to do whatever I need and I always leave feeling great and looking even better. I never look over injected, which is really important to me, the goal is aging gracefully. She’s a triple threat, smart, talented and pretty!

Do not repurchase any products/services from this place when they’re conducting flash sales or in general. It’s impossible to get a refund even if services aren’t rendered. This is a highly unethical spa.

I had expressed interest for a consultation, I got the automatic texts here and there saying ‘Book an Appointment’ and junk like that. This was until a phone number called me, to which I didn’t answer. Sometimes these people will call you, asking if you’re still interested. Usually I told them I was no longer interested, but I still received calls and texts here and there. Texts began to come through taunting me using my name at 7pm. I was confused and asked the person who they were. “Trishia” from this business texted back asking if I still had interest. I told them No, to which more awkward and unprofessional messages came through. Not sure what sort of business these people are running where unprofessional texts are being sent to clients. If their marketing business practice is texting unnerving things at the beginning at the night, I would personally want nothing to do with them.
