I tried to give them another chance but gosh. I called a day before to see if I can come in at 9. There was only one employee there. I had to wait almost 40 mins for another employee to arrive. I got a sew in. Mind you like I just said, a sew in. The lady that braided my hair down, demeanor all types of wrong. Snatched my phone from me when she asked for a picture. Baby, its a sew in lol. If you dont know how to do a certain style, just say that up front. The lady who was there at 9 had to tell the lady how to lay down the foundation for the sew in. I honestly think she put too much hair in my head. When she showed me the end results, I told her it was not flat. It looked like a wig. She(lady who was there first) had to remove some tracks for it to look flat. When asked if she could style it, she said it would be extra. I’m not sure whats wrong with stylists wanting to charge extra when you’ve already wasted more of your time to be serviced and didn’t like it the first time. Felt like the styling part could’ve at least came at courtesy. The other employees are also rude. They have a $10 off coupon but it does not say that’s only for one use. When I tried to use it last time, the lady started laughing and speaking in their language. Its hard trying to be supportive and give chances but to continuously keep coming here and getting the same customer experience is insanity. Manager and /or employees, dont care to respond to this. Yall need to prioritize customer experience and satisfaction.

I had a very bad experience. To start I asked to cove very late and was assured I could come for 6 pm and was quoted by the owner my hair would be $200. Got to the shop had to wait which was expected, but then they insisted it would be $250 till I showed the text messages. However the worse part of this experience is that not only did they braid my edges extremely tight, they lied about the sizing STRAIGHT TO MY FACE. One woman started in the back stopped and another lady came and started in the back and the parts were much bigger I could literally feel it. And when I asked all my parts be the same she said (with a smirk) they are and they were not. Had multiple people say you can clearly tell because in the back they are way more spaced out. I’m just upset because y’all didn’t have to let me come if y’all didn’t want to do y’all best work. Then when it was time for me to pay they asked me AGAIN how much I was paying and when I said $200 and they started laughing and talking extra loud in French. All in all not a good experience and I thought I had found a good place very close to my house. But lesson learned. Please see the pics while older in the second pic the parts don’t lie lol. So please just be careful and stand your ground so they don’t cheat you.

Horrible horrible horrible service. They did braided my hair dry and pulled hard as all hell... I had to take them off after 3 days due to headaches. After she was done, she literally splattered all kinds of oil AFTER the fact. Horrible horrible service. STAY AWAY from here. Super whack.

I always come here with my children to get our hair done. I haven’t had any issues unlike with some braiding places and the ladies always try to accommodate your needs.

I’m giving them 1star because the salon smelled musty as hell . Then the way they didn’t believe a client already paid the owner the money Before walking out. Yes they have talent good at what they do. But the workers are very disrespectful to the owner. The owner need to let her worker knows she’s the only person touching and receiving money . She needs to straighten her workers out. Then they was refusing to do another client hair because she had short hair. Instead of turning her away they was fussing it was crazy. They need an attitude adjustment

I’ve been serviced here 3 times now. The ladies are very nice, you’ll spend no more than 4 hours here. I will say the price over the phone you receive is usually different from the price given at time of service. That is my only issue and reasoning for the 4 stars. Otherwise I recommend.

This place is AMAZING!! The women are nice…they got me in the SAME day and they did an EXCELLENT job on my hair, especially as my hair isn’t the easiest to deal with. I had never been there before either, so I was really in awe of all of this. I needed my hair done for a special event next week. My regular beautician had to make an emergency trip out of town. I was pressed for time, so this is exactly what I needed. I will continue to use them if I ever get in another emergency situation. So thankful that there are stIll business owners with excellent customer service skills!!

I would try to avoid this place as much as possible. Person tells you one price over the phone then another price when you get there. I just left today and told the lady $200 length, she went against what I said then after I sent my payment through Zelle calls her mother over for confirmation. Her mother said $250 and everybody in the salon was looking at me like I was trying to scam them. Unprofessional business. $250 is nothing but if that’s not what I asked for then don’t charge me for what you misinterpreted. Will find another salon ASAP. Lady was also sneezing while doing my hair without a mask on.

Very affordable and the ladies do a great job under 4 hours. My reason for four stars is I requested my braids to be bigger and they’re not. I feel more hair was used than necessary because I had to go buy more hair when I’ve used less bags before and passion twists shouldn’t feel heavy. Overall, it is a neat hairstyle :).

I paid $85 for a retwist, they did not wash, my parts are not neat, no style, didn’t trim dead ends or lose ends. My hair looks like I need it redone! I literally went home and spent another hour redoing my hair myself. I told them it was my bday and they took me right away but should of turned me away since they don’t know how to do dread locs.
