I recently moved here from New York and found Vio med spa. Dana has been doing my Botox and my lips . I was seeing a plastic surgeon in New York and she has done a better job and they were a top-notch plastic surgeon in New York City. I had Bell’s palsy and she was able to fix my lips and balance them so that I didn’t look so asymmetrical, she has a gentle touch, amazing results, so professional. The entire team is absolutely wonderful. Their products are fabulous. I highly recommend this med spa. I’m 54 years old and they have made me look amazing and natural. Dana takes so much time and care to give you the most beautiful, natural results . I joined their plan and it makes it so easy because you build money to use toward your products or services. It is so simple and so affordable absolutely recommend Vio med spa!!! Do not go anywhere else

I don't know that I've ever left an unfavorable review, but after my last visit to VIO Med Spa, I feel like a fair review is warranted. I initially visited in early 2024 after meeting a few of their staff members at a pop up. I had a FANTASTIC experience at my appointment. Everyone was kind and welcoming, and my injector was incredible. I've been getting Botox/Dysport in my forehead for a few years now, and she was the first injector who spent time not just asking what I wanted, but talking about how the various muscles in my face function and walking through the pros/cons of Dysport vs. Botox. I went with her recommendation to get solely Dysport instead of the combo I'd done in Los Angeles/Nashville, and the results were perfect - smooth forehead and eye area, a little movement, and it lasted about 6 months which is standard for me. I was thrilled. When it was time for a touchup, I didn't hesitate to book again. First, they were closed for roughly two weeks without much info, other than "onboarding a new medical director." That's fine, makes total sense. Then my appointment was canceled the day of because the injector called out sick. Okay, no big deal. It happens, no problem. I rescheduled for the next week, only to be called the day before and informed the injector I was scheduled with was no longer employed there and I would have to move to almost two weeks out. I should have taken that as the red flag it was, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt, plus they offered to extend the offer they had on Dysport at the time ($3.70/unit) to my appointment date. I took them up on it. The staff as well as a woman who introduced herself as the manager were delightful while I waited. My injector, too, was very friendly and fun. However, when it came time to talk Dysport, she didn't offer a ton of insight on units needed, etc. The thing that really got me was her telling me that she saw I had the special price on my account, but then said "I measure my units differently" which ultimately worked out cost-wise to be the usual price I pay for 20 units even though the front desk. I didn't follow her math, and that didn't feel right, but my questions were met with pushback, and I let it go as I'd already been there much longer than intended. Unfortunately, the results were also subpar. My forehead wrinkles never fully smoothed out, and one large crease in my forehead never went away. My injectables have historically lasted 5-6 months, but less than 3 months later, I look like I've never seen a needle. My forehead also broke out in dozens of tiny bumps that have taken an age to get under control. My skin is generally clear and not acne prone. The Dysport is the likely cause. Overall, I'm very disappointed in my return trip to VIO after such a great first visit. I will be seeking my treatment elsewhere, and hope that the new team in place gets their feet under them and improves their quality of service. I hope this review is taken as fair and constructive.

This med spa is truly amazing! After my first HydraFacial, I was blown away by how great my skin looked and felt. I decided to become a member and have already come back for a signature facial, which was just as fantastic. The staff is so welcoming and professional, and the spa itself is beautiful and relaxing. It’s clear they really care about their clients and their experience. I can’t wait for my next appointment!

I joined here about a year ago and initially loved it. Had several facials with Jenn and she is the best in the industry, in my opinion. Then things started going south - appointment moved because they didn't have medical supervision. They virtually shut down for a few weeks for that which, good for not operating without a license but how do you let that happen? Finally got rescheduled only to be moved again because they hired a new aesthetician. Weird but ok, I'll give them a try. By far that was the worst facial I have ever had. Had she been fresh out of school, I could have given her a break but she claimed to have years of experience AND to have been an instructor. I don't buy it. On top of that the staff turnover has been insane. Finding information on your account takes forever - perhaps because they keep having to train new people on the front desk? I don't know. I have cancelled my membership, found Jenn again (THANK GOODNESS) and will happily move on about my day. Not sure they will be there in another year but that is just my opinion.

Jennifer is the best in the game as far as estheticians go! I’ve been seeing her for my skincare for years and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable, her professionalism is unmatched. She’s on time, prepared, and has a long term game plan set in place to get you maximum results while keeping your lifestyle and budget in mind. Not to mention she’s hilarious, personable, and incredibly kind. 10/10 would recommend, set up a consult and see for yourself!

This place is not very co-operative once you become a member. My account was charged 4 times and there is never any availibilty for your schedule. I have not received my services and nobody will have an answer for how your account got charged. The owner Jacob is very unprofessional.

HydroFacial was great by meagan! She is really sweet and informative and answered all my million questions. The only thing was i was not informed that i would have to pay 2 x 50$ fees for consultations. Which i was not told in any form. I come to find out about this at my checkout. Obviously a big shock. It would have been kind to had been told that when booking those cosultations.

I just had the best experience here with Jenn & Tori. So relaxing and informative. I highly recommend VIO. The monthly membership rates are very reasonable and allow you to bank your money for the more expensive treatments. There's nothing not to love here. I will definitely be back.
