This place is the biggest scam and they don’t know shit about skin care basic over priced facials! They had me sign up for a membership not telling me that I had to come every month or I’d loose the money (they told me they would bank the money and I could use it to get facials or any services that I wanted) I’m a travel nurse and not always in town. So a few days ago I received a call saying I lost all the money because I haven’t scheduled they said this was a “new policy” and I could not receive any refund. Thanks for caring for first responders smh I will never go here again !

I had the pleasure of visiting Injector Liz at the V/O Med Spa Bartram Park location, and I couldn't be happier with my experience!! I received one syringe of Restylane Kysse lip filler, and Dysport for brow lifting to achieve better facial symmetry. Liz's expertise and in-depth knowledge were evident from our initial consultation through to the final results. She took the time to thoroughly explain each procedure and answered all my questions. She showed such dedication to achieving my desired outcome and not to mention was extremely kind and comforting throughout. I'm already so obsessed with the results and feeling more confident than ever. Such a pleasant experience! Sofia is not only exceptionally professional, she is very skilled and diligent with her clients. I had the Morpheus8 procedure, and Sofia ensured that I was comfortable, and received great service and results. Today was my second treatment, and my results from the first treatment with Sofia were excellent. I’m super excited to see the results from my second treatment. Elizabeth is hands down the best injector! She is so amazing and at 41, I always leave feeling so confident! I would never go anywhere else! I’m still swollen and I bruise easily but once this all settles, look out world!!

Sofia is a sweetheart! Not only she is a living goddess she'll let you feeling exactly the same. She will go above and beyond and you should definitely ask for her massages won't dissapoint. She will honestly tell you what you should use and shouldn't. Her work is just phenomenal. Ask for her, I promise she will surpass your expectations.

I have been doing Morpheus 8 with Sofia for about 3 sessions now. My skin feels tighter my pores are definitely smaller. She is very thorough with her treatments. Sofia is a delight to come do this treatment on and her Hydrafacials always leave my skin glowing. I will definitely be coming to her again!

I was visiting Jacksonville and needed a refresh. I had horrible acne scars and I’ve been on a journey to fix the texture on my skin. I did microneedling with Sofia and she walked me through all the steps and instructions. I felt really comfortable. Sofia is very knowledgeable and sent me home with a post care skincare routine. I went for a hydro facial facial at this location and saw Brittney Sawyer. She really took her time with each procedure, explained the whole process, and gave me several tips. The whole experience was Super relaxing and my skin looked and felt great after. I highly recommend her and can’t wait for my next appointment.

My experience at ViomedSpa with aesthetician Brittney Sawyer and the management was nothing short of a nightmare. I visited the spa for a chemical peel treatment, expecting to be provided with detailed information about the procedure and proper post-recovery care. Unfortunately, this was far from the reality I encountered. From the very beginning, I felt ill-informed about what to expect during and after the chemical peel. The aesthetician, Brittney Sawyer, failed to adequately explain the treatment process and its potential side effects. As a result, I went into the procedure with a lot of uncertainty and anxiety, which should never be the case in a professional spa setting. Fast forward more than a month, and my face is still suffering from the aftermath of the chemical peel. My skin is visibly burned and damaged, and I am deeply concerned about the long-term effects of this treatment. I reached out to aesthetician Brittney Sawyer for guidance and assistance in restoring my skin to its normal state. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact them have been met with utter silence. The complete lack of responsiveness from the aesthetician has left me feeling abandoned and helpless in this situation. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I expected a reputable establishment like ViomedSpa to prioritize customer care, safety, and effective communication. Regrettably, my experience has been quite the opposite. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to proceed with extreme caution, as my ordeal serves as a clear warning that they may not have their clients' best interests at heart.
