From the owner to the front staff to the injectors, EVERYONE is so nice, knowledgeable and professional. Being newer to the area, I tried 3 other places that weren’t great then I found Lindsey- seriously the BEST. And she’s HONEST. I asked about a treatment and she point blank told me no, a waste of $$ for my skin type.

I just got lip filler, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The staff made me feel so informed and comfortable every step of the way. They answered all my questions and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. My lips look amazing, and the process was so smooth. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Lindsay at the V/O Tamaya location for Botox and couldn’t be happier with my results! Lindsay listened to me as I explained what I was looking to accomplish and took time to explain where and why she would inject to achieve my desired results. She was thorough, answered all of my questions and had incredible attention to detail. My results are exactly what I hoped for and couldn’t recommend her more!

I received a voicemail today a little after 11am saying my injector had a cancellation for a noon appt and if I wanted that appt instead of my 4pm I could have the noon or keep my original appt. I have a job and can’t leave at anytime and had already taken 2 hours of pto to make my appt at 4pm. Then not even 2 hours later get a call/text my 4pm appt has been canceled due to injector having an “emergency”. I completely understand things come up but I find it very ironic they wanted to change my appt and once I didn’t agree they cancelled it due to an emergency. It seems calculated and the injector didn’t want to wait for a 4pm appt. In the voicemail they said to call back and the phone number they said to call back was MY OWN PHONE NUMBER. I call frustrated, the phone is answered with no greeting and I’m told that the phone call I received just couldn’t be from their store. Turns out the girl answering the phone is an esthetician not the front desk lady so that’s why she has no idea what I’m talking about but is trying to explain my appt cancellation. Someone else gets on the phone and basically said sorry nothing I can do. At this point I don’t even know what kind of people you have working at this location, I guess it’s hard to find good help these days. I have to pay $50 for same day cancellation but you guys don’t have to offer anything or even care to inconvenience my schedule. I have events all October which is why I needed it done this week so it can settle. I was about to drop $700 which sorry that’s a lot of money for me. After how this situation was handled I don’t know why I would come back and spend my hard earned money. There are plenty of other places who will happily take my money and maybe have sympathy or something in these cases.

I saw Injector Lindsay for neurotoxin. She listened to me about past neurotoxin experience and trouble I have had in the past with receiving the results that I desire. She was able to successfully target all the areas of my face, including the ones that were not successfully treated before. I am very happy with the results! 10/10 recommend!

Sure, here's a review based on the details you provided: --- I am extremely disappointed with my experiences at V/O Med Spa. I first joined and the staff was amazing, friendly competent and willing to help. However, the change in management and staff and injectors has been for the worst. My first time experiencing a lip filler, the injections did not last for more than 3 weeks. I went back and they saw that and made me pay 1/2 for a second syringe which still did not have lasting-results. I thought maybe this was an issue that I may not metabolize this product in this area. I have gotten dysport and Botox before for my jaw and forehead at other medical spas. I went to v/o and received 90 units of Botox and within 2 weeks I knew that it wasn’t working. They had the same excuse and did not offer to assist in my failed service. If I’m being honest I don’t think their products are effective and they do not have any integrity in their work. Additionally, there seems to be a high turnover of staff, which is quite unsettling. Recently, I had a family emergency and missed an appointment due to a funeral. When I called to explain, Reagan was incredibly rude and insisted that I would still be charged. She even said she needed to check with Brie, the other front desk person, to see if I had called to cancel. This level of insensitivity and poor customer service is unacceptable. I cancelled my membership immediately and will never go back! I will not be returning and would not recommend V/O Med Spa to anyone. **as you can see by this owners response that they take no action nor responsibility for their poor customer service or medical practices. Just FYI a month out and I had movement all in my forehead and jaws. Please don’t allow these people to placate your personal experiences. Save your money and find a place that truly appreciates you and your business!

The full staff is so inviting and will guide to and walk you through the steps of choosing what best procedures that will fit the look and desires you want to acheive Lindsay along with the staff at VIO are super special and make you feel you feel your best once entering and exiting the spa!

I had the pleasure of winning the 904jax contest and getting a facial and products from Vio Med Spa! From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed by my facial it’s Miranda… she was so sweet, very professional, poised and kind. She walked me through every step, let me take videos and content and she made me feel so very refreshed and beautiful after! I will DEFINITELY be returning to see her again

I’ve been getting Botox for years and decided to go to VIO med spa because I moved and it’s closer to my house. The staff was nice but I am unhappy with the results. I got a lip flip but you can tell that she added more Botox to one side and now my smile looks crooked. She did offer for me to go back so she could add more Botox to the other side but I rather wait for the Botox to wear off than not have a smile since it would just freeze my top lip even more. I also got Botox on my elevens (only area that I could say I am happy with the results) and my forehead which looks the same as it did before I went. I don’t recommend this place for Botox.

I have been coming here for over a year, and I couldn’t be happier!! Miranda is so sweet and knowledgeable. I regularly get hydrafacials and picked up microneedling again. The results are incredible thanks to Miranda. She always gets me set up with the best products, deals and treatments. The whole staff is fantastic, and I really look forward to continuing my journey!

Ive been going to Miranda for 4 months now, after years of trying to clear my skin, I finally started seeing progress. Shes God -sent!! Her facials and advice are incredible. Miranda was friendly, professional, efficient, and thorough. Explained every step of the process and what the benefit was. Extremely knowledgeable and understood the products and how to use them. This was my first visit here, and I’ve had experience at other medical spas, this was by far the best. Mona too was extremely helpful and nice. She went above and beyond for me. I will be back. My first time at V/O Med Spa and I had such an amazing experience here, a BIG thanks to my aesthetician Acsa who was phenomenal!!! She is so sweet and vibrant , she is extremely knowledgeable and talented, she guided me through the hydra facial and dermaplaning with ease and care. Her hands are a pure touch of magic , I knew I was in good hands , Acsa is truly a perfectionist and she will have your skin GLOWING! She listened to all my struggles I’ve had with my skin and she walked me through each step of the hydrafacial. Vio Med Spa has an amazing comforting environment! I went to see Gigi to get lip filler done and she made me so calm and comfortable! Everyone around made sure that I had everything I needed from numbing cream to juice and crackers just in case! Tempest another injector came in once or twice to check in and see if anyone needed any help with anything and Mona took beautiful photos and videos of the process! It was nearly painless and it looks so full yet natural! I am so happy with my lips now and I cannot wait to come back in! I know the photo looks silly but that’s just a few hours afterwards! Another amazing experience i’ve received was Reese did an amazing BBL facial on me and the results are amazing! Seeing the sun damage lift from my skin and my expression lines on my forehead tighten up within 24 hours! Even though it’s a facial involving a laser system it was still so comforting and relaxing and she often checked in to make sure that i wasn’t feeling any discomfort or pain. Overall my experience at Vio Med Spa was amazing!
