I called and asked if they took walk-ins. Asked if I'd be able to get my haircut when I got there and was told within 30 minutes I'd get a haircut. Got there and ended up waiting well over an hour before leaving to go somewhere else to get a haircut. I hope it wasn't because I'm white. Because I did get the feeling that I wasn't all that welcomed there. Which is unfortunate. Don't bother calling or walking in this place. Either set an appointment or go elsewhere. Won't be going back or recommending this shop to anyone, that's for sure.

Very disappointed barbers come and go, always different barbers, the door say walkings welcome but they ask you if you have appointment. Then when i get a hair cut I didn’t like it cause he didi it wrong i told him and he get upset saying that he knows what he’s doing, the mexican guy, very disappointed if we are the customer we are paying they need to be able to take feedback.

We called and they said we can do it in 30 minutes and then they just make us wait another 1 hour and 30 minutes but their haircuts are good and all but worst service ever don't come if you don't want your time wasted

Rene did an AMAZING job with my son's hair. It was over a year since he had it cut and after the small language barrier was worked out Rene knew EXACTLY what my son wanted and his cut turned out perfect! We will never go anywhere else!

Straight to the point. Don't go unless you are Hispanic? Just wanted a fade and was provided no love at all meanwhile its all good for everyone that came and were Hispanic? Immediately got attention and Service to bad I can't rate this shop without stars because I would. 🤦🏾‍♂️ 11/6/22 As I stated before. Coming into VIP BARBERS ROOM barbershop I got no kinda of service let alone any type of greeting I JUST DIDN'T FEEL WELCOMED(PERIOD) but no worries my guy or lady I'll remove this after some time.🤟🏿

What a great experience, I came in for a mid fade and beard trim. The customer service was phenomenal. The haircut was tight and crisp. Will highly recommend and the music played is a whole vibe.
