I always look forward to seeing Jackie for our eyebrow appointments! It had been challenging to find estheticians that offer thorough eyebrow mapping for waxing in Austin, and I was so happy to finally find Jackie. She is always incredibly detailed, fun to chat with, and it’s always so lovely and relaxing to sit in her chair.

I just moved to west Austin from out of state and was worried about finding a new esthetician. Lucky for me, Jackie & Violet Crown Esthetics is pretty near to where I live, so I decided to give her a try and soooo glad I did! She's a great esthetician and super sweet! Booking, payment, appointment reminders are online or via text, which is very convenient. Plus, her office is super cute and smells great.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Everything about Jacqueline and the space is top notch. The physical space is beautiful, ample parking and customer service is amazing. Then add on top of that I am always so happy with my services. I have gotten lamination, brow shaping, tinting and eye lash extensions. At this point I pretty much see Jacqueline nearly every week and couldn't see anyone else!

Jackie does an amazing job with brows! I am very picky about who I let touch my brows. jackie is someone that encourages healthy brow growth and will shape your brows to a shape that compliments your face shape. She’s so gentle with her work that brow treatments are so relaxing!

The best of the best!! I’ve been seeing Jackie for years and recommend her to all my friends. Violet Crown gift cards for family and event drawings are a no brainier. I always get such amazing feedback and gratitude from folks I share them with 🥰 She’s so so so good. The studio is clean and cozy, airy and so relaxing. *Ignore the redness* 😄 LOOK at these brows 👀😍 I love coming to Jackie at Violet Crown Esthetics! She was the first esthetician who has done my eyebrows, explained the process, is very thorough with her work, and I’ve always loved not only my shape but my color and how long lasting the results are. On top of the many compliments I get on my brows when I get them done, they keep a very nice shape even after the tint has worn off. Definitely would recommend, and have recommended, any friend or person looking for a brow artist to go to Jackie!

Jackie is the absolute BEST. My lash lift + tint always comes out so perfect, and another plus is that my eyes never burn or get irritated afterwards which is a problem I've had before with other lash techs. I can't recommend Jackie enough, and I will never let anyone else touch my lashes but her!

Jackie is the best at everything esthetics! I go to her for all my beautifying - lash extensions (she does an amazing natural look but better!), brows, waxing, facials. Her attention to detail is incredible, and she listens to make sure I get exactly the result I desire, every time.
